Kendra Thomas was/is awesome! Divorce is messy child custody is messier. Kendra is a pro. You don't always get what you want, but the court system is setup to make sure of that. You get what you need and Kendra is a professional advocate for the children caught in the middle. My kids were so lucky to have her advocating for them, so they end up with time with both parents. Kendra is fair and that's all I could ask for.

In August 2022, the judge hearing the custody/visitation case regarding my minor son (10 w/ ADHD) appointed Ms. Thomas for his representation. Ms. Thoman was great! She interviewed my ex-husband and me. She spoke to my son privately to collect the information she needed to determine how she would present her(his really) case. She was truly for my sons his best interest, so much so that at the final hearing my ex-husband and I felt good creating a parenting plan together without the judge all while considering what Ms. Thomas expressed to us. We were able to talk amicably, but most importantly co-parent in a way that we had not been able to do in years. We both found a plan that works for us both, but especially for our son who is much more happier. Also, Ms. Murray, her assistant was on it. Her response time showed my ex-husband and I that they were invested in the case.

I’m a physician with a high level government security clearance. My spouse filed for divorce and initiated a DVI as a means of gaining an advantage in the divorce proceedings. This removed me from the marital home, removed access to my son, and jeopardized my career, security clearance, and reputation. After two months of having a lawyer who was inactive, I hired Nicole and her team. They quickly reestablished my access to the home and won my DVI case easily. I was able to walk away from the DVI case with access to my son and maintain my security clearance and career without issue. Later Nicole and her team obtained an expeditious and favorable outcome for me in mediation. Additionally, Nicole and her team established good rapport with me during the tense moments during the DVI and divorce process making the hard times of divorce as comfortable as possible. Nicole and her paralegal team have been a huge support to me over the two-year period from the time my ex and I decided to file to mailing my final alimony check. Filing for divorce while being stationed overseas (military service) is never easy, but Nicole and her team made it about as easy as one could possibly make it. Despite never meeting her or her team face to face due to my physical distance, I always felt like I had a team in my corner. Either Nicole or her team was quick to respond (usually within the day, or close to one day was the average), and they were able to work with me to set up times to have phone conversations. On the day of my deposition/mediation, Nicole was on time, ready to have me dial-in. She made great recommendations on when to stand firm and when I need to make some concessions. Even after the divorce was finalized, Nicole continued to work with me to ensure all elements of the divorce decree were adhered to by both parties.
While I hope that the issues with the divorce are finally over with and I can move on, I know that if something ever comes back up, I will have a strong team and lawyer who I can rely on.

Autumn handled my divorce. She was fast and was able to solve some hard problems that I thought would make our divorce expensive. But she knew how our judge liked things and worked a lot with the attorney on the other side so there were no delays. I needed to find a lawyer for my divorce in August of 2017, I was very lucky to have found Marie Reidy. When I met with Marie for the first time, she was very helpful with answering my questions and my concerns. After discussing my case with Marie, I felt very comfortable talking to Marie and I hired her the same day. I retained Maria's services to assist with the asset portion of my divorce after my previous attorney basically did nothing. Maria familiarized herself with my case immediately and took to the task. Regina was my saving grace. I thought I could handle on my own what was supposed to be an "uncontested" case. Long story, short, the case was contested and I ended up being strung along, but I was just not strong enough to manage the situation. Things only escalated and were getting worse after each interaction. I finally gained enough confidence to do what I should have done in the first place - hire a skilled attorney who was not afraid to go the distance if it were necessary. I was surprised at how quickly things got resolved after Regina took over and laid out the path necessary if the case were to go to trial. I just wish I would have hired her sooner. I retained Ms. Main about 6 months into my existing case after firing my first attorney. I was terrified and scared and discouraged because of my previous experience with the court system. My previous attorney dropped the ball and Ms. Main came into the picture and had to clean up his mess. From day one, she remembered every detail of my case and I was 100% confident in her court room appearance as well as all of the paper work that her office filed. She always put my son’s best interest ahead of anything else. She is truly ethical and was so professional in the court room even when the judge and opposong council left me with a sour taste in my mouth. She never stooped to their level and always stayed professional and fought for what was right! She is extremely knowledgeable and is “the smartest person in the room” (inside joke). Opposing council was a loud mouth and should actually be a criminal defense attorney, not a family law attorney. It’s actually disgusting how horrible other attorneys can be. HOWEVER, Rebekah is someone you want on your team. Child custody is heart breaking and gut wrenching. It’s expensive (however she is fairly priced and doesn’t charge above and beyond like most). After over two years from my initial hearing, my case finally was resolved and I am so grateful that I can now put the nightmare behind me. Let me add, it was opposing who consistently dragged out our case, not Rebekah. She wanted resolution as much as I did. She is extremely valuable and as far as I’m concerned one of the best attorneys I have ever known. Her staff is also awesome! I felt like they knew me on a personal level, I never felt like a business transaction. I am telling you now, if you are searching for a child custody attorney, do not waste your time looking elsewhere, hire Ms. Main. You won’t regret it. If I could give her 100 stars I would. In the most shocking and paralyzing time of my life, Mindi Lasley and her team came to bat for me in such a profound way. I hired her for what I knew would be a litigation blood bath in a child custody case. I knew the opposing side would try every trick in the book...and Mindi was ready.
Mindi is bright, sharp, intuitive, and bold. At our first mediation, the opposition came in and demanded everything. I'll never forget Mindi roaring, "We aren't agreeing to any of that!" I knew in that moment that I was in really good hands.I felt protected and empowered.
Throughout our very long, drawn-out case, Mindi and her team made sure to advise me on all of the big things and all of the small things. I have spent almost 7 years embroiled in a multitude of difficult situations with my ex-husband. During this time I have used the services of 5 attorneys. My most recent situation was the most challenging, and required an insightful and readily-available attorney. While I had used the services of Rose Law Group before, I had never used the services of Mr. Kaine Fisher. Initially, on a weekend, I sent Mr. Fisher a plethora of emails relating to the past 7 years of divorce issues. Much to my surprise, by Sunday, Mr. Fisher had answered my emails. I contacted Guichard St. Surin just a few days before my hearing for a restraining order. I was nervous because the opposing party had a lawyer and being told how hard it was to get a restraining order. I presented my evidence to Guichard the morning of my hearing. He brilliantly put together and addressed the court with my case that had the opposing party running to offer us a settlement for a 1 year restraining order. Guichard discussed it with me and knew we could go all way and get a permanent restraining order so we declined the offer. In the end the judge came to a decision and granted us a permanent restraining order. Where do I start? I hired Andrew 2 years ago for a divorce and he's been a godsend. I don't think I would've been able to get through my divorce without him. He was always available to speak with me and answer my questions even if they were silly. He is very sharp and on top of his career. He knows his stuff. I waited for months on writing this review in order to find the words that would do this office justice.
I will start by saying that your office exceeded my already high expectations, performance-wise and outcome-wise. You have delivered exceptional results, and I am still amazed with them every day.
After interviewing 9 attorneys over 12 months, I went to see Gregg who straightforwardly explained the process and stressed on the fact that my children’s best interest is of more importance to him than all other parties involved. He earned my trust from the beginning.

My divorce wasnt a mutual one, so I had to hire an attorney post my ex had already looked around the part of town I live in. It was a blessing in disguise as I traveled farther away to find Deshon. I knew she would be perfect for me in this hard time in life in just one meeting. It wasnt only for her compassion but her advise. She didnt tell me what I wanted to hear but what I should hear.
Its always expensive to go through attorneys but if you employ one who is smart you get most out of your money. Her entire team is smart and paid a lot of attention to detail. It sometimes is hard to find time with Deshon but you will always get the right answer. I truly appreciated working with her entire team Staci, Sara, Natalie, Jessica, Lisa etc.
It took over an year to get the final judgement and all settlement with custody etc. and I have no complaints. I was really impressed with Deshon at the hearing, she was against another 10 rated lawyer in the town and the opponent was totally out of her element and Deshon was smart, poised and eloquent in her part of defense. Mr. Gary Williams is a smart, thoughtful, knowledgeable and tenacious attorney. We recently settled an ongoing dispute regarding the enforcement of the terms of a prenuptial agreement. It was an arduous and frustrating 5 year long process as my ex fought us every step of the way. Mr. Williams and his staff stood by me through this whole ordeal with understanding and patience and ending up getting me a deal that was fair and protected me from my ex. My ex is a very vindictive person and I was concerned he may seek retribution now that the case was settled. Mr. Williams took my concerns to heart and included language in the settlement barring him from harassing me in the future. That meant a lot to me. His staff is also wonderful. Very professional and helpful. I wish there were more stars to give Amanda. She is by far the best attorney in California!!! What should have been a simple divorce turned into a year and a half long nightmare. I live in Virginia and was having to fight a divorce all the way in California. I was so scared not being able to meet with my new attorney face to face and only had 30 days to find someone after I was served. I found Amanda within a few days of searching and sent her an email letting her know my situation. That same day she e-mailed me back. Ed and his team have demonstrated that they are the dominate legal council in the Peoria area. Ed can be trusted to deliver and defend you for the most difficult cases. My ex wife filed a HIPPA case against my wife to gain access to medical records to ecploit my wife and restrict parenting time and Ed worked closely with us to settle outside of court.
