As a previous client of Amy Ginsburg I could not say enough about my experience. At first I was so nervous about beginning a claim as anyone would be since it is a legal matter. We hired Jamie in 2018 and he represented us for over seven years as the plaintiffs in a very complicated landlord tenant dispute to prove our apartment was rent stabilized. Jamie was incredibly knowledgable about the law, and also tenacious in his defense of our claim. His motions were timely andwell written. We completely trusted his legal advice and knew he would not have us settle for anything that we were not completely comfortable with. He was always forthright and well-reasoned. He also knew when to push hard and when to try and find consensus among the parties. In the end, we decided a buy-out was our best option, but we never felt pushed into a decision. He is well respected by judges and attorneys on both sides of the aisle. When we told others in the legal field he was representing us they would often say I know of him, he is great. James Fishman was a godsend for me and my husband. We needed to break our Manhattan rental lease to move to a retirement community in North Carolina. New York State has a statute that allows seniors to do this under certain conditions that we met. However, breaking a NYC lease is not for the faintof heart because the penalties can be substantial. Additionally, we were concerned that the landlord’s representative would be difficult to deal with. I did my research and found Mr. Fishman and even was able to see a video of his testimony before a City Counsel housing committee.
We met with James virtually and found him to be accessible, quite knowledgeable, reassuring and easy to work with. He drafted the letter announcing our intent, the letter requesting the return of our security deposit, followed up on the security deposit and processed it through his escrow account, sending us the correct amount.
The very valuable thing James gave us was peace of mind.

I wanted to do business with the firm because of its great reviews and openness to serving diverse populations. But, unfortunately, I have been given the runaround. On July 8, I filled out their easy online inquiry form. On July 12, I received an email indicating that someone would contact me shortly. On July 15, I received an email from Leah thanking me for my interest in the firm and asking if I would be willing to watch a presentation to prepare me for my initial consultation with the firm. I thought That would be a great idea to help ease anxiety and to provide some background education that I might not possess. So, on July 16, I replied to Leah, letting her know I would be happy to view the presentation. Three days passed, but no presentation was sent, so I followed up with another email indicating my interest in viewing the presentation so we could get this process going.
It is now July 25, and I am still waiting for the presentation. Therefore, it has been 17 days since I have been trying to work with Zimmer, but I guess they don't need my business. Initially, I did not want to write this review, so I gave them one last chance by calling their office. When I called the office, I was first prompted by a message saying, "Do you want to talk to someone at this number? (strange) If so, I was to press 1. So I did and was directed to their voicemail. I have been patient enough after 17 days of a runaround, so it is time for a negative review and to begin looking to take my business elsewhere. So, for new prospective clients, be aware that if feel you are getting pushed to the side, you probably are.

I had spoken with several lemon law attorneys prior to retaining Norman Taylor and Associates. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. They got right to it by sending a pre-litigation letter to Ford...things just moved forward from there without need to arbitrate. From start-to-finish, we were done in 90 days. David S. Rich was a valuable resource to me in my role as an independent data sciences consultant. He is very savvy about business situations. At one point I had signed a contract and Statement of Work with a software company. The company asked me to perform tasks without compensation, despite the Statement of Work. David advised me to bill the company for hours worked and cancel the contract. It was a good move because others I know later had problems with that company.
David is trustworthy and transparent about his scope of knowledge. Recently another attorney claimed that I had to redo a document, but I had my doubts. David did not know that answer. In less than a minute he looked up a journal article and explained a change in state standards. Whether you are an employee, employer, or business principal, he will guide you in the right direction.

Mr. Lepore is the definition of an excellent lawyer. My father passed away in 2019. My cousin, a local lawyer, who drafted my father's will, claimed he didn't remember he made it.
Faced with obstruction, I did my research and found that Mr. Lepore is highly rated. I was not disappointed. The process was needlessly long because of my cousin's lack of cooperation, and delayed because of the Covid-19 crisis, however, I was armed to the teeth in proof and with Mr. Lepore's dedication, knowledge and skill we were able to honor my father's final wishes and have the Probate Court rule in my favor as my father's only child, executor and beneficiary.
I recommend Louis Lepore wholeheartedly. A quiet man, he has a keen analytical mind and a determined sense of dedication. I will be making an appointment soon to make my own will and estate planning.

I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.
This victory over Growella, Inc. and their counsel, John Bennett of Frost Brown Todd, is a direct result of Paul's legal acumen, thorough preparation, and strategic foresight. 3/16/21 - Justin shepherded me through closing my sister's estate. Though by no means a large estate, my sister was very unorganized, having not paid taxes or mortgages for some time before her death, and documentation was either scattered or simply non-existent. Justin was a god-send in getting things organized, counselling me on best practices, and determining both the least painful and least costly way to settle the estate.
I cannot thank Justin enough for his patience and advice, affording me the opportunity to keep everyone in our family and her daughter informed and "up to speed" on the disposition of her assets and liabilities.

The pandemic was an impetus to finally put my affairs in order. I turned to Justin Dituri since he was highly recommended to my sisters and me when were were dealing with a very tangled issue when settling my father’s estate.
I like the fact that the Dituri revocable living trust also included the other four documents that Suze Orman recommends for everyone: advance directive, durable power of attorney for health care, will, and durable financial power of attorney. The language of the documents seems to provide for any situation that might occur and Justin’s expertise is really all-encompassing. He charges a flat fee, broken into three payments, a good value. Funding of the trust is not included, but he is willing to advise if you wish to do it yourself. In my case, the funding was fairly simple, especially since he threw in my real estate deed. I did, though, contract to have him handle the mineral rights in my trust. This was the issue he originally straightened out for my family.
The final product is very professional. Justin has an eye for detail such as signing original documents in blue ink to distinguish them from copies, clipping together the pages I would need to provide when funding my trust, and putting my will in a plastic protector within the document to make it easily accessible. I am extremely satisfied with my trust and have already recommended him to family and friends. Most of all, I am comforted by the fact that I have everything in place to make things simple for my family in the end.

Cost 4k for one appearance. Needed help from out of state and got fleeced. So much so that I needed to contact the State Bar which is how I know I got fleeced. If he had helped you that's great. Don't give him that much money up front if you need help from out of state. The person I spoke with at the bar can't give legal advice only told me "yes what he did is wrong," Just be careful. You may get completely ripped off if you need help from out of town. I was told it cost 3k to drop his client as a client? He thought he could just hustle me out of over 3k. A good person doesn't do these things. If he can get you out of trouble is all you care about. Fair enough. If you want a good person look elsewhere. This is not a good person. He lied, he ripped off people desperate for help. We happened to have moved and are out of state and we're in need of help. HE RIPPED US OFF with no qualms about it. I'll leave it up to the general public. Does as decent human being do this?
