Hired Mr. BURLESON to defend me against a bogus charge in Harris County. Supplied him with video/photos of my vehicle and took a polygraph test (passed) , he compiled a report, presented it to the GJ and a month later my case was dismissed. Can't ask for much more than that....
Secondly, out of a dozen calls, he was one of only 2 to respond on a weekend, when I was searching for a lawyer...

My family and I had the honor of working with Zoe when we adopted our daughter. We had never gone through this process before and Zoe helped walk us through the process. I now realize why they call it a custody battle. I went to war with my former spouse to get custody of our children. We did take a few blows in the battles, but I had a great commander and chief keeping me out of harm's way, her name is Attorney Karen Miller. The worst thing in the world is that our children's college money was used to finance this war. The problem is not with the attorneys but with the system. Many times we went to court, the Judge would ask us to return. I just want readers to know that I wanted to give up on many occasions; however, Attorney Karen gave me positive reinforcement to not give up on my children. We finally have our victory, and I am grateful that I stuck it out with Attorney Karen. If you do what she says, you will do well in court. It does not happen overnight to get out of your troubles, but I had to realize that our legal woes did not happen overnight either. Ms. Miller cares about her clients. I have been a client for the last 15 years since my eldest son was 3.
Fortunately he just turned 18 and is no longer a victim of his mother. I have 2 younger children, 16 and 14. We are still going to court everytime their mother wants to make a change in their stable program. Everytime their mother looses thanks to Ms. Miller's superior skills as an attorney. The children's mother has hired over 6 attorneys in the last 15 years and all have of those attorneys have been defeated mainly because I have had Ms. Miller at my side. Thank you for being a winner for my chikdren and saving them from their unstable mother. If you have a horrible ex who keeps taking yiu back to court, I would highly recommend Ms. Miller. Mr. Travis and his paralegal Dauna were wonderful in representing me in my divorce and child custody case. They were both very knowledgeable about laws, and detail oriented in preparing my case. Julia is great. My only regret is that I wish I had found her sooner. I had to learn the hard way that there are a lot of bad lawyers out there. My experience with Jennifer was wonderful. I was divorced for three years and was no longer receiving adequate support for my child. Child support was not an issue at the time of my divorce and a few years after. However, things changed and I needed support for my child. I was extremely afraid and sad that I needed to embark on legal proceedings to garner support. I didn’t receive any recommendations and was cold calling family law attorneys that I found on the web. Jennifer was one of the lawyers I found during my search. I was initially impressed with her credentials and her level of experience. Jennifer returned my call the same day I left her a message inquiring about her services. During that initial phone call she pulled up my case information from my divorce while I was on the phone with her. She reviewed my file and gave me great advice during our first conversation. I knew from the first phone call that she would be amazing.
I met with Jennifer a few days later, with fears and tears. During that meeting she let me know that I had a great case, along with what to expect, how long the process would take, and what I may have to endure. I was extremely unsure of my rights, but Jennifer provided excellent legal counsel. Jennifer provided me with a sense of ease that I desperately needed.
My case lasted almost a year, during that time Jennifer was always available, always provided everything I needed to know and what I needed to do along the way.

Erica was supportive, knowledgable, honest, and realistic. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. My divorce process was painless thanks to her. First of all I would like to thank Miss Ramsay. About a year ago I lost everything. My home my children everything. I did a consultation with Miss Ramsey the day after everything happened. There was no sugar coating she didn't try to fill me with hopes and dreams she told me the facts and laid down the realistic possibilities of fighting in family court.
Miss Ramsay and her paralegal never ignored me or made me feel like my case wasn't important to them. There were several Court hearings never-was Miss Ramsey late or unwilling to talk to me before the hearings.
She constantly kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on in my case. I did not feel that there was anything she did that I did not know.
I would suggest Miss Ramsay to anyone that is having any kind of legal family issues. She help me fight my OOP and was there with me through the entire process. Because of what happened I had not seen my children in a year. And because of Miss Ramsay I ended up getting 50/50 custody as well as joint decision making of my children.
Going through family court with an attorney as an extremely expensive proposition. But I say this with all honesty if you want a family attorney that is honest and will be there and listen I would suggest no one else than Miss Ramsay. And that every single penny you spend with her will be worth it.

For having a difficult job, Brandy will actually argue or fight for you...i wish she gave me more advice but she does her job well...an attorney is suppose to fight for you and give you advice and i've had a few that have done neither...I dont know what they did really.....she did a good job, is funny and not serious or jaded by this profession and doesn't try to bill you excessively....hire her because if I did my first time I would ahve saved 20k +

Mike has a desire to be successful in his services and representing myself. This was first demonstrated to me when Mike did his research on me to determine if I was being honest with him in the beginning. When he was certain that he was given all the correct facts, he took on the case. I really appreciated this, because when he accepted my case, he was committed to it and to me. Mike would review every aspect with me and explain the alternatives including the potential cost impacts with the various options before proceeding. Mike dealt professionally with everything that needed to be addressed. He discussed the issues with me and listened to what I had to say without making any pre-judgments. I wanted to articulate my experience with Christopher Lombardo who has literally been my savior thanks to his skill sets which are second to none. I first hired a female attorney who I believed would be able to relate to me as another woman and exude compassion and empathy with respect to my situation which was as bad as it gets. As I was going through the divorce, I discovered that she did not have the requisite financial skills to protect me financially. Her discovery was inadequate and hurt me significantly for my financial future. I was being harassed by my ex and my attorney advised me to do nothing about it. I made the decision to leave the first attorney because I felt that she was not adequately representing me. I then secured another female attorney with the primary charge of selling my home and ensuring that I be reimbursed for my legal fees as per a court stipulation. My ex refused to reimburse the legal fees. The second attorney was working on going back to court to get my legal fees and in the process, my ex filed a Motion for a Special Magistrate to sell the marital home. Her legal representation was so inferior that she ended up getting sued personally. She was incompetent and had a chip on her shoulder in regards to me. And to make matters worse, she made derogatory comments to me. In addition, the legal fees she charged me were excessive. I knew that I had to change course because nothing positive was being accomplished. So, I had a friend help me research other attorneys. Our selection made was Christopher Lombardo. I am pleased to say that Mr. Lombardo competently, and rigorously took on my matters with a sense of urgency. The marital house was finally sold after he was able to talk sense to my ex's attorney. Chris is as savvy as they come, has many years of experience and knows how to negotiate with other attorneys without running up huge bills. He has always treated me with the utmost of kindness and respect. Without his expertise, I know that I would still be trying to navigate a deal and would have been forced to frivolously spend another $40,000. Quite simply, he is the best attorney I have ever used. In addition his team members including Rebecca Wade and Scott Pauzer were extremely helpful and prompt when dealing with my issues.
I would strongly recommend Mr. Lombardo to anyone who is dealing with divorce matters.

Rebecca represented me through my divorce several years ago. It was one of the most difficult times of my life and we were dealing with an antagonistic party, but Rebecca kept me balanced and fought for me throughout the entire process. It was good to know that someone was there to help me whenever it got rough. Rebecca answered any questions I had in a timely fashion and was clear about the costs of her services before we proceeded with any actions. While it's her job to get me the most possible from a divorce, she also respected my boundaries and allowed me to shape what I felt comfortable asking for.
