Trish is one of the most diligent and kind attorneys I've ever met and kindness is something that goes a long way in an unfriendly area like Family Law. She has an excellent court demeanor and is well respected and it is no surprise why. In addition to regular divorce law, Trish has a keen understanding of the FD type of cases and advocating for the best interests of children. I would hire Trish again in a heartbeat - she was excellent to work with and made the court process so much less daunting.

I met Patricia Cistaro when she was a senior associate attorney working for a large family law practice in New Jersey. During my initial consultation with Patricia, she advised me of the requirements to support a viable alimony modification case. I was impressed with her expertise and candidness, so when I felt it was the right time to petition the courts for alimony modification, I sought out Patricia and found that she had started her own practice. I engaged Patricia to represent me in a motion to modify or terminate my alimony obligation due to a significant change in circumstances, my approaching retirement age, and my ex-wife’s suspected cohabitation.
Patricia provided valuable guidance to me with regard to obtaining evidence and providing documentation that I needed to support my case. She communicated with my ex-wife and espoused the benefits of trying to reach an agreement of modification without the necessity of filing a costly motion. Patricia communicated to my ex-wife the date we intended to file a motion with the court if we were unable to negotiate a modification. Just before the expiration of the deadline, my ex-wife gave notice of her imminent marriage and shortly thereafter signed a Consent Order that officially terminated my alimony obligation.
During Patricia’s engagement, I received “big” firm legal expertise and experience, but with a comfortable “small” firm closeness. Hopefully, I will never need to engage the services of a family law attorney again, but if I did, I would hire Patricia Cistaro without reservation.

I worked with a divorce attorney before. I didn't know I could have been more protected until I found Arelis. I wish my previous attorney could have protected me more. Actually, I wish I found Arelis sooner and hired her as my attorney back then. This is the second time I had to go back to court because my ex wanted to stop paying child support.
Going through a divorce is very stressful and emotional beyond words can describe. Arelis helped calming me down as I was so lost, nervous and stressed. I didn't even know how to protect myself and my kids because emotions were too overwhelming. Anything to do with court process could be intimidating. Michael Reinhardt is a fantastic attorney to whom I will be forever grateful. He is friendly, caring, capable and experienced. I messed up badly several year’s ago and was caught red-handed, in the act. I was arrested, jailed, and charged with a felony criminal offense that carried a mandatory minimum sentence of eighteen months imprisonment. The outcome - guilty - seemed inevitable, and I dreaded the consequences. Michael Reinhardt represented me during the many court appearances I had to make. He explained the various stages of the judicial proceedings, and contacted me regularly to discuss progress and the strategy he was following to best defend me.
Remarkably, after much consultation and discussions, Michael managed to have the charges against me dropped altogether - to my immense relief of not just me, but my entire family, all of whom had been living under a cloud of anxiety. She is so thorough with the client and she has a great relationship with many of the “important players” in Walton County CourtHouse! I was updated on a regular basis. However since this case was delayed and extended due to the pandemic it was a bit more expensive than I expected but I wasn’t ever overcharged for anything at all I think it’s a big deal for you too have someone like Mrs. Stewart working for you and your family!! She’s knows the law especially Family Law and she’s just great, honest, and a engaging lawyer for her clients! Carolann Aschoff was my attorney in my recently completed divorce. Although my divorce was extremely amicable and my ex-wife and I had pretty much decided and agreed on everything prior to the papers even being filed I felt the need to have an attorney review our property settlement agreement to ensure that I was protected and I chose Ms. Aschoff. Ms. Aschoff was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that I was protected in all aspects of my divorce. Attorney Barry Fayne is one of the greatest people that I know, and I am more than happy that he agreed to take my case. At the time that he decided to get involved, I had been through four attorneys who seemed reluctant to deal with the tumultuous issues on my case. Attorney Fayne’s involvement changed everything!
In my opinion, Attorney Fayne’s calling was to be a family law attorney. He gives the best advice based on his profound knowledge of the law. We hired Barry on the recommendation of our attorney, who had a conflict and could not represent us for a specific hearing. Barry took us on as clients and immediately understood a very complex case and the seriousness of the issues of the hearing. He treated us like we were longstanding clients (even though we had just met) and listened to and responded to every one of our communication in a way that showed he is “all-in” for his clients when he takes a case. After observing him in action, I can confirm that he is highly skilled in arguing in front of a judge, has vast experience across multiple counties and knows multiple judges and courtrooms, and knows family law inside and out. While I’m happy with my current attorney (who also hired Barry, and hence recommended him when the conflict arose), I’d not hesitate to hire Barry again and recommend him to everyone I know. Lauren Taylor was great! She's professional and, using her years of experience, was realistic on how to handle certain issues we ran into along the way. Zelma represented me in a very acrimonious divorce. I honestly don't know how she put up with all of my emotions for 2 years. We were referred to this lawyer by a previous Duval county (Florida) judge after the separation of the unwed parents of a child with the indication that the mother might leave the state with the child and will not return. Florida law does not grant legal rights to an unwed father until paternity, time-sharing and shared responsibilities are established in court.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of this temporary hearing, giving credit to Debra and Thomas Treece. We are still waiting for the final hearing and hope that the Treece law team will continue to represent us fairly and honestly.
The Treece law team does not shoot for bashing the opposite party. From the beginning on, it was clear that they want a fair and honest outcome with no lies and only honesty. The reason to seek help was to fairly establish legal rights for the father and do all we can to benefit the child. The Treece law team maintained to fairly reach an agreement and asked for the continuation of the child's primary parent, which is tough to establish if it is the father who performed most parental responsibilities.
One "thing" I would like to mention is that I wish that the Treece law team would be more readily available when the father has an IMMEDIATE legal question, due to the mother using unfair tactics, lies and accusations that are unwarranted. I would love to at times receive a quick, brief legal advise right then and there, though acknowledge that we are not their only clients.
If you are looking for an aggressive lawyer to bash your opponent, keep looking. If you are looking for an aggressive FAIR lawyer, "fighting" for what is the honest truth and the best for the child, you found a calm legal team working for you.

Once my daughter received an order from the court, my daughter interviewed with many other attorneys. They would only allow her to talk with them. I met Chanda after taking divorce classes at the Women's Center and hiring and firing two awful lawyers. The first was dishonest and the second was from a firm that charged a high retainer and exorbitant hourly fees and then took days/weeks to return emails. Another victory and an exemplary proof that nothing can beat Ms. Kinsey. My ex-wife who attempted to obtain a restraining order against me based on false allegations, has faced a humiliating defeat, where the court quashed her request citing that the allegations were not 'Credible'.
