I found ONE!! I found an honest Lawyer. He not only returns phone calls but he is also available to update his client on the status of the case. Brian handled a personal injury for me and my five. I was extremely satisfied with the way Brian worked.

My particular case involved a child custody agreement, which normally is not an experience that I image anyone wishes to go through and I certainly was not looking forward to. However, as the title attempts to summarize based on my personal experience with Mr. Vitetta, these are the qualities that were most important to me. Above all, he responded nearly immediately to every email or call and kept me up-to-date with everything involving my case and explained everything in a way that I could understand. When presenting options, he was honest and straight forward, but maintained to keep my best interest in mind. Fees were very fair and at the conclusion of our matter, the result worked in everyone's favor. My children and I could not be happier. Romy was hired to help represent me through a heavy custody battle. As a father, in the state of Indiana, I had already fought the uphill battle and lost with a previous attorney. However, when I met with Romy and team, it was clear we had a path to success albeit several obstabcles in the way. Romy was able to guide me and my family through the process with thought, care and determination. I literally thought there was no hope, but instead, Romy was able to dictate the pace of everything, manage accordingly and quite literally destroy the competition. The balance of which was a decision from the bench, which I might add, is rather unheard of in custody cases. In that same vein, Romy was able to secure my daughters safety through full legal and primarr physical custody awarded to me, Dad.
If it were for Romy, my daughters safety would be in question on a daily basis, but instead, we can rest easy. This is all thanks to Romy.

I met Mr. Elswerky when I hired him to expunge an arrest record for my son. I was very angry that police arrested my son for no arrestable reason. He was visiting a fraternity brother when police knocked on the door. His frat brother refused to answer on the grounds that police didn't have a warrant, which is his right. One police officer stayed at the front door while the other went and got a warrant. Frat brother opened the door and everyone inside was arrested. There were several young men in the apartment. Prosecutor didn't prosecute b/c there was nothing to prosecute, but my son ended up with an arrest record. I suppose the warrant could have been appealed, but when prosecutor didn't move forward we thought it best just to seek expungement. Needless to say I am still angry at the police conduct and can only hope for karma for them and their families. Anyway, back to Mr. Elswerky, who filed the proper paperwork, set up a hearing for expungement. My son and I met him at the courthouse to attend the hearing. We waited approximately 2 hours for the judge and prosecutor to start, as the prosecutor was busy with another case in another courtroom. In those 2 hours we go to know more of Mr. Elswerky. He explained what was going to happen in the courtroom and my son's future concerning the expungement. When all this happened my son was a sophomore on college. He is going to graduate next month and then off to med school. I hope this review helps those in need of a criminal lawyer. I also hope we will never need Mr. Elswerky, but just in case, I would definitely hire again.

When i first met with Lori, she encouraged me to get consults from other attorney's before i made my decision. I respect that because I did not feel forced into making a life changing decision. Lori was very knowledgeable and honest about my case. She was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I engaged Ms Hoddy to represent me in an uncontested divorce. Even though it was uncontested there were a lot of details to consider due to it being a 20 year marriage with a minor child and a business. I found her to be both extremely personable and highly professional with a significant amount of related experience. She was able to clearly and concisely cover the legal aspects but also pointed out some very important personal considerations I would not have thought about. I was referred to Lori by another attorney who stated that Lori is the right attorney for my case. My case was regarding alimony for a CA considered long term marriage that I failed to obtain any relief in past court appearances. At our first consultation, Lori was very realistic and explained to me possible outcomes, obviously not miracles. I hired Channe in the tenth hour just before my evidentiary hearing on custody, visitation, and child support. My prior attorney disappeared, and given the circumstances I couldn't push out the hearing and go with the date I had, only a week away. I met with multiple attorneys, but because I had already been paying for an attorney I was low on funds. I couldn't afford many attorneys' retainers (some asked for $10k-$20k), but Channe's was much more affordable.
Channe really went to bat for me and represented me better than I could have imagined. My children are now safe and thriving under the new schedule and I'm receiving more child support than I was previously told I would because she found funds my ex was hiding. Although there was very little time between when I retained her and my hearing, she and her staff were very responsive to my questions and guided me through the process. If I need a family law attorney again, Channe will be my first call.

Tripp was exactly the lawyer we needed, when we needed him. The contractors on my home ripped me off, walked off the job, did a flawed job of what was completed, needless to say they did not complete the entire job. To top things off, the contractors filed a lien on my house. There were several twists and turns throughout the case. Just before trail, I went into the hospital with no direct contact/planning from Tripp. Tripp was still prepared anyway despite being limited in the decisions he could make. Within the last two days of court, the contractors brought in a new hot shot attorney from out of state. The new attorney disregarded the discovery process since he was not involved. My first expert witness was promptly dismissed. The court went into continuance. Tripp managed get to the testimony from my first expert witness anyway. In the end, the judge dismissed the contractor's case and granted me a judgement. A two-attorney team did not have skill nor court room presence to defeat Tripp’s preparation, presentation and court room presence. I have only hired a few attorneys who all have done some great things for me. Tripp is the top of the list.

She is a lovely person as a human being, and as a lawyer is a no-nonsense, hard-hitting professional with the skills to bring together Massachusetts marital law with the psychological aspects of divorce.
Due to the previous circumstances of my marriage, I was facing a twelve-year alimony liability that would have been financially disastrous for me, and would have prevented me from making a new start. Paula weaved together an astonishingly favorable settlement agreement that saved me tens of thousands of dollars, through courteous and efficient negotiations with the other side, even factoring in overseas jurisdictions, due to some of my assets being in Europe. I found myself in need of a divorce lawyer. A friend recommended me their attorney. My divorce was not going to be typical. I had two boys that were 6 and 3 and their mom was not in a grounded place. I needed to have custody. I had to hold things together. It was not promising. Dads did not fair well in 1999 regarding custody.
After a number of meetings it was clear that there was going to be trial. My attorney had a vacation planned and she had to bring in a partner. Enter Paula Berg.
In under an hour Paula told me a few basic things that I could rely on when testifying at trial. She was honest, and that does not always mean what I want to hear. She told me that I had the right lawyer and that I had to do exactly what I was told, because we were a team. She explained that dads do not typically get custody, and she followed that up with "so what, I do not have a problem going against the odds". She is a kind, warm person, but that is not how I would describe her professionally. Paula is very no nonsense, direct, and she knows the law. She knows what judges need to do their job. That is worth reading twice. I have referred Paula to a few friends, which also resulted in success. Again, pick the right lawyer and do exactly what she says. She is the right lawyer.

Starla Zehr helped me navigate the divorce process that included 2 small children within the Oakland County, Michigan court system. I was grateful to have had her expertise and ear when it came to representing me and my best interests. She always took into account my overall situation and presented me with all the potential options I could pursue.
