It is rare to find a lawyer with even one good review written on them on the internet, yet alone several. To have several and have them all 5 star is unheard of. It is the reason we met with her, hired her, and we have yet to be disapointed. Virgina has earned them all! She took on a VERY complex and difficult case with issues going back over 2 years. The case is still ongoing but could not be more pleased with the results so far. She really knows her stuff and goes at it with diligence. We have had 2 lawyers previously who left more than a bad taste with their extremely costly errors, lack of knowledge and plain failure to show up! Virginia has renewed our faith that there really are lawyers out there that you can trust to do the job you would expect them too. You will NOT be diappointed in her representation of you!

Virginia is the kind of attorney that will get things done in timely and respectful manners. She tells a client why she takes a certain approach and keeps clients up to date with changes and info. She is a fantastic attorney as far as knowing her way around the law and facts and combining that knowledge with tact. She was a word of mouth local area referral that turned out to be a true blessing and affordable. A client definitely gets their monies worth. Virgina does her home work to stay sharp in the practice of law. I was very impressed that she will listen to her clients fully and if you are honest with her she will be honest and work best for you. I appreciated her vigor in the court room being the aggressive attorney I needed for my case. Virginia is more than competent and I'm thankful to have found her. I highly recommend her.

Wen I say god brought her to me he did. I was accused of a crime which I didn't do and this women told me without even knowing me that she believed me n their was no doubt I was lieing. Mr. Roper was a great help in my legal battle. Pertaining to a restraining order that was falsely filed against me by my ex-girlfriend who I caught lying & cheating. Even had the opposing party scared enough to drop everything.

A friend of mine referred me to Kurt, saying he was “the best of the best,” and he wasn’t wrong! In just a couple of months of using him for my custody case, I have learned that he is someone I can fully trust, can be depended on to get back to me in a timely manner, and give me solid and professional advice. I recently hired Cameron Compton and her team to represent me and my situation and it was the BEST decision I made!! I was referred to her by two other attorneys that do not practice family law. I was going through a custody/ child support battle with my ex husband. The lawyer I had could no longer work on my case and referred me to Dana. It was very short notice but Dana stepped up and met me at our first court date. We discussed how things would go from there and she assured me that she would take care of everything. She stayed on top of the case while making sure to update me every step of the way. Due to her great diligence my case was dismissed.

I wanted to take an opportunity to write a review for Erik Burns. He represented me in 2012 for a child custody hearing. Erik fought zealously for my rights as a parent and for my daughter, researching and working beyond the scope of his engagement. He was able to get excellent information on record, as well. I am fortunate to have had Erik as my attorney and proud to call him my friend.
Now that I am a Tulane graduate in General Legal Studies and a competent paralegal, I can intelligently comment and praise Erik in his professionalism and efforts. He wrote an amazing motion and was very thorough in his details covering the facts and enumerating the legal issues at hand before the court. Even though we lost, it wasn't because Erik wasn't awesome, didn't do his job or because he dropped the ball. It was because we had a prejudiced judge, plain and simple. And sadly, that happens, but losing does NOT deter me from confidently recommending Erik or from praising his valiant efforts. A non-biased judge would have made a different call.

getting a divorce, I asked another non legal professional for a a divorce attorney recommendations and he had very good things to David, so I hired him on the spot. He kept my cost down, was straight to point, returned my phones call in timely manner. explained all my options. He was very transparent with me. i was really impressed with how well he worked with opposing council. Plus, his retainer was alot less than what my ex wife had to pay, and I got better results. I never felt like David cared about billing hours just to get paid. he is not that type of lawyer. A+ i have not complaints. My divorce took 6 months start to finish, David kept us out of the court room, and we got resolution.

Stacy took a very stressful and certainly unfamiliar situation and explained every step in a comforting way. She was so kind and patient with me, helping me understand the processes. Recently used New Hope Divorce Mediation, in particular Mindey Elgart, to handle my no contest divorce. It was a very pleasant process, given the situation, and went smoothly from the beginning to the end. After the initial meeting where we discussed all the details, we met one more time to finalize the settlement agreement. After that there was a 90 day waiting period. During all that time, Mindey and her office was very diligent at sending us all the paperwork and explaining everything step by step, when and how to properly sign and mail all the documents to the court. After the 90 day waiting period, it just took another 2 months to receive the divorce decree from the judge. I would highly recommend Mindey and New Hope Divorce Mediation to others to handle their divorce case.

I hired Lenore about 18 months ago after firing 3 other attorneys....the last of which nearly bankrupted me when he failed to file
an appeal of an outrageous child support award.
There are many attributes of Lenore that are really rare in divorce attorneys:
* non-confrontational
* high attention-to-detail
* outgoing and friendly
* reasonably rate given her high quality of service
She handled my case with high level of professionalism.
Lenore represented me at both a master's level and then a judge's level for equitable distribution.
In both cases, she was well prepared and very convincing in these hearings...especially the latter where there were nearly 10,000 pages of documentation.
She arrived at the court house with a luggage carrier holding nearly 4 FEET of documents !
Her performance was exemplary thanks to careful preparation.
When the hearing was over, we walked out of the courthouse and she gave me a big hug as we said goodbye !

Last year I was involved in a case with DSS and I decided to hire Mary Lee Briggs as my attorney. The whole process extended for a year and half but she made sure to keep my mind at ease at all times. I can't thank Mary Lee enough for her support and strong ability to represent me for my divorce. I had moved from SC to Colorado and secured her while moving. Although it was a 1.5 year process, she was extremely supportive throughout the time. I really can't recommend Kelsea enough. She remained professional through some pretty frustrating and stressful litigation with my ex. Most of all I always felt confident that she was advocating for my wants and needs. I am disabled, my husband left me, after 32 years, because he didn't want a disabled wife. I was a hot mess, when I came to Kelsea. She could have told me no, I had to switch to her, with only weeks to go. She took me on, and, because she's in an office with other attorneys, it's like you get all their advice. Kelsea asked others in her firm, more experienced, to make sure all our info was correct. She was fantastic, I was falling apart at the end, and, she hung in there with me, helped me make decisions, get it settled out of court. I was so scared of being sick and alone, no money to live, as I can't work. Kelsea made sure I got the settlement I needed, so I would be OK. I got served again by my ex last night, he wants to terminate my support, and, life insurance he has to keep, with myself as beneficiary. Whitney has been absolutely amazing! From the first meeting I had with Whitney, I was comfortable and knew that I would be well taken care of throughout my case. There were several times I would she would contact me in the evenings and on weekends; I was kept informed every step of the way. What should have been a cut and dry case was far from, but Whitney and her team were well prepared for any and every thing that was thrown their way. I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. If you need a lawyer who will go into the court fighting hard for you and for what's morally & legally right, choose Attorney Huddleston. I did and I don't regret it one bit. I met Mr.Bob when i was at my lowest seeking help with custody battle on top of financial battles with the local child support office.He did an outstanding job with keeping me updated on important things like court dates and my rights as a father.He helped me to win full time custody of my son whom i missed dearly.He was always a call or text away and acted promptly to whatever the situation was.I truly appreciate his great work ethics and if I had to choose a lawyer for anything it would be him, I feel like he has the right knowledge on just about anything and is always willing to point you to the right direction of who does if he’s not to sure of(which is rarely)…i thank you so much for assisting me.

I found myself in the unfortunate situation of being served a petition from one of those aggressive family lawyers. I met with Grady and hired him to defend me in this matter.
Grady took the time to fully understand the case and its nuances, and we met and discussed various legal strategies. The case took about a year to resolve due to various complicating factors including an overlapping issue in another court system that could have had corollary effects on the family case.
Throughout this time, Grady was unflappable. With his knowledge of the family law system and significant experience, Grady helped me navigate the various choices throughout the process. Additionally, Grady collaborated well with other attorneys helping to bridge the gap in styles.
His approach was very practical given his knowledge of what might work or not work depending on the circumstances. He conducted himself with a high degree of integrity and was never looking to do extra work just to over-bill me (which is oftentimes the case with divorce attorneys).

Just when I thought I lost all hope Mr Coppage was assigned to my custody battle case for my son. I’ve been going against my sons mother for almost 5 years in court trying to get custody over my son who’s been under my care Mr Coppage looked at me and said be honest with me and I’ll be honest with you do everything I tell you to do and the way that you are suppose to do it and well let the judicial system handle the rest.
