Zack fought hard for my case, he was knowledgeable, assertive to the other party, and very easy to work with. Trustworthy and experienced. I cannot speak highly enough about Veronika Fabian. After consulting with Veronika and her partner, they took my case against a car dealership that had failed to live up to their end of an agreement. The case was not easy, but in the end the arbitrator ruled in our favor. At first I called three local attorneys, two of which didn’t handle my type of case and left me at a lost as to which direction I should go. The third attorney I contacted didn’t handle my situation as well, but took the time to explain that I needed a Contract Law attorney and went further to recommend an attorney that specialized in case vs. auto dealerships. I was grateful for the lead and immediately contacted the Law Office of Choi & Fabian. Right from my initial conversation with Ms. Fabian I knew she was knowledgeable about automobile contracts and was very patient as I explained my dilemma. She asked to review the contracts and related documents. While waiting over the course of a weekend, I received a call from the dealership stating they have reconsidered our issue and were willing to unwind the deal. I spoke with Ms. Fabian on Monday and she agreed that a simple and quick resolution is favorable. I was not out for vengeance or a punitive damages award. I wanted to part company with this new car dealership and that is what I got. Note: In my state doesn’t have a 3-Day Right To Cancel Law, therefore disputes are difficult to resolve.

I'm a senior with a heart condition. I got a bill from my credit card company chase that had over $5,000 worth of charges that I did not make. I tried explaining this to Chase and they did not want to listen to me and instead said I had to pay. I was referred by another lawyer to call Ben. When I spoke to Ben he was very kind, and listened to my story. I was able to get it all fixed up and am grateful for Ben's service.

Mr. Dupre was referred to me after I had a terrible time with my former attorney who would not return my calls.
I had been getting harassed by a debt collection law firm about a debt that I did not owe, and they were threatening me to take me to court and take money from my bank account and were reporting this on my credit score. My credit was almost perfect before this.
Mr. Dupre agreed to help me, and he did an excellent job. He is a straight shooter, sensitive to my feelings, and I am very lucky to have found him. He fought the debt collector and we won. I was really down before I met Mr. Dupre and am thankful to him.

I first met Ben around 2010, he was referred to me. I was going through a nightmare, having a very difficult time with Chase, and trying to keep my home.
Ben is an extraordinary listener and spent a great deal of time with me understanding me and then talking about my options and consumer legal rights. We filed the case and it took a few years to get resolved, but we were very successful and I was able to keep my house and successfully resolved my problem with Chase.

I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. I really appreciate his time and the knowledge he shared with me. I will hire him if needed, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney with his expertise to hire him.

I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in June 2016. In August things started going wrong with just about everything. It was in and out of the dealership every month. After months of this, I contacted Chrysler to submit a case to their buy back department. Again, months went by and no resolution from them. I found Troy by web searches. He was local and reviews were great. I was impressed with prompt returned calls and emails. He listened and had my best interest at heart. I truly believe without hiring him, I would still be fighting with Chrysler. He took much of the stress off my shoulders and most of all was honest with me. I can't thank him enough for his help!

I found Troy by searching attorneys for the Lemon Law, l liked what I read and thought I would give him a try. It would be my first time dealing with an attorney that I had never met, however my outcome was perfect. I had a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased in January of 2015 and only had 3000 miles on it. I took it in twice within 30 days for the sun roof leaking, 5 times within a month because of the check engine light. They tried to fix the sunroof but the transmission was another story. The last time they had it for 30 days and had to call engineers from Auburn Hills to come out. They literally torn that vehicle apart from top to bottom. I didn't feel comfortable with the fact they said they fixed it and it fell within the Lemon Law guidelines. My dealings with Troy were very easy I could email him information, fax it to him or need be talk with him. I learned from him that I signed the arbitration agreement which I pretty much signed my rights away because I used an employee discount something people don't realize when signing all the forms for a purchase, but if you don't sign it you cannot use the discount. However, in the end with persistence on his part he was able to get Chrysler to honor the lemon law. The middle of January 2016 I was given a refund from Chrysler all but $500 for mileage and they paid him in full. I can't thank him more for what he did, I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with a lemon.

I had the privilege of working with Paul Croushore on a recent legal matter, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his expertise and strategic approach. Paul's brilliant legal strategy was pivotal in getting our case dismissed, leading to a successful outcome in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Paul represented us in a complex copyright infringement case brought against us by Growella, Inc., a mortgage company based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Growella, represented by John Bennett from Frost Brown Todd, alleged that we, Phillip Ganz and other defendants, had infringed on their copyrighted content related to the home buying and mortgage process. Despite the plaintiff's strong representation, Paul immediately recognized the critical issue of personal jurisdiction and strategically focused on this point.
Paul filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, meticulously arguing that Growella's claims did not meet the required legal standards to establish jurisdiction in Ohio. His arguments were clear, compelling, and backed by a deep understanding of the relevant legal principles. He expertly navigated the complexities of both the Zippo test and the Effects test, demonstrating that Growella had failed to show that our actions were purposefully directed at Ohio residents or that our website targeted Ohio more than any other state【6†source】.
Judge Matthew W. McFarland agreed with us in every respect, dismissing the lawsuit by Growella. Paul argued that, based on case law, transfer or dismissal was the appropriate course of action. While he acknowledged that transfer could be considered if deemed appropriate, he did not request it. Moreover, Bennett opposed the transfer, so the judge dismissed the case outright. This decision was a complete victory, as the judge agreed with Paul on every facet of the argument.
Thanks to Paul's efforts, Growella, Inc.'s complaint was dismissed without prejudice, and the case was terminated from the court's docket【5†source】【6†source】. Attached is a copy of the judge’s decision.
This victory over Growella, Inc. and their counsel, John Bennett of Frost Brown Todd, is a direct result of Paul's legal acumen, thorough preparation, and strategic foresight. Mr. Villareal is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain and help me better understand a revised Marketing Non-Compete Agreement at my yearly evaluation. My initial agreement went from 2 pages to 6 pages.
He was readily available or returned my calls/emails in a timely manner. I never had an issue communicating and conversing with him.
I had a meeting with my employer to speak about the changes and there was no room for compromise. At the end of the day I was able to make a more informed decision about my future with my employer.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Josh made with us for the consultation and asked and answered many questions. Julie then took the papers and did the leg work.We were called back and explained to us all of the papers.We then spent a good hour & ½ signing the documents. They made copies for the family which were dutifully mailed. The lady at the front desk is just the right person to welcome us and coordinate the process.

Receiving a FINRA inquiry letter was one of the most unsettling moments of my life. Having been in the securities business for over 20 years, I never thought it would happen to me. My first instinct was to be cheap and respond on my own. I’m so glad I decided to discuss with an attorney before responding. I had phone consultations with a variety of attorneys in different states and decided to retain Mr. Burns. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and was very knowledgeable and organized. We had multiple phone appointments and email exchanges. He dealt directly with FINRA on my behalf and he guided me through the entire process. There were times when I had to make decisions and I decided to trust him and his expertise and he never steered me wrong. His insight and advice were invaluable. Attorney Spindle is simply an awesome lawyer. He literally went to bat for me on the legal frontier at the Loundoun courthouse. What a day to remember! Knowing that I wouldn't have to see the inside of a jail cell was blessing enough but to go the extra mile and further negotiate with the tough police Officer to reduce pending court charges on me was for lack of a better word phenomenal. Attorney Spindle went from persuading both the Commonwealth attorney, Cop and Judge that a "not guilty" plea was in my best interest accepting all fault to winning the court case for me when the judge, the final authority decided an improper driving infraction was my charge. That was a slam dunk of a court conclusion given I had been charged with reckless driving and an accident. I don't advocate for what I did, in fact I apologized to the judge but to have the blessing of a Spindle will always go a long way. Definitely highly recommend Attorney Spindle's legal brilliance. Mr. Spindle helped me out tremendously. I had a very bad DUI, where the victim was pushing to go to trial and attempt to get me upwards of 30 days jail time. The first meeting I had with Bryan Forman, I knew he was the one I hoped to have represent me in pursuing funds (mostly retirement)
I was not able to get returned by a broker I had done business with for over 10 years. At age 70, I discovered that I had been taken for a ride. Not only could I not get to my money, I could not get any records either, nor was the broker's company or FINRA any help.
Bryan listened, and was able to explain to me exactly what the laws say, what rules and regulations are applicable, and what he could and could not do to help me recover any money. I certainly did not hide my anger since I had already been trying to deal with the broker for 2 years. Bryan, however, acknowledged my frustrations while keeping the focus on recovery of funds. I found that he was very honest in what the actual possibilities were, and I always felt that he was working for my best interest.
I cannot overemphasize how Bryan's knowledge of how a brokerage business works (he formally owned one himself) affected my case. In mediation he brought up a policy that brokerages have that even the experienced, opposing attorney didn't know about which ultimately helped my case and brought some restitution!
I always found Bryan available for consultation and I certainly appreciated his willingness to explain things to me. This was also
true of his assistant, Melody Bounds.
As a result of having Bryan as my attorney, I have received some restitution with a possibility of more to come.

Appears to have excellent knowledge of the laws and procedures that were or could have been utilized in my case. Has many outside contacts locally and nationally to contact for information and for second opinions. Bryan did a good job of presenting, or formatting my case to work best for me. He presented the case well in mediation and linked people to the liability side, beyond the first level. If there was anything that Bryan might have done better, it would be in the area of the settlement amount. The individuals, that were liable in the case, gave there financial positions, which was broke, none of which was truly validated. Settlement amounts were partially based on these, unsubstantiated claims.

Lampman Law did a great job with our case (possession of paraphernalia & driving on a suspended license). I cannot say enough about Attorney Leonard Gryskewicz, Jr. & his legal assistant, Carmen Santiago! Carmen kept us well informed, via text, and was always very quick with her responses. Atty. Gryskewicz, Jr. answered all of our questions about the process (it was all brand new to us) and made us feel confident in our case.
When our case was continued in November due to a family emergency of the charging officer, Carmen called the court in April asking for a new court date because no one from the Commonwealth had even attempted to place our case back on the docket, so that we could promptly address this matter. We were told exactly what information we needed to bring along to court to show that the license suspension was a clerical error. Being quite nervous about this entire situation, because it was something we had never been through before (and won’t be going through ever again), Atty Gryskewicz was very patient in explaining each step of the case, the potential outcomes, and the best case scenario. He did so without demeaning our lack of knowledge for the legal system while being empathetic to our situation & this case.
Thankfully, on the day of the preliminary hearing, everything was dismissed by the Commonwealth. However, having Lampman Law representing us gave us the peace of mind that we would have gotten the best possible outcome, had our case not been dismissed entirely.
Lastly, I truly appreciated knowing upfront what each step of our representation would cost should we have needed to go beyond the preliminary hearing. The fees charged were entirely manageable and not exorbitant by any stretch of the situation.

My teenage son was in an auto accident in 2016. The other driver collided into our vehicle after crossing two lanes and pushed our suv on the curb. There was so much damage to the vehicles, the other driver couldn't get out of her car. The insurance company (Travelers Ins) would only pay 15% of total bills. Even though we had medical evidence, they felt like he wasn't injured and that it was "just a scrape". After dealing with Travelers insurance for over a year, we contacted Josh Upthegrove, MBA, Sr Paralegal of McCallum Law Firm. After a telephone conversation, he accepted our case. The demand letter to Travelers Ins was amazingly thorough, covering all applicable legal applications and consequences, quoting case law, etc. Because of Josh and the McCallum Law Firm, our case settled for about 95% more than what Travelers said was the absolute FINAL offer. Needless to day, I HIGHLY recommend the McCallum Law Firm.
