I honestly don't know how to thank Ed and his firm for all of their help and support. Nothing I write here will do justice to the quality and sincerity of Ed’s and his team’s work.
First of all, Ed is extremely knowledgeable, highly strategic, and has all of the top qualities that you look for in an effective lawyer. He smoothly and quickly settled my case with my former employer via a law that no other lawyer that I consulted with even thought of. Also, he helped me avoid the potentially embarrassing experience of litigation, yet still secured a very substantial settlement for me. The outcome he produced was above and beyond my highest expectations.
However, monetary recovery was not the most valuable outcome that I received from working with Ed. The greatest benefit that I gained from this experience was the strong sense of self-empowerment that Ed instilled in me, and, to me, as a woman, this is priceless. Ed and his firm gave me the support, motivation and courage to stand up for myself and to do what was right for me.
What I admire most about Ed is his empathy and his unique ability to fully and completely comprehend the positioning and experiences of women in the workplace.

I was referred to Ed by my employment lawyer when it was clear that the only way there was going to be a resolution to my dispute with my employer was if I hired a litigator. We spoke on the phone and I immediately liked Ed. He is articulate, highly experienced, strategic and compassionate. Ed is also fair. He has his own practice, which is something I prefer in a lawyer. I found him to be reasonably priced (or, as reasonably priced as a lawyer can be!). One of the things I valued in Ed is his understanding of both the employee and the company's side of any situation, as he's spent considerable time as a defense lawyer. I liked that he could get into the other side's brain. I found Ed to be super responsive and very professional. He did a great job of keeping me abreast of his communication with my former employer's lawyer and, though I know he has so many other high-priority cases, I felt that I was given just as much attention and care. Our case moved to mediation and I was even more impressed with Ed, being able to see him in action. His ability to build rapport is admirable and, I believe, important. He clearly has an excellent reputation in the legal world and amongst some of the most renowned mediators. During mediation, he guided me, gave me perspective, but didn't force me to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with and I am deeply appreciative of this skill of his. Throughout everything, I always felt that Ed was putting my best interests ahead of his own. We ended up settling and I am pleased with the outcome, an outcome that I know is in great deal because of the excellent work Ed did on my behalf.

Laura Mattiacci, Console Mattiacci Law, participated in my in my lawsuit during the trial preparation phase of my case in age discrimination and retaliation case against my former employer. Along with the my attorney, Rahul Munshi, she served as trial attorney in federal court in a jury trial, which ended with a verdict in my favor. Honestly, I was deceived by her sweet and gentle manner, with which I was familiar that was outside of the court room. The court room persona, which she embodied at the trial took me by surprise and I was counting my lucky stars for not having to be cross-examined by a skillful, knowledgeable and assertive litigator. I hired Console Law to represent me in a C.E.P.A. claim. Laura Mattiacci was a part of the team that represented me in court and she did a fantastic job. After I was wrongfully accused in a noise violation case Laura not only defended me she researched the illegality of the "animal house" law perpetuated by SIC police and other resort areas throughout the country! She was prepared to present her case (a guaranteed W) in NJ Supreme Court. Her legal dynamic was so feared the prosecuting attorney withdrew his charge prior to higher court and I was exonerated.

Frank Lopez is an excellent attorney. Now, there may be a lot of excellent attorneys in the Denver metro area, but Frank stands out, at least to me, because he is an excellent human as well. Frank helped advise me through some challenging events and went so far above and beyond just serving as my lawyer. He genuinely cared about how I was doing, despite the fact we had never met in person (only spoke on the phone). Frank has become a very trusted advisor and someone I deeply respect. My wife and I went to Clower Law last week to complete our will. We wanted to make sure our kids were taken care of if anything should happen to us. The topic of death is awkward but Ashley from Clower Law made us feel very comfortable, we both felt at ease as soon as we sat down in her office. The feeling of comfort was important to us as we were able to discuss death candidly. We have a rather large family and I had a lot of questions so before our meeting I tried to do some research online and came up empty, I received muddled search results from forums of people who didn't know California laws. I am happy to say that within minutes all of my questions were answered. It seems that sometimes it's best to just hand over everything to a legal expert to get some direction on what to do next. It's a great feeling knowing that our family estate is in good hands.

When I needed a lawyer against a big corporation, I looked everywhere and It was not easy at first unless I come up with big $$. I almost gave up until someone referred me to the Spencer Firm. Money was not an issue. They welcome me and listen to me. " We will help you" they said. I felt like 100 pounds came off my head. Deyka Spencer explained to me on the eye of the law what was possible and not possible, what I can expect going to court and/dealing with the company. She did not harrassed me for fees or money. Brittany MEHL was amazing thru my discrimination lawsuit. I am a African American and had some issues with my ex employer. I hired Wilmer and his team to handle my employment case and we were able to push for a settlement 2 years after the first complaint filed. I was rejected by many many other attorneys at first since my profession is hard to understand by straight forward illustrations. Many other attorneys told me my case will be hard to be comprehended by jury if we go to trial. I went with another 5 star attorney at first and he dropped me after 1 st complaint filed. Wilmer was the 1st attorney who told me he would take my case. After the other attorney dropped me, I went back and asked Wilmer if he would accept me, Wilmer accepted me and he cured the mess ever since. Not only he was experienced and empathetic, he was very smart and learned about my case in a professional way. Before Stan, I had searched or talked to other lawyers and these lawyers kinda talked down to me and made me feel like my case was pointless without hearing my statement. They just assumed. When I came across Stan, he responded immediately and sat and listened to my every word. Made me feel like I was truly valued and that my case wasent something "pointless". He put real effort in my case and kept me updated when need be. And when I needed an answer, he gave it to me straight forward but not harsh where he's talking down to you. Robert Wasserman is a wonderful lawyer, from the first phone call to the last he has never stopped caring and fighting for what was fair for me and my case. At times I would get frustrated (though not at Robert, also being pregnant didn’t help) because there was so much information that needed to be shared and discussed but unfortunately that’s just the process. Robert made that process that much more easier, he was compassionate and caring and never pushy or rude. The results that I achieved with Robert Wasserman as my attorney were far better than I initially had hoped for. Robby Robinson is a very capable, stand-up attorney. He represented me in a long, contentious employee arbitration suit, in which we prevailed. He was thorough, diligent in his research, patient, calm in his demeanor but steadfast in his determination to win the case. His very fair, straightforward and low-key style earned him credibility with the arbitration judge as well as even his adversaries. During a very stressful, frightening process looking for help for my mom during an unfavorable work experience, no other lawyers were willing to help. My first contact was with Amy Oakden...IMMEDIATELY I knew I had hit the lottery. SHE CARED. She spoke to the partners and THEY cared. During one very scary incident, Mr. Barry Walker himself was on the phone with me and ensuring me that it would all be okay and that in the event I needed someone after hours, he gave me his personal cell number. I was so beaten down and depressed from the complex wrongful termination from my work, that it was difficult for me to explain to James what happened to me.
But I knew strongly in my heart that it was wrong the way that I was treated by my place of work.
So with James kindness and patience, experience, and being knowledgeable and an expert in his field, I felt like I could relax, and that I was safe and protected because I was in good hands, and I could trust him explicitly.

5-stars is simply not enough. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Richard with a very complicated unemployment case. I have an extreme amount of gratitude and respect for both attorneys. Both were extremely honest, open, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. When they did not have a good answer they communicated that and did the research to find it. It took 2 appeals to get my claim to be processed and I do not feel I would have won without their assistance. I contacted Collins and Hunter PLLC after I was terminated due to a downsizing of corporate overhead. Anne Hunter returned my call and provided excellent explanations and CHOICES on how (and if) to pursue what was a discrimination of age issue. Mr. Coffman was hired by me to represent me on a FLSA Violation of Labor Laws case where my former employer refused to pay me for Overtime hours I worked while classified as a non-exempt employee.

I have never had to use an attorney prior. I am in southern Oregon and was unable to find an attorney that would take my case so I started venturing out of town and up north. Robyn is a great lawyer and super personal. I had to acquire her service to help fight for custody of my only son. For a long 18 months, she communicated and explained every question or concern I had throughout the process. she was very professional and transparent throughout every step by sharing email exchanges of the negotiation for custody of my two-year-old son. In the end, she did the impossible by settling my case with 50/50 physical custody because we live in the south and family court is one-sided.
Listen, lawyers are expensive, but it was worth it in the long run because now I no longer have to pay child support, and claim child tax credit every other year. Now, this doesn’t mean it will work for everyone, but she will advise you on the do’s and don’t, to help build your case. Calling Jonathan Puth was the best move I could have made. Concerned that my boss might want to let me go, Jonathan prepared me for my meeting with the Managing Partner of my firm. He told me what to say, and more importantly, what not to say. I was able to go into, what was supposed to be, my performance review, feeling calm and ready to deal with whatever transpired. Jonathan continued to be wise, caring, patient, and willing to discuss any concerns or issues that I was trying to navigate. His counsel was incredibly effective.
