On April 25th 2009 while working as a public school teacher I suffered a massive double stroke. After getting out of the hospital I tried to go back to work and was told I was too sick to remain with the Fort Worth Independent School District and was terminated on April 15th 2010. While talking about my situation with my family doctor she told me I should immediately file for disability. While looking for legal representation from a law firm experienced with Social Security disability I came across the Law Office of Gerard Lynch Social Security Disability Lawyer. When I called the law office I had a very helpful and reassuring three and a half hour conversation with Gerard Lynch. He called Social Security and verified that I met all the criterion for filing for disability.
Gerard told me I was within weeks of qualifying but still met the requirements. He told me that it would probably take 18 to 24 months of hearings to receive disability. Gerard told me to be patient but he was certain in the end that I would win. On November 2nd 2012, nineteen months after filing I received a fully favorable decision from Social Security. Everything worked out just a Gerard assured me it would.

I worked on 2 different cases with her. One for consultation to launch a business with my partner. And another one was to build a paper contract for my existing business. Both of the case, she took time to break down to help me understand very well, and that was a big eye opening experience for me. As a small business owner, it makes me feel so safe and protected knowing I have someone who is very helpful and devoted like her. She works very quick.

I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. Still it took so much away from her mental and physical capacity. It also required her to move to a long-term care facility.

Guenard & Bozarth are the best! I have used them twice for 2 different accidents I was involved in over the past few years. Once back in 2019, and once in 2023. Both instances I was rear ended at no fault of my own. They did such a fantastic job in 2019, getting me the maximum reimbursement i could get with what the opposing parties insurance would pay out, I absolutely without a doubt wanted to use them again for my recent accident in 2023. Needless to say, they did such a great job again in 2023, getting me a major major reimbursement settlement. This was extremely helpful in my recovery. Mr. Dahl has been helping me with an employee benefit matter, specifically a disability insurance claim. I was diagnosed with a severe illness and was receiving long-term disability benefits. My benefits were terminated and I had to file an Appeal or lose the benefits. Even if I filed the Appeal, it did not mean I was going to win. In fact, I had been told that a very large number of Appeals are rejected, no matter what the circumstances. Mr. Dahl helped me file the Appeal and we won. My benefits were reinstated. I am extremely happy with the services Mr. Dahl has provided. He is sympathetic, sincere and compassionate about his clients. After simultaneously experiencing a protracted period of unemployment and a difficult divorce and losing everything I found myself buried in debt that would take the rest of my life to repay. I was being sued by creditors and unable to get credit anywhere when I reached out to Adrian. He quickly assessed my situation and advised me that a Chapter 7 bankruptcy was the best option for me and immediately assisted me in responding to a lawsuit notification I had received before I had actually hired him. He walked me through the process and kept me updated and always took my calls and responded promptly to my emails throughout the whole process. With his assistance I successfully received a discharge for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in just under 90 days. It changed my life. Since then in just under 2 years I have restored my credit, purchased and financed a brand new vehicle, and just recently moved into a brand new home I was able to finance through my credit union. Adrian has even helped me deal with a couple of creditors that popped up after the discharge and quickly resolved those situations. I 'm from out of state residing temporarily in corporate apartments and was in need of a Power of Attorney. Thank goodness there was a neighborhood lawyer less than a mile away that provided the service that I needed, Mrs./Miss Marcella was that lawyer. She even answered by e-mail on Sunday afternoon concerning my POA.. The next day after work my POA was ready and my wife was very happy when she received the POA the next following day. Also a UPS Store was in the neighborhood. Now how convenient is that. Two birds with one stone. There are always two sides to every story, as indicated by the reviews and responses. I can only give you my perception and outcome from my dealings with Mrs. Taylor. First, I called to schedule an appointment with a "lawyer for people with limited income" and the fee was $295 per hour, now let me assure you I have never paid that amount of money in any of my appointments with Mrs. Taylor. Now, I'm sure someone will say, "you get what you pay for", in this case, I would say, "Board certified". In my opinion, Mrs. Taylor simplifies everything by telling you the bottom line. I would recommend Mrs. Taylor and if she isn't able to return your call right away, call again or better yet pay $300 or more per hour for the same law advice. In addition, I have in the past called for legal advice in which I will not mention names and I still have not heard back. In conclusion, Mrs. Taylor is, in my opinion, an honest and caring person with years of attorney experience. She is the first lawyer you should call if she can't help you she will tell you.

In the interest of full disclosure, I want to say upfront that I do have a personal relationship with Mr. Sutton. We have been friends since we were undergraduates together at our alma mater.
I hired Mr. Sutton to help me with an ancestry and Irish citizenship matter. I was a little nervous, anticipating many bureaucratic hurdles and endless piles of paperwork. Lucky for me, the paperwork seemed to be mostly taken care of on Mr. Sutton‘s end. I have barely had to do anything other than ask questions and occasionally review and sign documents. Mr. Sutton, on the other hand, has kept me apprised of the ongoing actions within the process, gave me realistic expectations for what the process would be like, and continues to help me understand tangential legal issues. He excels at explaining a legal situation and possible solutions or outcomes (though he is really not a big fan of ‘what if’ questions. I guess most lawyers aren’t). He is also particularly gifted at strategic thinking and maintaining his calm collected rationale. Which is particularly great if you’re like me and have an aggressive form of anxiety that is constantly worrying. He is clearly intelligent, which you notice pretty much right away, and it is a huge relief to have someone this smart in my corner helping me navigate through what can be a truly Byzantine process. Do yourself a favor. Hire him.
