GRATITUDE! Where do I start? When I first contacted Mr. Collins I was a mess, I had received a call from my managing broker the day before stating that my Real Estate license had been suspended and I could no longer conduct Real Estate Related Activity. I needed to review the document sent and resolve the problem A S A P, mind you the document sent was from the DDFPR stating that AI had 60 days from the date sent Oct to resolve an issue with I.D.R. for State Taxes. The amount was 10 thousand plus some change. That had grown to a Whopping 17.000 since 2014 from the sale of my two Flat, but wait there’s more. I had received the document on December 8th, 62 days later, and two days too late! That's when my fiancé and I started our search and found Mr. Collins and his team online, from the first contact with Taylor to how fast Mr. Collins got back to me I was impressed. Mr. Collins was calm and cool, reassuring me that everything would be ok. He gathered all my information and the very next day had a game plan with an email that ended with a quote…An object in motion… Newton…He was hired and never stopped. After his research, we found that I had more issues, taxes needed to be filed back to 2008….Yep!I f'ed up! But Mr collins referred me to his C.P.A., Jeff Chang, knocked out all my taxes and stayed in motion, Mind you, this all happened at the peak of Holiday Season. Christmas, New Years. The I R S was on vacay and I was eager to clear this up and inpatient but Mr. Collins Shavonne and Taylor answered every email, call, and question reassuring, me every step of the way, that they were making progress, but there is a process….Needless to say, four and a half weeks later my license was reinstated a T R O was issued to stop any further fees or collections from the I R S and State. My story continues, but I’m positive the outcome will be the same and can’t thank Mr. Collins and his team enough. May the days before you be as blessed as they have made mine.

One of the most important things I like about Mr. Kotarski is that he is a Christian. He is very patient and kind to his senior clients. My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters. I called two other Oregon attorneys about a YOYO scam I got stuck in buying a used car in Portland and didn't know how to get out of - neither bothered to return my call. I got a return call from Hansen & Walgenkim a few days after leaving a msg briefly explaining my situation and that I was trying to end it without losing more money (I'd put $1700 into a car that became double the Apr and over $125 more per month in loan costs from what I initially agreed to I.e. YOYO scam.
His nice paralegal took my info, he got back to me and offered to advise me on what my legal rights were and what I should do to not be victimized by the scam shop Lot 99 LLC further. So nice!
And, he also was going to help, if his final decision after receiving all my documents/communications was that he would be able to, at no cost to me since I am low income. SUPER nice!
THANKS to Young's help the SCAM YOYO dealership in Portland Lot 99 LLC backed down and RETURNED my $1k loan deposit when I returned the car.
VERY happy to have had his assistance with this issue, and did not have to go to court.

Recommended to anyone in debt over their head!! Emily is the best for many reasons. 1. She charges a flat rate. Many attorneys charge for a percent of the debt. In my case this would have costed me thousands more than what I paid Emily. 2 She is the most knowledgeable person I know and I've spoken to other attorneys who understand the rules but not as good as Emily. 3 she's gotten me much more than I can ever imagine on cases where I owed debt. Because of her knowledge of the law and rules against the way certain letters are worded, she has gotten me money on these cases. Craig represented me in a recent issue with a vehicle manufacturer. I had a warranty failure their dealerships could not manage to fix and had been trying to escalate this issue to the manufacturer for months, sent emails to executives, etc. and could hardly get any response.

We have been clients of Mike Razo since February 2024 and it was the best decision we have ever made. He was not the first lawyer that represented us in the case for custody of our daughter. We had been fighting for primary custody since 2017 and spent tens of thousands of dollars in the process. When we retained Bratton and Razo, Mike was able to do what no other lawyer had been able to do in a fraction of the time, money, and headache. We now have 80% custody and he made that happen without us having to spend thousands of dollars and months of time on psychiatric evals like the previous lawyers all told us was necessary.

The only reason i’m leaving even 2 stars is because my case won. Other than that, i’ve had a poor experience with Atlas/Sulaiman law. The customer service and communication through this firm is honestly sad and extremely unprofessional.
I had a case for discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
At first everything went smoothly and I had no questions or concerns, but I noticed that once I did start to have questions, they were always ignored and left unanswered. My lawyer Travis also treats me like he could not be bothered & everything is a hassle. There is not a single time i’ve felt valued as a client. In fact, the opposing lawyers who took my deposition against their client treated me with more respect and friendliness than my team. How uncomfortable. If this is how the winning cases are treated, I could only imagine the losing ones.
From asking about attire for the deposition, to asking for a breakdown of totals, to asking how i will receive my check, to asking when I will receive my money- almost NONE of my emails or texts were returned, and if they were it’s because I was persistent in emailing and calling until I got a response. None of the inquiries I had were useless or outrageous. I am not a paralegal and therefore not well versed in the law, you would think that someone who was on your case would want you to be fully aware of what’s going on.
To add the cherry on top, my team received my check on the 18th of this month, this was after several unanswered emails asking whether the check would be direct deposit (as i was asked to provide my information), or physical check, if it would arrive to them first or me.
On the 20th I asked if i could pick the check up, if not how long it would take to be sent.
they provided me with extremely vague non-answers. “you’ll receive a tracking number 48-72 hours after we send you your check”
is not an answer to when will it be sent. When I tried again, it was left unreplied to as usual.
I would like to add that I did not have very many questions to begin with, but as the case closes, of course I would need to know more specific details. I was told on the 19th that the team would be sending my checks in the mail within the next few days.
It is about to be the 23rd, which makes 5 days after the check is received and I am still left with no response, no check, and no money that I was expecting for the holidays- a concern I expressed several times with no care given.
This firm will at the very minimum help you win, but the amount is whatever they decide. Standard lawyer fee is 33%, I was charged 40. After seeing the breakdown of the total, I realized that it’s honestly more like 50%. They will charge you 40%, but they don’t tell you that with filing and other fees are not included and equate to thousands of dollars on their own. My lawyers made about $60 less than I did.
I feel extremely taken advantage of and it makes me wonder if I was left in the dark on purpose. I only resorted to a review because I’m scared that this case will be left with no resolution for me. The people who are supposed to help me with my problems, aren’t. I’m not sure when or even if I will receive my money, but hey- at least all of my lawyers were able to buy all the gifts their hearts desired this holiday season. can’t say the same for me unfortunately.

I never needed a lawyer in my life, wc insurance company changed all that. I had no clue on where to turn when the insurance company unilaterally closed out my wc claim and left my future, health, and supporting my family in doubt and in a dark place.

Having to navigate a lawsuit can be a daunting process without proper representation. I’m lucky that I found the Office of James White. Between attorney White and his paralegal Kristie Goyer the process was easy. There needs to be a lot of follow-up in a lawsuit or small things will fall through the cracks and that can affect the case. This office checks that box. And you need FaceTime with your attorney. With a lot of the “big firms”, you never meet anybody. These firms look at their clients as a number. You may never meet anyone from a firm like that unless you are heading to court.
I couldn’t be happier with the result I had with Jim White and Kristy Goyer and I would highly recommend them.

Clair from this law firm was very rude and I don’t understand how she is working in law firm her communicating with her. Client is very disrespectful. I could barely get a word out because all she wanted to do was hear her voice. I was trying to get a breakdown and understanding of my payments and she wasn’t trying to hear anything that I had to say which I find is very rude and discriminating of my work situation and what I’m able to afford and payments at this time I do not recommend this law firm at all

My husband just died. He left me various tasks to do for him. There is a problem that prevents me to do one of the tasks. It is about tax. I am not really sure who can I trust, who can I ask.
