Ms. Jolanda Jones is by far the best attorney I ever had. Ms. Jones stayed in contact with me and when my phone was off she dug deep in my paper work and found a friend of the family to contact me. I had an evaiding in a moter vehicle. Which is a felony charge. I had a trial set. Ms. Jones fought a good fight and my case was DISMISSED!!! I really thank you Ms. Jones for representing me. I was charged with DWI (1st offense), and for a serious offense one needs strong legal representation. I was fortunate to have Alison Smith represent me. She is highly knowledgeable, with a dose of tenacity and tact. A professional attorney with a strong presence who had a good grasp of my situation while, maintaining her patience as court proceedings are daunting and time consuming.
Excellent in communication as she relayed in timely manner activities to fulfill my court obligations/prerequisites/procedures before attending the court.
Importantly, I was able to secure my Drivers License from the very get go which could have immobilized me that could have vastly affected my family.
My charges were reduced.

I hate writing reviews; I mean, I REALLY HATE writing them. When you find a professional that stands out from the crowd, however, it's only appropriate to give praise as deserved.
Steve has been extremely patient throughout my legal journey and continues to provide sound advise and creative solutions for a difficult situation. What's most impressive, however, is his ability to think quickly on his feet, using his wit, skills (the man is absurdly smart and could write a book based on his in-depth knowledge and experience), and appropriately-timed sarcasm to deliver the message in a compelling and easily-understandable way.
If you're looking for someone who will sugar-coat things, Steve isn't your guy, though. We've had a lot of tough conversations and haven't always seen the case the same way. He's objective, taking the emotions out of the legal issues, yet still somehow seems to be more empathetic than most. Why do I mention this? If you want good representation, you can't work with someone who always tells you what you want to hear. In dealing with a time crunched surprise from the ex wife stating I would not get my kids for my visitation with absolutely no legal grounds. I was limited on time and living out of state I needed to get home. Not only did Miss Gordon go above and beyond she successfully got me my children only 2 days late. Howard is an excellent and incredibly effective attorney. I first met him when he was the company attorney for the IT company I was working for in the early 2000's. What can I say…
Maurice and I had a small bump on the road. Overcoming obstacles, Mr. Giro was able to get me out of a very difficult situation against a malicious attorney who practices law with threats. Maurice was able to navigate through the situation and handle the matter professionally, ethically and gave me the reassurance that justice will prevail despite frightening allegations against me. Now, with facts and evidence, the perpetrators are now starting to reveal themselves to the justice system. I’m confident that Maurice can resolve complicated issues. Reached out to Mr. Longino for assistance for a very, very difficult child support case between two states. After two TX, and two California attorney's, and no end in sight because of the difficulty of my case, Mr. Longino was very knowledgeable in this area and was able to assist and get us closer to the finish line that we had never been in 4 years. As frustrated as I have been going from court in CA, TX, and back to CA, I am now better prepared to fight this battle with the help from Mr. Longino.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

My wife and I retained Ms. Goldman to help us in obtaining guardianship (aka Conservatorship) of our godson. It was a very detailed and unusual case, involving coordination with Juvenile Justice and serving papers to a very unwilling party. Ms. Goldman and staff were thorough in behind the scenes needs and when it came to the trial, she was superb. We happily won permanent guardianship and now have a chance to give our godson the bright future he deserves.

Publicly I have know shame but there is a child in question and I firmly believe that our Lord put me in the direction of Mrs. Hutton for a reason. She was straight forward about it but at the same time listened to my concern and was willing to go above and beyond. I feel she was honest and caring. She doesn't seem focused on the financial side of things but more so the care and building her clients up the right way. I am not in a position at the moment to swing this hammer but as soon as my ducks are in a row this amazing attorney is who I will be choosing. Sometimes our prayers our answered in ways we never expect even if it takes 12 years. All I have to say is wow....just wow. Obviously, attorneys can be intimidating, but that's their job, right? We hire an attorney to do take care of our stressful situation...and that is indeed what Ms. Hutton did! I had a complicated situation where in i had to get divorce through publication as my husband & i had not been in contact for 5 years & i was out of US for few years. (it was an abusive marriage)

Lois acted as the mediator in my divorce, and she was absolutely excellent. It was a very difficult time for me personally, but Lois made the process as easy and painless as it could possibly have been. Eric took the worry out of the immigration processfor us. He held our hands and walked us through the entire process. At no point did we feel as though we were on our own. When we were concerned about issues in the news he contacted us and provided accurate information. Under Eric all our stress and Anxiety vanished. The day of our interview we had all the paperwork he suggested and though we were nervous, it went smoothly. Based on my experience with Ms Proffitt and her team, I’m convinced that the negative reviews must be other side who got beat or someone who thought this team should work for free. I always received communication, Ms Proffitt kicked my ex’s butt (he refers clients to her now), she discounted or didn’t charge for work she completed, and her entire team is top notch. I hired Ms Proffitt in the middle of this pandemic. She explained to me that the courts were operating under very different rules and timeframes, but that she would do everything in her power to help my children and me through an abusive and financially draining situation. Her and her staff were always responsive. I followed their direction to send messages through their office portal (MyCase) and I never had difficulties gets answers. I have read some of the negative reviews and this was simply not my experience. Her entire staff is helpful beyond measure. Ms Proffitt has compassion for her clients. She truly loves her job. Additionally, she was very generous with her time. I know she could have charged me much more than she did. I highly recommend this attorney.
