If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation in which you need to use the long term disability benefits that you have then please take your time and consider using Mr. Hill’s law practice. The policies that the LTD providers have can be challenging, confusing and quite bigoted. The team here however will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken into consideration, will explain everything in a full and clear manner and that all further communications with the LTD provider will take place through their practice. Furthermore, all the conferences that took place never felt rushed and left me more informed and educated by the time they were over. Patricia, Michael and Dernica in which I worked with always resulted in positive interactions and got back to me in a timely manner. Mr. Hill has the experience, took his time to understand the situation fully and was able to get my denied benefits restored. If I could go back in time I would have done one thing different though, I would have hired this practice from the onset of my LTD benefits instead of waiting until something went astray. As I have a feeling that with them involved from the start that the denial the LTD provider tried to get away with would have never been attempted.

I recently leased a car and got scammed by a dealership in Long island New York. Upon coming home i reviewed my paper work and noticed that it had been switched and the price was almost 10k of what i had agreed upon. i contacted them immediately and was told that although i was right that it was to late to make any corrections and i would just have to deal with. The scammers eventually stopped taking my calls. I knew i would have to retain a lawyer to be able to recoup any of my money. I reached out to a number of so called super lawyers and was most never even returned my calls and the ones that did all said the same thing. That Although i indeed got scammed my case was not worth there time. i was extremely upset frustrated beginning to think these scammers would get away with it. I refused to give up and continued my search and eventually came across David Kasell. Not only did David evaluate my case for free but agreed to take it on. Knowing my situation David agreed to work with me on his fees and we came to a very reasonable agreement. I submitted all my evidence and David assured me he would make things right. He kept in touch and was happy to answer any questions or concerns i had. To make a long story short not only did David get me a settlement check but he did so even faster than i expected. Apparently the dealership knew he meant business and wanted no parts of going to a trail. If it wasn't for David i would still be out thousands and the scamming dealership would likely have got away with ripping me off. I hope no one ever finds themselves in a similar situation but if you do the good news is David is only a phone call away. Cant say enough about how good and professional this man is, if only all lawyers were like him the world would be a better place. Id like to say Thanks David your efforts saved this hard working man being out thousands and unnecessary hardship. If it wasn't for you its likely these scammers/frauds would have got away with it. I hired David Kasell to represent me on a lemon law case with a difficult manufacturer, after I had completed the arbitration process and it was found in my favor. The process took months and was extremely complex, and David used his knowledge and experience to navigate it wonderfully and guide me to a resolution that was exactly what we asked for, and were legally entitled to.

I purchased a car from the dealership online. The car looked great in the pictures and the salesman said there was no issues with the car. When the car was delivered 14 days later and was able to look at it in person there was damage to the car / problems not identified by the car dealer to me. The estimated damage to repair was 15k. The dealership would not answer my calls and put me on hold until it hung up on me. Also, I did not receive title to the car so I couldn't register the car in my state. After 30 days of this going on I called Kasell law firm to get this taken care of. David took them to Federal court and was able to get me out of the car loan and have the car picked up by the dealership. If it wasn't for David Kasell I would have been stuck with the car and the repairs. He stayed on top of my case and provided updates. He is a very honest person and does what he says. I appreciate everything he did for me and highly recommend him if you are in a bad situation.

In my early years I heard many disturbing stories of how people lost a major part of their inheritance to City, State and Federal tax, after their parents died without having lawful protection from the tax system, and the thought of seeking a protection crossed my mind many times. But I kept postponed it to next week, next month, or next year, and year after year until I became much older and one morning I woke up with a terrible thought of how foolish it would have been If anything happened to me and left my family without protection losing half of what really belongs to them.

I have used the Law Firm of Ian Leavengood and Associates in the past for business and personal matters years ago with great success. Ian delivered everything that was agreed upon. Just recently I had a business customer that I had dealings with that would not pay me for the work that I had done for them that was not of the ordinary realm of business. My atty that handles my daily business dealings could not get this customer to pay me for what was agreed upon. After 2 months of frustrations with my corporate atty. I found Peter Herbst via AVVO when I did a search looking for a new trust attorney. I was looking to revamp my outdated trust documents and make some changes and had no clue where to start. I never had an opportunity to show my gratitute and appreciation here in this website. Mr. Bolliger took my case in 2017 against BMW not wanting to honor the warranty and finding every little excuse to avoid having to replace my engine. I do not live in the Tampa Bay area, I live in Fort Myers and could not find a Lemon Law lawyer locally. I'm glad I searched outward to a larger city and found Bolliger Law Group. This is their forte. The reviews on AVVO.com were what sold me on using them, they more than met my expectations.
I didn't have to drive to Tampa, all communication was handled promptly via email and phone.
My claim was simple and straight forward, transmission issues with my 2016 Jeep Charokee under 2 years old. I had all the initial documentation to them by late June, we had a little bit of a negotiation battle with the manufacturer and received an acceptable settlement offer by late August, I expect a check in September.
Very informative, they follow up, they get things done.
They tell you upfront what the process will most likely be like.
They tell you the potential timelines for each action that may be taken.
They tell you what is expected of you.
They give you a list of documentation that you need and how to obtain any missing pieces.
They give you your options, and you decide how you want to proceed.
A side note:
Documentation is absolutely key, make sure everything is noted on the service tickets, and don't hold off on going to the dealership and get your continued issues documented, read the notes on the service tickets that day, take photos of error codes on the dash, take video of your issues if possible, take a screenshot of mileage when you drop the vehicle off for service and when you pick it up to verify how many miles they test drove it.
Keep your expectations reasonable, while this is personal to you and emotional at the end of the day this is business for everyone else. While we all feel like we should not only get a full replacement vehicle with all the bells and whistles for our frustration; that is not going to happen. Know what you feel comfortable with settling for and let them know, and at the end of the day remember this process is to help you MOVE ON from your current situation.

Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. Airbag and seatbelt restraint light
My name is Cameron and I had a BMW I three rex I just purchased the vehicle back in June 2020. A week after I bought the vehicle my seat belt restraint and airbag light came on. I am mediately took it two the BMW dealership where I purchased a vehicle they told me it was fixed after a few days and gave me my vehicle back roughly 2 weeks later the light appeared again. I took the vehicle back to the dealership where this time they kept my vehicle for just over a week. They returned my car where I drove it for approximately another week and the light came back on for a third time. At this point I was becoming very frustrated with the service that I was receiving from BMW because I just purchased this vehicle and I have two young children that ride in this vehicle with me and the car is indicating that there is something wrong with the seatbelts and the airbag.
I did some research on the Lemon Law through Google and that is where I found Brett Shainfeld, Esq. I called his number and spoke with them over the phone telling him a story about my car. I felt confident after our conversation that I had found the right person to help me with my lemon law case. All of the paperwork was done via email which was reassuring given all that has been happening with the pandemic in 2020. Brett explained to me the process of the Lemon law and immediately begin to work on my case. He was very forthright and always answered my calls or text keeping me informed at all times during the process. While Brett was working on my lemon law case I had to take my vehicle back to BMW for the same issue three more times.
In October Brett informed me that BMW of America excepted my lemon law case and would move forward with the buyback program. All I had to do in this whole process was provide Brett with the documents he requested from me. This made The process very easy and best of all I had no out-of-pocket fees as originally promised in our first conversation.

My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. My recommendation for anyone using her is to calm down and let her handle things it will take so much of the stress out, you know you hired the best, trust that decision. Ms. Speyer helped me so much and I appreciate her and would and will be recommending her to anyone going through a similar situation.

As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. Debra was invaluable to me, working closely to complete the inheritance tax requirements, determine the disbursement of funds to their heirs and nursing me along to submit the required documents needed for closeout.

We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.

Best attorney ever! I had a horrible experience with my hoa not releasing old liens and double billing during litigation. We went back and forth for 13 years until I hired Jonathan Dessaules as my hoa attorney within 2 months my liens were released and my ledger was zero. I highly recommend any issues you may have with your hoa hire him do not try to fight on your own the laws are easily mis leading hard to understand he knew every law Jonathan was able explain why it was not right to me and he was able to have it cleared up fast. I had an almost 6000 ledger go to zero for my family to truly start fresh! I wish I found him in 2010 would have saved me so much more.

Our HOA sued us over our addition due to a setback violation. We had never had to retain a lawyer before in our lives and suddenly we were in a panic.
We contacted Jon Dessaules from Dessaules Law Group and from the first conversation we knew we had come to the right place. There is nothing worse than having one of your children precede you in death. When my daughter died she wanted me to be her personal representative in the execution of her will; Wendy made the complicated process easy and seamless for me. Attorney Blinn was able get a dealership to address the problems a used SUV I bought had, when I couldn't get anywhere with them previously. He also stayed with me even though there wasn't any financial gain for him, because the dealership couldn't correct the problems and took back the vehicle.
