I used the Kleister Law Firm for a few different events. I used them for two closings. One, when I bought a house. Two, when I sold a house. Jenn McCarthy who works with Chris handles the closing. She was very on top of things to make sure issues were dealt with and stayed on track. I also had other business with the firm that Chris handled for me with aplomb. I met Ms. Dentinger early on in my process of trying to decide if I was going to proceed with a divorce. From the outset, she was forthright and I felt confident in her advice. She listened to my desired outcomes in the process and kept that as our focus throughout the divorce proceedings. She is an excellent ally, tells you "how it is", and keeps things realistic. She was compassionate to me but was directive and dogged when dealing with the other attorney. Although divorce is a stressful process, Ms. Dentinger is phenomenal at what she does and I feel that my decision to have her represent me made my divorce proceedings as smooth as they could be. Tammy is a very knowledgeable attorney that really understands the process. I really appreciated how she handled my case and the aggressiveness of the opposing side. I worked very well with her. I really appreciated how Tammy would lay out the options and didn't always have to fight w/ the opposing side for the sake of fighting. However, when a issue or problem occurred that required a strong stance, she went to bat. Divorce is a very stressful event. Looking back I really valued her openness to share the pros and cons of various issues/proposals, and her ability to change tactics based on her knowledge of opposing attorneys. The opposing attorney in my case was known for being rather aggressive and argumentative. At the onset of our legal relationship, Tammy predicted what he would likely do and how we would respond, or even not respond. I am very pleased w/ the representation I received from Tammy and her staff. Tammy and her team always responded quickly to my calls/emails and was always available to answer questions. I contacted attorney Sebald in March of 2021 regarding a series charge/crime. The consultation was very informative, thorough and laid out up front. To cost, the process, possible outcomes, what I need to do, etc. He was very honest and upfront and showed not only he cared about my case, the outcome but about me and my life. In July my bail was $100,000. Thanks to his expertise he got the bail dropped which allowed me to be free. He worked tirelessly and relentlessly on my case for over a year. He was there to answer any question or hear any concerns. I originally had 28 charges and he got them down to 11. Thanks to his dedication, hard work and experience, rather then doing several years in state prison, I got probation, which I was originally told wasn't an option, and gps ankle monitor. I highly recommend and encourage attorney Sebald for your legal matters.

It’s been 5 years since my divorce. I am finally able to write a review. The entire process was horrible and caused PTSD. Eric and his team made my situation the best it could be. He came in to my divorce as a second atty. First atty that I had for 9 months was horrible. Eric wrapped up my complicated case in 3 months - he was incredible! I am not from this arena of power house negotiating or strategy. I am so grateful he was up against my ex and his atty. He fought swiftly, intentionally and successfully. He understood my abilities and my lack of abilities. He fully read the opposing team and their antics/personalities/“wrong doings” to the max degree. He was emotionally there for me…as I felt scared and weak. Being a stay at home mom is a wonderful opportunity I was afforded in life. But a divorce process is extremely intimidating to this inferior position.
When there is a sense of no control or ability to access family money-this feels like drowning.

Having no experience with the criminal justice system and being in our mid 60's we asked our Farming organization for a referral and hired an attorney in Harrisburg who did not communicate with us and did not know the law and certainly did not know the Centre County justice system. After being fed up we looked at reviews and Tim's stood out. We asked for a consultation and in minutes Tim understood the issue and formulated a strategy. Tim spent an entire hour with us and would not charge us. However, Tim did not take our case because we were in the process past the preliminary hearing stage. I wish we would have found Tim from the beginning. He offered great advise that our attorney would not take and he offered to talk to our attorney if he would call him for advise on the Centre County personalities. Hire Tim, he knows the system, has great strategies, returns calls and explains everything. We wish we would have known what to look for in an attorney but we were scared so we took a bad recommendation. Now my husband will be pleading guilty for raising animals in the wettest year on record in a natural way that face book people found offensive and we simply can't afford to go on with this criminal justice process that is anything but just and is unbelievably expensive and has put us under incredible stress, worry and fear that has harmed our health and well being.

I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. He recognized how upset I was and offered to meet with me during my lunch time that day. I had intense fear and anxiety, and he reassured me that everything would be ok. I hired him on the spot to represent me and, he won my case for me. Between the time of initial contact to the end of my trial date, he stayed in contact with me via phone and text, replying back to me immediately with answers to my questions. Michael is an expert litigator and did an outstanding job with my divorce and child custody case, to the point that even my ex emailed him stating she wished she had hired him instead. My ex and I are both considered high income earners under the Family Law system. He’s very knowledgeable about Family Law (including handling stocks, 401k, real estate investment, etc.) and has a professional rapport with everyone in the Bucks County family court system and other professionals in Family Law. He worked in big law, and has many years of experience working with business owners, trademarking, and patent law.

I hired Dan Schuller to help get Medicaid for my mother. I live in Canada which complicates things...and this was a very difficult case. I interviewed by phone (due to the pandemic) four lawyer firms. Dan was the only one I had confidence that could succeed in getting Medicaid. All right I normally do not write these things but in this case, its least i can do... Up until I became a single father I had never needed to try and find lawyer, let alone a good one... and the idea of having to go to court and fight that custody and support battle was overwhelming and scary. “Your case is far from the norm”. For years, this is what I have heard, not only my attorneys, but from two Chester County judges and therapists/professionals in the double digits. My divorce and custody case was/is far from the norm. It has turned out to be a very challenging, trying, and emotional divorce/custody matter since 2013. Every step of the way, LaMonaca Law has been there for me in every possible way.
Being falsely accused of matters that separates a parent their child is one of the most difficult and emotional situations a parent can go through. It is also one of the hardest things to combat and expose the truth, especially as a father and especially when the falsely accusing parent has an agenda to rid the falsely accused parent from the child’s life forever. This has been my situation.
After hearing my story and studying my case, Greg and his staff had complete faith in me and what I was fighting for. This was/is so important to me, because without that faith and belief in me and my cause, LaMonaca Law would not be involved in my case.
My case has been, and still is, a very difficult and emotional experience for not only me, but my family and loved ones.
