Hired Jon and worked with him for over a year. Jon is very professional and knowledgeable on military and civilian law. I worked with him in the civilian and military courts. Jon was always on time in response to the courts and fair when giving advise on the options of the situation. When it came time for the military appearance the odds were against us. Jon’s expertise and knowledge of the law resulted in winning the case with the most favorable result. 3/16/21 - Justin shepherded me through closing my sister's estate. Though by no means a large estate, my sister was very unorganized, having not paid taxes or mortgages for some time before her death, and documentation was either scattered or simply non-existent. Justin was a god-send in getting things organized, counselling me on best practices, and determining both the least painful and least costly way to settle the estate.
I cannot thank Justin enough for his patience and advice, affording me the opportunity to keep everyone in our family and her daughter informed and "up to speed" on the disposition of her assets and liabilities.
I must also add that I (and the family and my niece) were more than satisfied with Justin's reasonable fees. They say a quality lawyer is worth his weight in gold, and Justin's fees were certainly more than reasonable!

The pandemic was an impetus to finally put my affairs in order. I turned to Justin Dituri since he was highly recommended to my sisters and me when were were dealing with a very tangled issue when settling my father’s estate.
I like the fact that the Dituri revocable living trust also included the other four documents that Suze Orman recommends for everyone: advance directive, durable power of attorney for health care, will, and durable financial power of attorney. The language of the documents seems to provide for any situation that might occur and Justin’s expertise is really all-encompassing. He charges a flat fee, broken into three payments, a good value. Funding of the trust is not included, but he is willing to advise if you wish to do it yourself. In my case, the funding was fairly simple, especially since he threw in my real estate deed. I did, though, contract to have him handle the mineral rights in my trust. This was the issue he originally straightened out for my family.
The final product is very professional. Justin has an eye for detail such as signing original documents in blue ink to distinguish them from copies, clipping together the pages I would need to provide when funding my trust, and putting my will in a plastic protector within the document to make it easily accessible. I am extremely satisfied with my trust and have already recommended him to family and friends. Most of all, I am comforted by the fact that I have everything in place to make things simple for my family in the end.

I hired Jesse Nelson and his team to assist me with my labor case this past January. This was my first experience with a lawyer, so I honestly had no idea what to expect. I had the preconceived notion that hiring a lawyer and filing a suit would be a dreadful experience. Needless to say, I was completely wrong. I could not be more satisfied with my experience or the outcome of my case. He and his team made the entire process painless. In fact, it was actually enjoyable. Jesse and his assistants were always available to answer any questions I may have had, and always kept me informed with the progress of my case. Shannon Hammond did an excellent job for my parents. Her expertise was/is so impressive. Originally, we went to a lawyer in Rockville who didn't do anything and yet charged my parents $3,500. I witnessed the initial experience with both lawyers. On our first meeting Shannon Hammond spent over 2 hours asking questions and with the information created an excel spreadsheet - the information was unique to my parents' situation. One month prior to meeting Shannon Hammond we met with a Rockville lawyer who spent 1/2 hour with us; we knew nothing when we left her office. The Rockville lawyer directed me to provide all information to her; her paralegal filled in an already issued template from the information I provided which took me over a week to gather. The Rockville lawyer did not create anything original (it was a template) whereas Shannon Hammond created the unique excel spreadsheet that pertained directly to my parents' situation. The Rockville lawyer rushed through whatever information she was trying to provide us whereas Shannon Hammond took so much time that even my mother understood what she was presenting to us. My parents will continue to use Shannon Hammond as will the rest of my family. I have already recommended Shannon to friends who will be using her in the future. She's the best and I cannot say enough great things about her especially since I had experienced a horrible lawyer prior to meeting Shannon. Shannon Hammond respects all who speak to her unlike the Rockville lawyer who was always too busy to take calls, etc. I highly recommend using Shannon Hammond for any elder care services but especially if applying for Medicaid.

Jerry Burleson represented me in a minority shareholder case, and I was very pleased with his legal services and the resolution of the case. I wanted to be involved behind the scenes in the legal research, the discovery and the decisions involving my shareholder case. To my delight, Jerry was quite willing to allow me to do that. Jerry developed a creative legal theory based on the facts of my case and he pursued it in court with vigor. Jerry kept me informed of developments on my case, and there were numerous times when he invited me to his office to work with him on discovery and preparing the case for trial. He could easily have done these things without my being so directly involved, but he seemed pleased to have my assistance. I felt confident throughout Jerry’s handling of my case because Jerry was always a step ahead of the defense. This was a difficult case, with little precedent and hard to prove. Despite it looking to be an uphill battle, Jerry stood firm, which I appreciate greatly. I think many lawyers might have tossed in the towel at a few points as the case progressed. In the end, it was Jerry’s extensive legal research specific to the legal theory he had developed that made the difference: the court was persuaded that my case had a solid footing, despite the constant rhetoric and objections of the defense counsel. Jerry Burleson's focus on minority shareholders rights was very evident when he took my stockholder fraud case, I had previously spoken to at least 4 other attorneys who all had declined taking my case in the guise of it "not being a strong case". In my opinion, it was more them not being familiar with the part of corporate law that deals specifically with my case. But Jerry did. He has the expertise, knowledge and experience.
Jerry immediately agreed that my case was strong and have lots of merits, even with several potential statute of limitation issues. We were also up against a deep-pocketed adversary employing several law firms which did not intimidate Jerry at all. He handled the case very well on his own coming up with legal strategies to deal with those challenges. I was quite pleased with the eventual settlement that he successfully negotiated in my behalf.
I emphatically endorse Jerry as an attorney for any kind of stockholder case.

I am extremely grateful to have met Mr. Jeremy Klausner of Jeremy Klausner Law P.C and retain him as my attorney.
As the work on my case progressed, his knowledge of law and his professional skills and ability to grasp the nuances and handle complicated situations became evident.
There are differences between law firms. Mr. Jeremy Klausner has clearly demonstrated this difference with his astute judgement and actions, sound and steadfast guidance, which has led me through an adverse situation. He has always been straightforward in his dealings and has found perspectives that lead to solutions.
In my particular situation, his abilities were a great asset when we were “on the frontline” where there is no time to think. This is where I valued his experience, his broad knowledge of law which was enhanced by his knowledge of accounting, and that he could use all his knowledge to take a firm stand from a clear point of view.
In another incident which impressed me, is when Jeremy put my interest above his own. He clearly explained the value as well as the limits of the effectiveness of his abilities and the importance and timing of when to bring in another expert that would benefit my situation.
Although this course of action adversely affected Jeremy personally, by following his selfless guidance and retaining outside expertise made a positive difference in my case.

My journey through the judicial system in Illinois was not easy. My husband was attacked and later died from the injuries. The attacker was charged and after 5 plus years of trial postponements the attacker was acquitted. I couldn't find an attorney that would represent me in the civil suit until I found Luke. Luke took the case knowing it was not a slam dunk. When Joe (the attacker) was acquitted I expected Luke to tell me there was no hope for the civil suit and walk away. Instead Luke searched the court transcripts, connected the dots from the criminal trial and negotiated a settlement for me. During the process Luke kept me informed, he explained the difficulties of the case, what I could expect and really understood how difficult this process was for me.
