This attorney is very sharp, informed, and prompt on replying via email or phone. I hired Gina for issues regarding child support and custody issues as well as defending against false allegations against me. This was my first experience with a lawyer. I was embarking on an extremely stressful high conflict custody dispute. As a father, I falsely believed I was at a disadvantage simply due to my gender and felt the court would side with the mother no matter the situation. In this instance I was confronted with a motion for my child to move out of state with the mother.
Alexis Revelo went above and beyond representing me. Her and her team such as Shaina Garcia are highly motivated, easy to talk to and are amazing at interpreting the sheer amount of noise that a custody dispute produces. She was honest, practical with custody expectations and always kept me true to the matter at hand when my personal emotions got in the way.
Thanks to her, I am more informed of my rights as a coparent and now have protected rights as a father to maintain the bond with my son in the state of California.
Hands down this has been the most stressful parental experience. I do not wish it upon any fellow soul. However, if you find yourself in the trenches fighting for your child, Alexis Julia Revelo is that of legend.

I would agree with most positive reviews about Ethan and more. I have known his father Merritt professionally for a long time and I met Ethan years ago at their office. Ethan was a young sharp attorney then and he is a brilliant attorney now. My divorce was complex and difficult as it emanated from a foreign marriage. Ethan was not only prepared to deal with issues dealing with an ill conceived attempt at a reconciliation of marriage but also with issues stemming from a foreign marriage contract. He not only navigated through the reconciliation issues but also complex property issues, alimony, child support, custody and visitation aspects of the case. I couldn't have hired a more knowledgeable, aggressive and well prepared attorney. I could write a brief on Ethan. He is not only readily accessible but friendly and down to earth. There's no hint of arrogance or standoffish that you might find with other attorneys. I would say Ethan takes each case very personal and high professional. I never thought I would ever find a lawyer who could assist collect a divorce settlement awarded to me six years ago. It was easy to speak with him over the phone, as it was in person, in his office. My first impression was, he is bright, experienced and skilled in family law, sincere, and will definitely protect my interest as his client. During my visit in his office, I did not have a second thought at all to hire him and represent me. And during the process, he was always available to receive or return my calls to answer further questions, inquiries, or clarifications. He was way on time during the court set date. At the court, he was very focused, steady, so professional during the back and forth negotiation with the other party. And he has explained to me his back-up strategies if things do not turn out exactly as he intended. Guess what, Ethan had successfully make the other party reveal his assets, present recommendation to the presiding Judge, and best of all, immediate payments of QDRO judgement. Today in court I watched Mastery , Tanis is a skilled, brilliant, & powerful attorney. After I was falsely accused of domestic abuse in 2014 , and issued a restraining order and re issued again in 2015 , my prior lawyers basically told me to stay quiet and I did , I listened and listened to 100% false accusations my my ex , I hired attorney Yannetti in 2015 , she was confident right away she could have this restraining order terminated immediately , yet she she still made a wise decision to wait until today April 14, 2016 to finally " have my day in court " Tanis made this decision so she could get to work , pulling transcripts, having them transcribed , finding all inconsistent statements made by my ex Tanis found things that Nobody else saw , from big things like Purgery , to dates that just didn't or couldn't even be possible, all overlooked by my former council , she took on 4 lawers today , and stayed so cool , the plaintiff my ex , could not control herself and her lawyers and the judge had to constantly tell the plaintiff to stop , Tanis read every transcript and her knowledge on my case was outstanding, picking up immediate on any inaccuracies the opposing lawyers made and some were small that most attorneys would miss, her objections were timely and perfect and her asking of the relevance of certain items brought in or up kept the hearing in order not allowing anybody to divert the subject of why we were there and that was Justice , I was losing faith in our Justice system Tanis restored it! If anybody needs help with false accusations, and women being guided by V.A.W.A . Tanis is your best shot in a positive outcome . Her closing arguments, were powerful and strong , stating facts . I was involved in a case and missed the court. When I received the verdict I was desperate. I called 5 different law firms to ask for help, but most of them told me they cannot help me. My colleagues recommended Jacalen's firm. They told me if there is anyone can help me in my case, her firm would be the best place in Ann Arbor area. So I went there hoping there would help me. I was lucky that Jacalen was there and she reviewed my case. She gave me some very professional advises and explained in detail how I could do for my situation. After I hired her as my lawyer in that case, she helped me solved my problem in time. After 4 months, the lawyer from another side in that case came to me again and ask money, saying I owe him about $5,000. I sent Jacalen an email ask for help, she helped me in the second day and the lawyer on the other side admit that the letter ask money from me is a mistake. She helped me again in time. And she did not charge me for this. I do appriate her quick response and very professional, honest, and thoughful service.

My wife and I wanted to get joint custody of my children. We both were unsure how to go about this because you don't hear many postive outcomes with dad's going to court. We contacted Mr. Snyder and he immediatley put us at ease and answered every question we had.

Without going into too much detail about my case, I was in a jam and for reasons beyond our control Ruth and I met for the first time just 5 minutes before the trial date of a custody hearing. This was a 5 year old case that had gone completely off the rails due in large part to an error in judgement I had made years earlier and then further exacerbated by an over zealous guardian ad liatem that I had asked to be appointed on my daughter's behalf. The GAL had completely convinced herself that she was right in figuring out that I had done something wrong even when all the evidence before her pointed to the contrary. With 5 minutes to prep Ruth on the most significant points of the case, we developed a strategy that took the legs right out from under the narrative being pushed forth by the GAL and the judge was wise enough to see through the clutter. My version of events made sense to what was known and did not require the leaps, jumps, and assumptions that were needed for the other. The truth can be stubborn like that sometimes. The odds were stacked against me but within minutes of having just met, Ruth understood the complexity of this case, comprehended the flaws in the GAL's logic and orchestrated a momentum shift that ended in a complete reversal of the tides. We won the case. Mind...Blown... Very impressed. The good guys won today. Thanks Ruth

I contacted Ruth Robinson on a Saturday regarding a warrant that was issued for failure to appear. On Monday, she filed a notice of appearance as my attorney and filed a motion to have the warrant recalled. The court told her they’d recall the warrant and set a new court date. Ruth was very professional, diligent, and went above and beyond for me. She listened to everything I told her, requested me to send her several screenshots and filed the necessary paperwork to get the warrant recalled and a new court date. Having utilized Mr. French's services for almost two decades, I can honestly say that Mr. French has been very knowledgeable about every legal need I presented to him. Initially, I came to Mr French needing a will, advanced directives, and durable power of attorney for my mother after he was my mother's attorney for her divorce. Later, I returned to Mr. French needing assistance on a property purchase and the documentation for that. The most I have utilized Mr. French was in my own divorce which was quite extensive and tedious due to the other attorney and the ex husband. Mr. French was not intimidated or concerned with the blatant drama observed by the other attorney during deposition. He was professional, protective of my interests, and insistent that I be treated in a respectful manner during the entire process. Mr. French is able to see through the chaos and get the information he needed to help me get the divorce finalized. Mario is an AMAZING attorney. I received a traffic violation, failing to yield. Mario represented me and was ready for trial. He was representing someone at 9am and 11am and rushed to make mine at 10am. Mario arrived ready for trial, and after talking to the Prosecutor (2 min after his arrival) we received a dismissal. This process was smooth and easy. Mario is extremely informative, effective and the best! Instead of having to be in probation, pay attorney fees, etc., we walked out with a dismissal! I will always go back to him if I am seeking legal representation.

Brad and his team helped me complete my divorce that had complex international and extenuating circumstances attached. Brad’s knowledge of Texas Divorce Law was second to none. Brad (and Jeff) substituted in after a long drawn out process after filing (8 months) that got virtually NOWHERE with my previous attorney because she was MIA in both response time and counsel! Not only did Brad jump in, assess the situation and the proposed agreement my spouse and I had come to (absent counsel from previous attorney). Brad thoughtfully considered and acknowledged the spirit of what we were trying to accomplish, provided insight into potential drawbacks or areas of recommended clarification and focused exclusively on clarification of language vs. exorbitant revisions to the settlement documents (to put his mark on it) that would have further delayed finalization.
He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and diligent (as was Jeff)-I highly recommend him.

I knew I wanted to hire Brad right after my initial consultation. I was going back to court for the second time over my child possession agreement and felt like I didn't have any options. Brad came to the table with three different effective solutions and took the time to explain in detail what each one meant. We were supplied a revised document from my x that had many holes in it. I wrote to Lorna at the end of my 2.5-year custody battle - "Words are inadequate to express my gratefulness", and it's true. Lorna has been on my side for that long, not only as my counsel, but to me, also a friend, and a mentor.
I remember talking to a dozen attorneys who all turned down my case because of its complexity - a divorce that invovled domestic violence, dependency, immigration, and relocation - yet Lorna was the only attorney that took genuine interest in my case, and she did not even charge me for our first 2-hour consultation. She actually read through over 3000 pages of my dependency case. She always responds promptly, sometimes even after office hours, she is thorough and detailed, insightful and empathic. She remained a delightful spirit despite my ex's constant threats, harassment, and accusation directed at her.
Even though I could not continue to afford her representation toward the end of my case, and chose to represent myself in a 3-day trial, she guided me through every step to make sure I was prepared and capable. And I won, even with some extra icing on the cake I did not expect. I hired Mr Weinzierl for help with long term payment issues and child support for my son about to go to college. I am nearly 10 years post divorce with an abuser who will not stop for nothing. Rob is really calming when the ex triggers the PTSD. He knows things are upsetting but he guides with what feels like a bit of love and logic. If you have ever dealt with a truly pathological person you know how crazy they can make a legal case. There is almost nobody who understands the abuse dynamics in family law. I recently needed legal representation for a custody trial and was referred to Christian Lapham. After one conversation with Christian, I was confident that this was the attorney that I wanted to represent me. He is a brilliant attorney who focuses on the best interest of your child and handles family manners with unmatched empathy and professionalism. Christian Lapham of Bean, Kinney and Korman, was my divorce attorney. He came recommended from our marriage counselor who worked with him on some Divorce Options workshops in Northern Virginia. Christian was an outstanding advocate for me from the beginning of the divorce process to the end (formal decree) and even beyond that. He is organized, smart, tenacious, and perhaps most important to me, a great counselor during a time I needed it most, providing guidance, wisdom and support. I was going through a bad separation/divorce in 2010 and I needed an attorney ASAP. I looked around the internet and posted what I was looking for in an attorney on a website.
Christian immediately emailed me and said he could help me out with my situation. The minute I met him, I knew I hit the lottery with him as my attorney. Christian is such a calming presence and assured me he would take care of my stress and make sure that I would not be bullied by me ex's attorney. Off and on, my divorce and custody battle went on for a few years! Each time, Christian was there and had my back. My Ex's attorney was a very difficult person to deal with and very irrational and emotional at times as well. This behavior allowed my attorney (Christian) to come out with a favorable outcome when it came to my custody issue. His recommendation on having my young son testify in my custody battle was key to me having 50-50 split shared custody. While always calling a child to testify is a calculated risk, Christian felt good about it with the Judge that would oversee the trial. Christian also made excellent choices for me when it came to my divorce. His recommendation on a small buyout of my ex in return for her leaving my retirement alone and forfeiting her ability to ever come back to me for anything in the future was the BEST decision I ever made. I didn't think that at the time, but he assured me it was in my best interest seeing how vindictive my ex is. The end result? Christian was correct!
Whenever I had needed Christian, he's always been there for me. He has become more than just "my attorney" He has become a true friend and someone that I consider family. He is so kind, considerate and his integrity is what makes him an outstanding attorney.
While I hope I never go through anything like this ever again, I know that I can rely and count on Christian if I ever need him again in the future. He's a great person and an excellent attorney!

In April I had an emergent situation come up and had to file for custody after previously not having to have an order. In addition, I was having to do so from 2 hours away. Ms. Loshinsky was great from the start. She was always prompt when returning my calls and emails and worked very hard to get the final outcome that I was hoping for. She did her best to make sure that I wasn't having to make unnecessary trips to and from Wilmington, etc. I know that during this process I probably drove her crazy, if I did, she never hinted at it. Marguerite is the best lawyer you can get. We had a very difficult and complex case together, no one else could have won. She was always spot on, and her advice and strategy has been excellent. The mother of my child came after my family and I hard. She made accusations against my family, my friends and myself, claiming whatever she could to get full custody of our son and have a ton of restrictions put on me. I must have called at least a dozen lawyers, many of whom were either not accepting new clients or were charging insane retainer fees. I had my consultation with Kiley shortly after contacting her firm. She was extremely professional and seemed more knowledgeable than most people I'd talked to. Since hiring Kiley, she has helped me get an order of protection against me denied, a very favorable family plan ruling and is currently helping me deal with a child support issue as DCS has the wrong information about my income. I would absolutely recommend Kiley Anderson to anyone who's in need of a family law attorney. She prepared an eloquently written and factually accurate argument. She pointed out every little inconsistency in the other parties claims, and there were a lot of them.
