I hired Lori to handle my divorce. She gave me more information during my free consultation than any other attorney (of several I contacted.) Lori is very knowledgeable and has alot of experience; she knows the court system and has worked with many of the other attorneys. She is very professional and takes charge of the process especially when the other party is dragging their feet. I wish Lynn still practiced law. I have been in the other side of him in the past and he was very good at what he did. I hunted him down and was fortunate enough to have him do a consultation for child custody with myself and my mom on video chat. He took so much time and care and answered ALL of our questions. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Cassell from Twyford Law Office. As soon as I started working with Mark he made sure everything I needed to get my life back was his priority. He got my apartment back within the first couple of weeks of working with him when prior to that I was out of my apartment for several months. He was very approachable and answered all my questions easily. His whole team communicated perfectly to me and sent me copies of everything. They responded to my emails and questions fast. they always made me feel like they had my back.

I hired Matthew Dudley not once, but twice! I have had prior representation several years ago, and it was nothing like what I received from Dudley. He is extremely direct and very blunt, he is going to tell you exactly how it is and not what you want to hear or what is going to make you feel better at that moment in time. After the emotion wears off, you will sit back and realize they were things you needed to accept and needed to hear. His representation style is aggressive. He doesn’t want to waste time or listen to the BS. He wants to get right to the point and say it how it is. This was very hard for me at times to hear, but it was the truth. This man will not let you down.
Dudley is extremely intelligent, knows the law, and is a bulldog in the courtroom. God forbid I ever have to go through any other kind of court proceedings again Matthew Dudley is the only lawyer I would ever consider. He works so hard, on every case and in my personal opinion is by far the best lawyer in town. Not hiring Dudley for your own representation would be risking going against him on the opposing side and I promise you that is not a position you want to put yourself in. Hire Matthew Dudley, it will be the best decision you ever make.

Mr. Dudley was my lawyer for 3 + years and will be my future lawyer when the time comes. My case was a really tricky and sometimes complicated one. We were fighting my abusive ex and dealing with the case being even more complicated due to the ex being military court martialed and much of their investigation couldn’t be released to me or my lawyer. He handled the situation beautifully though, and quickly learned how to handle some of the information coming from the military. The ex’s civilian lawyer was persistent and a snake in the grass. He pulled every thing he could and put me through hell, but once again Mr. Dudley did an amazing job handling him and all the many many court hearings. Yes, he’s a little rough around the edges. He’s not your therapist, he’s not going to sugarcoat things; he’s to the point and hates wasting time. He’s blunt and gets the job done. He’s amazing to watch in court and he slammed dunked won my case. I definitely want him in my corner and would hate to be going against him.
All in all, he was a blessing to me and my kids. I will ALWAYS recommend him and definitely trust him as my lawyer to take care of things.

We hired Irene for creating Estate Plan for our family. From first interaction with her paralegal to scheduling, everything was very professional. Irene explained everything in detail what trust do we need and how it is different from probate, etc.. I had a lot of questions and she was super patient to answer all of them in detail. It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

Tonya Gibbs Penn is the exception, not the rule. Not only did she have tremendous compassion with our case, but she also proved to be a brilliant attorney who demonstrates a true interest in her clients and their cases.
We live in Nashville and wanted someone to represent us who would really care about our case. Trust was an important factor because our case was in Virginia and we’re in Tennessee, about ten hours from court.
Ms. Penn not only made sure that we understood the specifics of our current case, but she also explained what we would need to expect going forward. She never ignored any communication or kept us guessing. She was forthright and highly responsive.
More importantly, no one else would’ve been so willing to peel back the layers of the case and ask the questions that she asked in order to get the best information to help us better prepare for the future.

Kayla is competent, kind and honest. What else could you ask for in a lawyer. If you read through her reviews they are almost all five stars for a reason. When I first saw all the five star reviews I thought they might be fake, but after working with Kayla I can tell you they are not. Kayla works incredibly hard and like many other people have mentioned she makes herself available. On average I probably only had to wait 2 to 3 days for a response. If it ever took longer it was because she was either in mediation or trial. Kayla even made time to talk to me over the phone when realistically we could have completed what we needed over email. If I remember correctly, 95% of Kayla's clients settle in mediation and my case settled in one mediation session. Had I hired any other lawyer I doubt that settling in one mediation session would have been possible. Working with Kayla was a very positive experience for me. Not only is she very easy to work with but she also is a very kind and carrying person. Divorce is such a stressful time and Kayla is very sensitive to your needs. She took the time to help comfort me and help me feel good about the decisions I was making. She is so competent that this comes easily and naturally for her. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!

I just went through one of the worst 3 year divorce processess you could imagine. David was my second attorney that I hired about a year ago and I would give anything to make him my first attorney for the following reasons.
#1. I got more accomplished with him in the second half of my divorce by a huge margin than I did with my first attorney.
#2. He did it all for less than 20% of what I had paid my other attorney because he WILL NOT nickel and dime you in anyway shape and form. Do not be fooled by other attorney's who may charge a smaller retainer because that means nothing when they are calling you every week asking to refill the retainer because they have exchausted it over useless crap. David doesn't do that. He will tell you (at least a ballpark) of what its gonna cost and he will stick to it regardless of what happens.
#3 If you are shopping for a divorce lawyer you are about to enter a purgatory you cannot imagine. As far as divorce attorney's go (and I went through one horrible one and shopped around for 4 months to find the right one for my second) he is the closest thing you will find to a rope to get you out of hell. Especially if you are a loving father fighting for your rights, and get custody of your child(ren) from a snake of an ex-wife who wants nothing more than to destroy you.
#4. My divorce lasted 28 months. I hired David 20 months into the process and he got more accomplished in the last 8 months than the previous months combined. (and for far less money)
#5. Probably the most important part of all of this is that David is a pitbull to fight for your rights. (and be advised that his argumentative and abrasive nature might actually get you in a heated discussion or two between the two of you...but I promise you that is exactly what you want in a divorce attorney. David is that way all the time and he WILL use that same ferocity against opposing council and the judge). Do not be turned off by his bluntness, and realism. It is exactly what you are looking for to get you fair justice in a divorce case. Even on the parts of your case you don't end up winning (because you can't control what a judge will do) he will make the best possible arguments to fight for you and what is yours(and he's so good he WILL get most of it), and he will do it with full knowledge of the law and absolute resolve to get everything he can for you.
#6 He is FULLY COMPETENT at everything in divorce law and proceedure and all of that. He has been in practice for years, and knows the system, the rules, the players (other attorneys and the judges) and exactly the right and aggressive way to get it done.
If you are a father like me fighting for your rights to get custody of your child, and not have to pay your x-wife every dime you've ever had to get it....STOP SHOPPING FOR ATTORNEYS and hire David. I will say it again...I wish to God I had found him from the beginning.

David Pedrazas represented my boyfriend in a Divorce/Custody. He's now ex wife had taken his 4 children across country and prohibited the kids to have any relationship with my boyfriend for almost 2 years, we had to hire a Private investigator and had no luck until his oldest contacted him behind the mothers back. The ex wife justified her actions in court by making allegations of domestic abuse. It was a difficult case but David was so knowledgeable, honest and he fought for my boyfriend's truth. At the end the judge granted relocation of the kids and now my boyfriend has sole physical custody of his kids. I can't express enough how much he helped our family and how grateful we are for him. I really believe without him we wouldn't have won this case, he basically got everything my boyfriend wanted. David really cares about his clients and he's joy at the end of court demonstrated his commitment to bringing the children home. After splitting up with now my ex wife, I began looking for a "good" attorney. Naturally I searched the internet reading reviews etc. I decided by his great reviews that I wanted Liam Duffy to represent me. That was the absolute best decision of my life. I absolutely loved how Liam spoke to me man to man as though we were friends and having a conversation. First off I had a warrant for my arrest. I contacted Craig Kadish and hired him to represent me. Within 2 days the warrant was squashed and I had a court date issued.
I allegedly owed $5,000 for damages to the car that was taken. At the first appearance we made a deal that didn't require me to plead guilty, which I was very happy about. At the second and final appearance the plaintiff didn't even show up! I can't promise that Craig will make your plaintiff disappear but he sure made mine!!!!!

I hired Mr. Cohen to get the job done and he did just that. The only downfall was the time it took to complete my divorce. To no faults of Scott of course. The courts are so backed up it took a while. The positive part was being able to contact Scott and he almost was always available to speak with me. I applied H1B this year and my company lawyer filed the application. It is selected in the lottery, but I received an RFE in July. The RFE reason is special occupation and beneficial qualification. I worked with my company's lawyer for the first two months, but is not satisfied with their work. My friend recommends Calvin to me and he is great. He quickly started to work on my case and outlined a few key points for the RFE response. We then started to prepare the material and got most material prepared within 10 days. Calvin is very patient and answers all my questions immediately. Although I am located in Seattle area, I am always able to communicate with him by email or phone calls. The RFE is finally approved last week. I would strongly recommend Calvin to anyone who is applying for H1B or responding to H1B RFE. We were not offered a plea bargain, straight to trial. Two felonies manslaughter and negligent homicide. A car accident that was truly a tragic accident but charges were filed anyway. It is true Perry brings in highly experienced people on his team. These things can be so complicated. In court Perry was exceptional. He knows when to be humble, but never intimated, and when he needed to be fierce he was!!

In despair I called his office at 5:15 on a week night 3 days before my daughters 1st court appearance. I received a call back at 9:00 pm from Mr. Minton. He put me at ease immediately and told me he would help us. By the time we went in to our consultation the 1st court date had been reset and he handled everything from there. This man was my Angel.
