I hired Foushee to help with my high conflict divorce. She charged me 5k right from the start and never bothered to meet me in person. Lacked empathy towards my situation. Withdrew from my case because I did what the police told me to do and filed a 50 B. She disagreed with it. I was never refunded the any money and she basically didn’t do anything but refer me to the worst attorney in the world. An attorney that is well known for doing a terrible job. I’ve met other women in divorce care who felt like Foushee treated them poorly and disrespectfully. In my opinion she turns her nose up at stay at home moms. Terrible. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.

Ms. Foushee did an outstanding job in my case. Not only was she professional, but she showed care when she was always willing to listen to my concerns. I also felt that she truly cared about my daughter's well being. In what I believe is a broken legal system when it comes to the child's mental health and case processing times, Ms. Foushee work was exceptional with all matters under her control. I could not think of a better attorney and highly recommend her for family matters.

My trial has been ongoing since 2018. Ms. Foushee has been representing my ex-wife since 2018. I have no problem with this. I do however have an extreme problem with how she has represented my children, which is why this firm deserves negative stars.
My children have been represented by Ms. Whitney Foushee since 2018. To my knowledge, Ms. Foushee has no children, has no idea what it is like to be a parent, and she should not be representing children in court in my humble opinion. In 2018, I signed a document, without proper legal counsel, after constant pressure and manipulation by my ex-wife. This document, which Ms. Foushee created, directly contributed to the disintegration of the relationship with my children. Since signing that document, my children have never stepped foot in my home, and have only spent one night with me in the past 3+ years. I was not even allowed to visit them at their school before they moved to Florida.
Please put yourself in this situation and try to understand the emotional and psychological damage this can do to a person. This firm does not care about your children. The only thing this firm cares about is your money. I have taken responsibility for the action of signing that document. I demand the same responsibility/accountability for the attorney who would draft such a document.
Please google search and read through the following articles that discuss parental alienation as a form of child abuse, and reference how attorneys like Whitney Foushee should be held responsible for this child abuse as well.

He will not sugarcoat things or tell you what you want to hear to get you to pay his retainer. He will give you his honest opinion about your case. I hired Christian in my domestic battery case and he had assured me early on that my sentence would be reasonable. I went 13 weeks at one point with him not accepting one of my calls while I was incarcerated. He also missed multiple appointments during my time incarcerated. Despite my reluctance to follow his advice in hiring a psychiatrist and paying $1,500.00 for an evaluation I did. Christian said verbatim "if you pay the fee the psychiatrist will say what we need him to". Once the psychiatrist completed the report I was advised by the psychiatrist office that Christian never even followed up on obtaining the report. At my sentencing after Christian failed miserably to have my felony withheld he walked out of the courtroom without even saying anything to me or discussing an appeal. He is a poor excuse for a lawyer and should not be in litigation.

Charged an excessive amount, showed up to the hearing unprepared, didn’t even know what the hearing was for, then said well I don’t know! The judge said I would have been better off by myself than to have hired her. When I bring up my concerns after the hearing and requested a partial refund of the 6,500 that she had received. She became extremely unprofessional and emotional making threats and continuing with the lies. She even requested that I pay another 6,000 so she could do what should have been done in the first place. She says all the right things, because she is a conartist playing attorney. My advice would be never use this firm for anything other than to refer them to your worst enemy.

Crystal Phillips was an excellent attorney to work with for my divorce. I was divorced from a foreign national and Crystal was able to guide me through all the extra hurdles that come with that situation and we were able to finalize the case very quickly. My case was assigned to Kim Washington, seemingly an competent lawyer; but after working with her for about ten months, basically continuing work begun four months prior by two of her colleagues, I have come to know differently. Any lawyer earning her fee per hour should be equipped with knowledge and experience that should enable that lawyer to offer sound advice to clients, especially if clients are asking for services that are not offered by the firm anyway!!!
I paid too much money (well over $15,000.00) for a divorce that was never contested, but too much time/expense allocated towards chasing possibilities only to learn later on two occasions that I would have to go outside of the firm for services not offered by the firm, but needed to resolve my issue!!! I hope Ms. Washington will listen carefully to what future clients need/want from her and honestly advise accordingly without unnecessarily compounding costs without delivering on objectives known from the beginning of the process.

I hired Jack to represent me on a probation violation which was on a failure to register as a sex offender I was looking at 5 years prison I wasn't worried because I know Jack is the best in the Panhandle he beat the case no probation but I didn't go to prison, I have also hired Jack to represent me on a DUI case the cops took my driver's license when they arrested me jack beat the case and I didn't have to apply for a hardship license when it's all said and done I was riding around with my regular driver's license, both case was okaloosa County , I would call Jack Wilkins the modern-day Ben Matlock lawyer .

VERY unprofessional. His relative, Jason Hunchuck, is a realtor so Joseph's firm handles the closing process so they can both benefit. I sent escrow money for a deal then declined to move forward with the deal. It's customary for the escrow holding company to reach out to get the wiring instructions to send the money back. I never heard from Joseph and when I reached out to him, he tried to play coy and said that I did not reach out to him. THIS IS NOT HOW IT GOES. He held on to my money for an additional 3 days. Be weary when using this company for closings.

Called to get some help & immediately felt like I was being treated poorly! No professionalism whatsoever! The lady who I had spoken with had no empathy & I didn’t even get a full two sentences out before feeling stupid! Once I stated that I didn’t like how she was talking to me she changed her whole demeanor! I hired Miles to represent me in a traffic case in which I was unable to attend the court date. In the end, he got me the best possible outcome regarding the tickets, however, the process leading up to the court date was a little shaky. It was often difficult to reach him and I felt as though I had to keep an eye on the process. He would not ask for paperwork from me, instead, I periodically had to check in with him to ensure he had everything he needed from me. Finally, on the court day, he called looking for more files. I would have expected them to check and make sure they had everything before the court date.
But like I said, in the end, everything worked out so I can't complain.

I contacted Mr. Cabral immediately after getting my ticket. The ticket said it was a misdemeanor traffic violation and I didn't want a chance to go to jail or the stress of having to deal with this on my own. Mr. Cabral worked on my case right from the beginning and kept in contact with me with each step. The ticket was written incorrectly so no one was going to take responsibility at the clerks office to determine which way to interpret the ticket. Mr. Cabral must have visited my case at least 5 times or more before meeting me. He was very professional and approachable. The $500 I paid was well worth the trauma and stress I didn't have to go through.

Brad took over my case from another attorney during a difficult time. My daughter's father (my ex-husband) did not return her after her agreed upon visit the summer of 2014. He took away her means of communicating with me and others. Over a period of days, he would set a return date, then change it. My daughter was distressed and lost her trust in him. Because of previous attempts to get a resolution that supported my daughter, I did not have a lot of faith in the system. Brad is honest, has a serious level of attention to detail, great energy, and a strategic mind that works for the best interest of, in this case, my child. In the end, Brad and his pretty wonderful team of legal super heroes were able to provide me with a sense of relief and protection for my daughter. I could not ask for anything more.

In late December 2015, Bradley Coldwell stepped in when my then attorney could not continue with my case as he was running for public office and my common-law husband of 16+ years was pulling every dirty trick he could think of to make the divorce as difficult and expensive as possible. After agreeing in April 2015 to mediation within 60 days, he refused to turn over discovery forcing me to subpoena the requested documents, denied we were married, demanded a jury trial at the last minute before the final trial date, then firing his attorney and hiring a new one who he said was “the number one family law attorney in Williamson County”. My husband than announced that he had deliberately conflicted out every good attorney in town. Thank goodness, he skipped Brad in the conflicting process.
Brad got a second temporary orders hearing scheduled for early February 2016. Not only did he get the agreement that I regretting making in April 2015 reversed, he also got me temporary support, a large amount of attorney’s fees and the judge denied every one of my husband’s requests. Watching Brad and his paralegal, Ryan Dixon, in action at that hearing was more than I could have asked for. Calm, cool and always in control. Brad became my hero that day.
Through discovery updates and everything else that happened Brad and Ryan kept me up to date, never missed a deadline and were always there to answer my questions and calm my fears.
Our half-day mediation in June 2016 lasted 14 hours and turned out better than I could have dreamed of. By agreement, I received over half of the martial estate and other provisions that I don’t believe another attorney could have gotten for me.
I believe that my now ex-husband understands that he did not hire “the number one family law attorney in Williamson County”, I did …. and his name is Bradly Coldwell.
I highly recommend Bradley Coldwell of Coldwell Bowes. He will always be my HERO. Everyone at Coldwell Bowes are extremely professional and very nice.

Awful phone consultation experience. Divorce is a stressful experience but to have an attorney debate the abusive reality you experienced and be insentive to the concerns you have in regards to the other parent with young children was traumatizing. I felt belittled and dismissed . I expressedbriefly my abuse with my Russian husband as a black individual and was downplayed “ the courts don’t care about that unless you have proof” with out hearing me tell my full story. She then said well “I’m hearing your side and I don’t know what his side is so …” I’m reaching out to you to be my attorney it does not matter what his side is ! Maybe you don’t want to go against your own Russian people once you realized I’m a black person. She was asking me whether I was Russian or not that shouldn’t even be a factor !I do not recommend this lawyer and will be searching for another lawyer that can listen to my situation with out rudely interrupting me as I’m speaking.

I was visiting San Jose for a few months when I got into some unexpected trouble. I was freaking out big time because I didn't know anyone there or how the system worked. A friend of a friend recommended Ruben and gave me his number. I'm sooo glad I called him. He completely had my back the whole time. He walked me through step by step what was happening and what I needed to do next. He explained stuff in a way I could get as someone unfamiliar with the courts there.

Mr. Smith had issues with listening to what I wanted as a client. He literally billed me for a process that I did not agree to (I asked him to look into the issue and would confirm with him whether to proceed). His lack of comprehension as to my dismay further supports my experience that he has issues with listening, comprehension or underlying biases that he himself is unaware of.

Zachary Epstein handled a case for me with the IRS a few years ago. Mr. St Pierre kept on making mutual agreements with my estranged husband's attorney, without asking me my opinion first. I am struggling because of these mutual agreements including financially. I now have no attorney. Not long after I hired Mr. St Pierre, he tried to drop me as a client because I wasn't understanding what he was telling me to do. I needed someone to be on my side and I did not feel like he was on my side even though I was paying him. He even told me that he did me a favor by doing a mutual agreement that I was saved two to $4000 for him doing so I Matt he could've lying to his pockets from me but he didn't. I can't find his pockets with money because I am given any money and temporary child support and alimony because of his mutual agreement. I'm supposed be getting almost $900 in child support and $1800 a month in alimony and I'm not getting that I'm getting $1200 a month and my estranged husband's attorney keeps on knocking me out of court when I try and ask the judge for a raise of this amount. Mr. St Pierre did not try hard enough to protect me and the interests of my son. I was difficult and he was right and I was wrong. That's not how an attorney should treat his client.

My experience working with Faune and this firm had a negative impact on my case. She doesn't return calls and always told me to email her. Faune ignores calls and emails so how do you work with someone you can never talk to? Trying to set a time to meet with her was impossible because she was never around.
This was such a stressful time and you think she would make time to meet her clients. It made sense on why it took so long for anything to happen in my case because I had to always ask her to do the work. Even when you ask to speak to Steve Dinneen he doesn't respond or get involved. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone unless you never want your case to move forward.

My experience as a client of Attorney Kathy Ryder was very negative. I found her to have poor communication skills, to be always late for court hearings and frequently not responsive. She also didn’t get along well with opposing counsel and this caused litigation to take longer than necessary. Attorney Kathy Ryder is clearly quite calloused in her work and acts unsympathetic towards her clients. She also doesn’t take the time to work collaboratively with her clients.

My story is probably nothing new and will sound very familiar. Phil and I met and married in Dallas. I worked during our marriage and my husband was the primary source of income with consideration to our lifestyle. I also helped with his financial problems early in our relationship, before and after marriage. I had more in savings, a steady job, and an A rating credit report. After three years of marriage he wanted to move back to Los Angeles, where he was working in the entertainment field, and restart his career that collapsed due to a substance abuse problem. With reluctance, I quit job and career path and moved from Dallas to Los Angeles for my husband’s career, which increased his income substantially. My career however faltered in Los Angeles and I had to start over again in a different field and work my way up. After 12 years of marriage we divorced.
Two years after the divorce was final, my ex came back requesting to stop support claiming health issues was causing him to work less. I contacted my original attorney and he could not take the case due to his workload and traveling and he sent me several referrals. After contacting all of them I felt confident with Jennifer Skolnick. She returned my calls, was communicative of the process and gave me realistic expectations of possible outcomes. She didn’t sugar coat the realities of court proceedings which I appreciated.
Part of the legal process required financial disclosure on both parties, and this is what scared me most. I was diligent about saving my money for the future and I thought a judge would side with my ex-husband and say that I didn’t need his support any longer. With a fine-tooth comb, Jennifer reviewed my financials and my ex-husband’s and determined that there were no significant changes in either of our income’s and he did not work less or make less since his visits to his doctor. But still noted that a judge will make the final decision. She then reviewed his medical reports and tests and found a statement buried in the reports that Phil admitted that he did not believe that his health was affecting his work and was able to work full time-even though he claimed his health was the reason he was requesting to stop spousal support. I believe it was Ms. Skolnick’s diligence in reviewing years of financials and medical reports that helped our case for spousal support to continue. In writing my declarations and memos of opposition Jennifer wrote with a logical and concise flow, had facts to back up statements of Phil’s financial stability, my contribution to my marriage, giving up my career for his, and his ability to continue to work and that his health improved with medication. There was no comparison with Ms. Skolnick’s declarations and memos of opposition and my ex’s attorney’s. My documents were factual and well written whereas his attorney had no facts to back up any of their grievances.
Ms. Skolnick’s attention to detail was valuable. She asked several questions about my marriage, asking about subjects and details I never thought would make a difference in defending my case. Her questions made me think about what I did for my husband financially before and during our marriage, where he was in his life before we met and when we met, our lifestyle habits, his spending habits and mine, and the responsibility of taking care of our home. It was an emotional 5 months of gathering documents and remembering the beginning, middle, and ending of a relationship but Ms. Skolnick was able to help and keep me on track with her “to do lists” for me that helped me get through this process.
Ms. Skolnick is an exemplary attorney and I would strongly recommend her.

I hired Jennifer Skolnick as my attorney for a divorce case in Los Angeles County, and she did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her. My goal was to settle out-of-court, and Jennifer is very good creative suggestions to reach an out-of-court settlement. Jennifer writes beautifully, both brief and clear for the Judge: I could tell that the Judge had read and understood Jennifer's well written court documents submittals, and I believe that it clearly helped the ruling, especially in getting visitation with my daughter. I hired Ms. Tulipan some time ago. She seems to be very knowledgeable. However, once she moved from North Bergen to her new office located in West new York - she has lost her touch. Her staff (who used to be the only people I communicated with) changed - became rude and unknowledgeable. they never know anything and Ms. Tulipan is never available and seems lost when we speak now. Her prices are outrageous. For the amount of money I pay, I would think I can at least speak to someone who knows what they are doing.

I contacted Mr Getzin to take care of my divorce, I got him all the information that he requested and the payment, everything was fine on the first 7 or 8 months, but then things just stop moving, I will contact him and he will apologice and justify the fact that he was busy and other things, he say that will contact the judge and arrange the court day and prepare this paper or this other paper and that he will let me know later and update me on the case, finally I ask for copies of the documentation that he send to court and everything so I can consult another lawyer because he was taking too long, he give me nothing and told me that he could not continue with my case and that he was going to tell a "friend" to take care of it, my case was dismissed by the judge because he as my legal representation stopped doing his job, wasted 2 years time, money and stress...

My fiance and I rented a place from a local property management company. We had some concerns while we rented but we did not expect what would happen when we moved out. The company attempted to charge us an insane amount of money and threatened to take us to court even though we satisfied the terms of our agreement upon vacating the property. I retained Paul for legal services and he quoted me $7000.0 to go all the way through my prelim. After that he said it could be as much as $50000 going forward. I retained him with $2500.00 down payment and he agreed to $500 a month. He was near impossible to get a hold of after getting my money. He would not return calls until days later if at all. My family court lawyer said he was ghosting him as well and not returning his calls either. He said I should get a new attorney for criminal law. He never did anything for me. We spoke a total of 3 times for maybe an hour in all. He was terrible. The police showed up on a Friday and arrested me and stated that my lawyer NEVER answered his phone or returned their calls and they were trying to allow me to do a walk through and post bail but he didn't respond so they took me to jail for 14 days. When my wife told Paul Adras what the police said he told her to go get a public defender that he was not going to help me because we complained. I demanded my $2500.00 refunded and he sent me a bill for $6055.00 and said I owed him $3555.00 for unpaid services. He billed me $52.50 for ever text message we sent and voice mail we sent to him trying to get him to call us back with NO REPLY from him. A total of 43 times at $52.50. Nevermind that they were living there because their school was in another state and my spouse lived only 15 minutes away, and nevermind that my child visited me often. Karl was being extremely aggressive, making me look bad due to his behaviour, so my child spoke up saying that what Karl was saying was untrue and his anger was misplaced. He dared to say that my kid didn't love me and that they were against me and a bunch that just had my child in tears in seconds trying to say THAT wasn't true now. It hurt our relationship, since my child feared that I believed this man over them for years, and even still has seeds of doubt. He also slammed a door in the face of a family friend who almost got hit with the door. I just wanted a divorce, not all the added stress and someone making my child out to be the bad guy for simply existing. He was horrible to my kid and my ex spouse for no reason, despite us divorcing amicably. Which he knew, but he still treated them like the worst people on earth.

We had a custody case with Mr. Rolle in August of 2017 and we are so happy we hired him! We instantly felt at ease with him. Also, he must have an excellent paralegal on staff. She seems to have done most of our paperwork (under his supervision/direction) and that was great for us! The custody order and other stuff was very well written and because he used his paralegal so wisely the billing to us was far less than we were expecting it to be. It was a huge relief for us. We’d had another lawyer before him who did things badly and was gouging us with the billing, so our final bill from this firm was a huge relief. They deducted the bill from our retainer and returned it in a reasonable amount of time.
Also, when the other party was ready to settle (very much in our favor), because of life circumstances, Mr. Rolle’s Law firm was able to get the new custody order written up very quickly. I think it was only a couple of days and that included some revisions that we sent in after the fact. That was important because we were concerned the other party might change their mind.
We would definitely hire Mr. Rolle again.

Mr. Rolle does not take just any case. Even though he could easily do this to increase his billable hours, that is not his style. He is to the point, and cares about keeping legal costs down. I have recommended this firm to two of my friends and anticipate I will recommend them again if the opportunity arises. Hired Martin on two separate occasions regarding family law matters - divorce and child custody matter. The initial matter went extremely well and both parties found a workable solution. Unfortunately, sometime after resolving initial matter, I had to re-engage Martin regarding an adjustment in custody arrangements. And consistently provided efficient and sage advice on all matters. Martin without a doubt is the most impressive attorney that I have ever met. I separated from the military several years back, and had a very difficult time adjusting to civilian life. After paying a 10k retainer for my divorce, this attorney did nothing for me. I caught him in several lies and eventually had to fire him. I couldnt help but to think that somehow this was my fault, because, after all, HE is the legal professional, and knows what he is doing. Right? Wrong! I picked up my "file" from his office and took it to my new attorney. She said, "This is it???? Where is everything???" I had no idea how bad it was until I saw my new attorney go to work. She handled my case in a matter of WEEKS, not months or years, and earned every penny of her retainer. She actually got me more than what I thought I would get. After mediation, the opposing counsel even remarked that this attorney did absolutely nothing for me. I think it is only fair to end this review on a positive note. This attorney did refund a small amount of my money after I complained. Maybe he knew deep down that he fell short.

I am often distrustful of people in positions who promise to do things with a lot of negative outcomes. I was skeptical to say the least, but Mr. Aulls not only came through, but got the case dismissed. I have no problem recommending him and his office for anyone who may wonder who comes through with great results and keeps their word. I hired Mr Aulls after falling victim to false accusations. Mr Aulls continually tried to persuade me to go a different route and not fight the false accusations against me. He continued to press the issue, basically refusing to go the route I wanted to pursue. We went to court, and DID NOT prevail with his “different route”.
I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone, nor would I hire Mr Aulls ever again. After speaking with other attorneys I find that Mr Aulls DOES NOT have the client’s best interests in mind.
If I could write this review in Spanish, as well, I would, so the Spanish community would know to steer clear of Ashley Aulls.
This lawyer does not deserve the one star required to write this review.
