I first hired Clyde in 2019 when I first filed for divorce. I subsequently withdrew the divorce proceeding. after my ex-wife talked me into it then I used him. I hired him again for the second divorce filing. Of which has been now completed and very very satisfactorily. he has Demonstrated the professionalism and the personal attention to detail that was desperately needed in my divorce case and then after the divorce was final. We did the trust agreements and and will and medical power of attorney and stuff that I needed done. He did those after that. I would use him again anytime I need a lawyer and highly recommend him.

They were in constant communication as well with the nursing home to coordinate the process. I could not have navigated the Medicaid process and required information without their extensive knowledge of the laws. Each state is so different in what is allowed and not by Medicaid it can become overwhelming but Mr. Frazier and his associates simplified this in easy to understand for myself. Fred Baker was amazing. I wanted to dispute the appointment of the executor of my father's estate. Since I've half a country away, I used AVVO to find a lawyer in CT. Before the hearing, Mr. Baker listened to my story, talked to my siblings and collected all the history and then sat down with me to explain all the legal details involved. He was candid that deputing a will is an uphill battle and having the executor removed was almost impossible. But he gave me options and proposed practice compromises. Then he explained court details that I could never have known which gave me the confidence to face the judge and other attorneys. During the hearing he negotiated with the other attorneys using tactics that I never have would have imagined. I wasn't asking to change the the dispersal of the will, but the nominated executor and estate lawyer were being ruthless and unflinching. Fred Baker used reason, suggesting a simple compromise, and when that didn't work he utilized every other option available. He scared the life out of my opponent, threatening them with long delays and huge expenses until I got the result I needed. Despite everyone warning me it would be outrageously expensive, Mr. Baker he did it for a very reasonable fee. We only me once, since I had to travel across the country for the hearing, but I was very impressed with his performance and him as a person.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sharova Law. I trusted them with my case, but it quickly became clear that they were disorganized and lacked the expertise they claimed to have. Communication was poor throughout the process—I rarely received updates, and when I did, they were vague or last-minute. my case was shuffled through three attorneys, which two of them left the firm.
Despite paying a thousands of dollars, the firm failed to properly handle key aspects of my case, leading to unnecessary court delays and a poor outcome had I had stayed with the firm. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously, and they seemed more focused on collecting fees than achieving results.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation. I regret trusting them with my case and would advise others to look elsewhere for a competent attorneys.

It has been my pleasure to have Jonathan Feigenbaum represent me in my ERISA case against my Disability Insurer. I came across a recommendation for Jonathan in what up to then been a fruitless search for a recommended ERISA lawyer with experience in cases involving Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (often referred to as ME/CFS) & Fibromyalgia I called him immediately, and even though he was out of state on another case, he personally answered my call. I was immediately won over by his understanding, knowledge about ME and the challenges of winning disability cases for ME patients. Of course, it didn’t hurt that he had recently won a similar case, and had a good record of wins in ERISA cases.
I have absolutely no regrets in choosing Jonthan Feigenbaum as my lawyer in this case. I cannot find fault in Jonathan’s expert representation of my case. His expansive knowledge of the case law concerning M.E. & Fibromyalgia ERISA claims, his excellent skills in concise, well-developed and supported legal briefs that were not only effective but also a pleasure to read were very impressive. I especially enjoyed Jonathan’s astute retorts in response to the defendant’s logical fallacies and spurious arguments. Jonathan possesses an exceptional intellect, not just in his expertise of relevant law, but most importantly, in his ability to apply that knowledge in his work. .
Frequently, the state of my health made it difficult for me to comprehend the process and substance of my case, and I struggled in my effort to provide Jonathan with the information and decision- making required to proceed with my case. Jonathan was very patient; he took the time to explain relevant law and legal precedents, the workings of our court system under ERISA law, as well as the significance and implications of decisions he needed me to make along the way.
I particularly appreciate those occasions when my neurological symptoms were less severe, and I was better able to work with Jonathan discussing legal strategy, reviewing briefs he wrote, and just talking about issues of common interest unrelated to my case. His willingness to consider my perspective and suggestions, and the level of collaboration he encouraged when I was up for it, shored up my sense of self- efficacy and intellectual competence, something that is hard to come by when one is suffering from a neuro-immune disorder that interferes with a myriad of neurological and physical functions. Jonathan was always respectful, supportive, and compassionate, and I am grateful that I had the luck of having him as my lawyer.
My case took about seven years, ending with the Federal Appeals Court final ruling. During that time, Jonathan worked my case with vigilance, commitment and with his full professional abilities and knowledge right to the very end. It was my decision to not accept a settlement, and instead continue my
I believe that Jonathan is well-respected, well-known for his professional skills and accomplishments. I have nothing but the highest regard for him, as a person, and as a lawyer. While I regret losing the case, I knew when we started there were no guarantees; I was determined to press forward as far as possible for myself, for others who might be saved from the emotionally and physically costly experience of being denied their Disability Insurance despite their very real, severe and debilitating illness, and because I really wanted Jonathan to be paid for his dedication to seeing my case through to the end.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.
