Danielle is an excellent lawyer. I worked with a few lawyers in my case before her and she was the best by far. She knows what she's doing. She knew exactly how to proceed in all of the crazy situations I had to deal with and was able to get the facts out in court, something my previous lawyers hadn't been able to do effectively. I contacted Danielle after trying to navigate the divorce process on my own. My ex-wife and I were in agreement on most items through the divorce but I was still having trouble navigating the process through the state. After months of trying, and getting nowhere fast through the state program, I reached out to Danielle and she was awesome to work with. She’s very straightforward, efficient and smart. She knew the answers to all of my questions immediately and turned around documents very quickly. Her and her staff are top notch. Lindsey was fantastic. I started out trying to do the whole agreement myself and she gave me tons of guidance before I even decided to hire her. Once I realized the asset pieces were over my head, and I needed a professional, she and the team at Bliss made everything so easy for me. We were divorced in exactly 91 days and we were able to divide everything smoothly and quickly. I can’t imagine a better divorce (weird thing to say, I know) and Lindsey made sure all the legal items were as smooth as could be.

From the moment I reached out to Bliss Law Group, I felt genuinely cared for in all my interactions. Whether it was the legal intake team, Attorney Rogers Paralegal Ashley and of course Attorney Rogers herself, I continually felt supported.
She is caring but Attorney Rogers is also a highly skilled attorney. The commissioner in my hearing even stated as much.
My initial consultation with her was very thorough and she laid out a plan from the get-go. I could tell she would be well prepared if I ended up with her as my counsel. I didn't realize how fortunate I was to find her at the time. Over the course of the next month, as she was helping me fight a DVPO brought against me, she was responsive, always answered any questions I had in a timely matter and helped guide me through the process. This was the first time in my life I had had to hire a lawyer and I am so grateful it was her.
The DVPO ended up getting dismissed in full. On top of that, because my declaration, supporting documents and Attorrney Rogers arguments at the hearing were so well done, the commissioner was able to see through the lies and was even able to recognize how my SO was using manipulative and coercive techniques as part of his case.

After explaining our situation during a phone consultation, he was honest with us about the challenges we might face and gave us a good idea of what we could expect. Throughout the whole process, he made himself available for phone calls, responded promptly to our emails, and was diligent in writing and filing paperwork for our case. After submitting declarations and enduring a 730 child evaluation (ruling in our favor), we were able to reach a settlement allowing us to move out of state with our son. I have never needed a lawyer to represent me in the past, so this was my first experience. I bet that, along with fictional depictions of lawyers, a person's first experience with a lawyer probably colors how they generally think of them. If I am correct in that idea, then my idea of lawyers is that they are awesome.
Levity aside, Ashlee and her firm (to include Sue, the paralegal) are fantastic. I was going through a divorce that was initially civil and was going to be a joint petition but my ex kept delaying for months. Eventually I had to hire an attorney and from day one Ashlee was attentive in understanding the particulars of my circumstances, my ideal outcome, and explaining to me what I could expect.
I am the type who researches and ask questions. Ashlee was always available via their client portal and, once she realized my personality was to know the details, she provided explanations of everything happening along the way.
I ended with a settlement that was in line with what I wanted. 100% without hesitation recommend.

We have to start off by saying the court system is not fair when it comes to dead beat parents. Child services took my children from their mother for various warranted reasons (drugs, abuse, neglect), things that we didnt even know they were going through because they we to scared to tell anyone. We were appointed a court appointed attorney which was horrible and after my first experience with my last lawyer we were very skeptical about hiring a new lawyer. Mara came recommended to us through a friend and I have to say it was the best choice we've made in this regard over the last 11 years. During this whole process of the court and child services giving their mother chance after chance to reunify, making us feel like we did something wrong, and forcing the kids to talk and see their mother when they didnt want to Mara stayed positive. She was there anytime we had a question, needed a meeting, or advice during this 2 year process. We are grateful to say that finally we have full custody, the kids have completed their therapy, and they are happy and doing well in school.

We just finished the Jury Trial yesterday 02/08/2024. We won a $20.71M judgement. The jury found in favor of us the plaintiffs in EVERY count of allegations plus we got 100% of what we ask for in punitive damages.
It was a fraud case our company got defrauded. Mr. Brown took over the case on fifth month after the first complaint was filed. The first thing he did was write up an new complaint which made everything SUPER CLEAR. This is the MOST important thing you want to keep up in a lawsuit - KEEP EVERYTHING CLEAR & COMPREHENSIVE or NEVER CAUSE ANY CONFUSIONS for the Judge or the Jurors.
Mr. Brown was crushing the defendant’s attorneys. He kept our allegations/story CLEAR & SIMPLE. Why this happened, how did it happened, who was involved and ALL evidence to support your claims. That’s really all you need to win a trial.
You will never understand how important it is to keep things CLEAR before you actually attend a jury trial. Because at the trial, the defendant will do everything they could to cause confusions to the jurors, these “confusions” could potentially turn into your disadvantages which also could create challenges to the authenticity of your story factual background.
Mr. Brown has done an incredible and amazing job keeping our lawsuit CLEAR. I want to say even a young kid could understand what happen listening to his opening statement and closing arguments. And the truth is the jurors didn’t even bother spending the time going back and forth, because everything is so clear they understand what happened, they have all the evidence they want to see lined up clear and logical to support the facts.
If it wasn’t Mr. Brown, we would have a lot more challenges in our case. The other side is a fraudster, and fraudster often “lie” try to cause confusions to the jurors. evidence to prove he lied.

David Sternfield was a fair and honest Lawyer. He focused primarily on the goal and did his best to accommodate my needs. In the end I got the custody I wanted along with a very fair agreement on transportation. David was capable of handling most of the work while I was in Nevada. Over 1 year ago I severely injured my back at work which resulted in 2 emergency surgeries, shortly after I was admitted to the hospital I was informed that my employer had flat out denied my claim for workers compensation after telling me to my fae that they would take care of me.
I was staring down the barrel of over $400,000 in medical bills as I did not have insurance at the time of the accident, as well as no job to return to, I was scared as to what was going to happen to me next.
I found Greg online and his team worked tirelessly for over 1 year fighting on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. My employer fought, and used dirty tactics at every turn to deny me benefits, including having me followed and spied on by a private investigator (I had already had surgery at this point and was recovering) but that did not deter Greg and his team one bit. In fact every time they turned it up, Greg went in even more determined.
I could not be more appreciative for all of the hard work and pure dedication that was put into my case by Greg and his team, at no point did I ever think Greg was in this for the money, or anything other than he felt I was wronged and wanted to help me. He genuinely cared about my well being and the incredible financial stress this put me under, he was compassionate, diligent, and very patient throughout the entire process answering countless questions and never once making me feel like a burden.
1 year and two months later I have finally resolved my case and have received the financial help I was fighting for, including having my medical bills paid. This would have ruined me financially and sent my life into a much different direction. Because of Greg and his team I am no longer losing sleep and wondering what I'm going to do to survive.
I just cannot say enough good about this man and his team, if you are going through this and feel like there is nobody to help you, Greg and his team are the right answer. They actually care, and will 100% do what it takes to help you.

When I first contacted you, I didn’t know what to expect. Surly my expectations were low due to my experience elsewhere. The other lager firm left me in a pile of papers to be forgotten and dismissed. I was obviously not a priority as they wouldn’t even answer my questions or help me over the phone.
