I can’t recommend David Kallus enough. I had a case that I’m sure most lawyers would have given up on because of the length of time it ended up taking before settling but his attention to detail and thoroughness in researching the case couldn’t be argued against. I was injured in an accident and didn't have any insurance information from the other person involved. I filed a police report and Dennis was able to obtain a video of the accident I was injured in, which I would not have had access to, that supported my claim. He kept me informed throughout the process and gave me the confidence that he was truly working for my best interest not just for his fee.
My case was at the same time that my father started having sever health problems and past away, Dennis and his staff were caring and I knew that the case was being taken care of and I could concentrate on the needs of my parents.
My husband and I realized that the law is not our strong suit and that hiring Dennis was a great decision.

I can't say enough about the Sisson firm and every individual I interacted with there during my case. That includes Mr. Sisson himself, his wife LeAnna (the lead paralegal), their associate Matthew Goodin, and several other staff members. I recently went through the 341 meeting and was nervous like everyone else I meet with David and he answered my questions. I was early so I listened to several cases. Normally would not focus on listening but I noticed a few things that other cases with other lawyers that were not prepared at all and were missing documents and cases had to be continued. David and LeAnna and Megan had me prepared told me what to submit prior to the meeting and what to bring to the 34q meeting. I feel like David and Staff made me prepared for this meeting and I know feel very satisfied that I choose them for my bankruptcy.

Call this attorney for on the behalf of my elderly father. He was a very kind decent person to work with, and a great communicator. I called mr.novak in regards to a letter I recieved from the IRS. I was concerned about it’s authenticty amoungst other concerns I had as well. I am 80 years old and met with Mollie Whitehead to update my Will as well as review my other Trust documents. I also wanted to have Powers of Attorney set up. My experience with Salvador is that of hope. Salvador was referred to my family and it honestly added hope to a situation for too difficult cope with. In 2015, my parents along with my sister, seemed to had been fighting a losing battle to save a home. Mr. Lopez did an outstanding job assisting me with the foreclosure sale of my home in Illinois although I lived in another state. He was very thorough explaining every step of the process. I especially appreciated the fact that the process was completed in 30 days. I communicated with him via phone and email. I was concerned about having to come back to Chicago for closing and that was not necessary which was a tremendous load off of me given my financial state at that time. Richard Lamere served as our attorney during our recent home sale in Hamden, CT. The process turned very interesting when our buyers informed us several hours before the closing that they (quote) "didn't have the money". This led to a tense afternoon, during which we had no idea if we would in fact be able to sell (and thus be able to buy on our schedule closing date for our new house, four days later).
But he came through, dealing with the our buyers and their attorney in a way that made it clear that we weren't going to accept any last-minute maneuvers of this sort. The closing went through as scheduled, and a lot of the credit has to go to Richard and all the hard work he put in. Highly recommended.

Hiring Bill from a google search was the best thing that ever happened to me. My business owed over $250,000 to the CDTFA. I was hoping that Bill firm could help me reach a manageable payment plan. Issued a speeding violation in August 2019 on I-465 in Indy. 72/45 work zone/no workers present. State trooper was in traffic and did not use his radar. I disagreed I was driving that fast. I had automatic court date in Carmel, IN since I was over 25 mph above work zone speed limit. Reckless driving. I have a company issued car with very strict rules on moving violations. Had not had a ticket in 10 years. This would be a big deal with my company if not reduced. Secured Katie to help me. She was able to finalize this to a much lower violation and kept me from getting into trouble with my company. Thank you Katie. She can never make any promises up front but she took care of me. I intend to propose to my long-time girlfriend later this summer, so that we can move to Las Vegas together by the end of December. After that, we needed urgent help fixing our credit. We had a very scary situation with our land contract home where we lived happily for almost 10 years. Then we had our happiness turned upside down.
