Matthew Rinaldi never filed A Motion For New Trial and scammed me for $15,000 and committed Fraud. He made a deal with The Prosecutor in my case. I’m a innocent wrongfully convicted man, and now I don’t have any money left to challenge or appeal my wrongful conviction because The McGregor Law Firm stole all of my money. Matthew Rinaldi is very unprofessional and thinks he knows it all. Matthew Rinaldi also acts like A Prosecutor instead of a Criminal Defense Attorney. Matthew will cross examine you like a Prosecutor, instead of talking about how to build your defense. Matthew Rinaldi doesn’t care about his clients. In my opinion he seems like a Undercover Detective working for The Prosecutors Office.

I honestly don't even know where to start. My divorce case was a complete nightmare. There is no worse feeling as a parent, than to know your child's best interest lays in the hands of someone else. It was terrifying. At the end of my case, I can honestly say Ms. Evans was the best lawyer I could have ever asked for. She fought hard for my daughter. I genuinely felt like she was fighting for her well being, just as she would want for her own. She kept her safe. Ms. Evans knows her stuff and is on top of it. Jana and her team went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure all the details in our case were covered. She consistently gave good advice, responded to inquiries quickly, and pursued whatever was needed for us to finalize the guardianship, and then the adoption, of our child. She took care of many things "behind the scenes" that we had not even thought of needing to be done. Her rates were fair and, honestly, her services are worth more than what she charges. I started my divorce process in mid 2020, what a time to have to go through this process. But I don't think there's really a "good" time for such a thing.
The original attorney I teamed up with at the beginning of my divorce, Myah Kehoe (Kehoe Moneyhun Law, LLC) which I recommend as well. That attorney recommended a handful of attorneys based on the particulars of my case. After consulting with each of these attorneys, I decided upon Jennifer (Jenny) Eadie and I'm glad I made that decision. My case was protracted (likely due to the pandemic), involving a non-responsive other party, and a lack of willingness to compromise. Jenny was highly skilled at taking over the case, getting up to speed, and communicating with both parties in a timely fashion. Jenny helped bring my case to a resolution and a positive outcome. If you want an attorney that's patient, polite, and efficient; then look no further. Jenny is it, I highly recommend Jenny Eadie as an attorney.

Ms. Rodriguez helped me when I got falsely charged with assault DV. I was impressed because whether it was my case or not, when she walked into the courtroom, she would know what is said on every piece of paper she was given. Often times she could dispel the spinning of the story by other lawyers. She still managed to maintain a level of respect while she was arguing with her adversaries. Seeing that made me feel positive about my representation even though the subject matter of our interaction was not pleasant, she made it possible for me to get through it and I’m forever thankful to Ms Rodriguez for that. I hired Miss Rodriguez for a DUI back in April. I thought I was going to lose my job and kids while I was also dealing with a divorce at the time. After I had consulted with her several times, she remembered details of the story I had already forgotten about discussing with her. I couldn't say the same for my divorce attorney though. She is very well organized and explained to me how things will go and not to worry. She was so right on how the process went and she got me off all charges. I used Mr. Feldman twice for traffic tickets and never disappoint me. First time Feb 2018 for speeding and he just dismissed my red lights ticket today at court. It was one of the worst moments in my life. I was driving home and I crashed my car into a parked car. I was scared, lost, confused but most of all worried.
I was refered by a friend to a lawyer named Michael Linscheid, who turned out to be a saving grace.
He helped me go through the court system and provided me the reassurance that everything will be ok.

We were in an accident with my newborn and my husband, that caused me a lot of pain. Our car was totaled on the scene, and as you can imagine, hospital bills were STACKING up in the THOUSANDS. At first, my husband and I didn’t know what to do. Due to a connection of acquaintances, we were referred to Jordan Law to take on our case. My family and I are so grateful that we did. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. I usually don't write reviews buy I felt compelled to share my experience with Steve. Now here's the thing I called at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and he answered! It was on a whim and im so happy that I found him and reached out. I explained my what I feel might be a "messy" situation trying to get divorced. He listened with no judgement and told me that I already seem to know what to do but let me help you if i can. He offered for me to fill out all my paperwork (because the court house lost my divorce paperwork SMH) and when I have it all in order to email him and he said he will not charge me for him to look it over. I have called a couple lawyers and no one ever offered me anything like this. I feel he really heard me and I am just so grateful that he answered my call. Going forward if I need to retain he is who I will be retaining. This man is very kind, humble and just a good guy. Thank you Steve you gave me my hope back that I lost for some time. Attorney Zlochiver is principled. I found his service to be based upon fairness and seeking the best outcome within the limits of the law, and done with an un-excitable, stable spirit. This sometimes was a sticking point for us. My opponent was aggressive and angry, and I wanted more energy; wisely, Attorney Zlochiver did not return all of the flaming brands I requested of him. In the end, for better or worse, he tempered my anger and frustration with my case.
Attorney Zlochiver is responsive. He was always reachable by email and phone. Reasonable response times were always met.
In summary, if you are seeking retribution and revenge, I don't think you'll find satisfaction here. I occasionally felt as though we could have been more aggressive--going on the offensive vs. a defensive posture, but Steve knew it would have been a futile, mis-use of my fee and he was careful about fee utilization.

In searching for a family lawyer, I had three criteria:
1) A competent lawyer who is familiar with the presiding judge. It is important that the lawyer knows what the judge looks for in a case both in the court room and the filed documentation. He was able to advise of the proper strategy to get the best case scenario without having the situation spiral into a more contentious case.
2) An objective lawyer who has enough court-room experience to be realistic in assessing possible outcomes. Rather than simply being hopeful, he suggested contingencies for the most plausible decisions that the judge may make during the hearing.
3) An understanding lawyer who would work with my limited budget & time. Mr. Zlochiver took on my case knowing of my financial situation and worked into the late evening on new documentation in order to bolster my case the following morning.
Steven Zlochiver certainly does not comes to mind when you think of the typical ambulance-chasing lawyer. Not a shark. Not a clock watcher. Rather, someone you definitely want in your corner who is willing to relate to your circumstances.

I can’t possibly say enough about Navid. He indeed has the perfect amount of pressure and gentleness that is needed to navigate very challenging situations. He’s been doing this for decades and has a natural ability to gauge what may transpire and what to do to overcome it. I googled pro-Bono attorneys, since I’m a full time single mom right now and up against a wealthy abusive ex. Even though it turned out Navid doesn’t work pro bono, he still generously and patiently answered all of my questions. He calmed me down and even though he had a trial the next day he generously gave me an hour of his time, which I’m very grateful for! He is professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly compassionate and caring. Though we all need to make a living he isn’t driven by $$$ only, but rather by being of help to parents in difficult situations.

I found Attorney Spivak through a Google search with the criteria, “impossible PFA cases”. His name popped up and I gave him a call. Long story short, he literally won an impossible PFA case. This man is legit. My fiancé has been in custody courts for 3 and a half years, and this man proved his case with one PFA hearing. I would also say that anyone who may have very complicated custody cases, to talk to Mr Spivak. He’s highly knowledgeable, and this man actually CARES about his clients. He will go to bat for you, he is very direct, and he will tell you what to expect.
I say this with the most sincerity, I do not trust, like or even respect most attorneys. I have never had good experiences with most of them. I feel like they take your money , and that’s it. But this man is the real deal. I would highly recommend Attorney Spivak for any custody/PFA related cases. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Beckwith Law assisted me in getting a no-contact order modified. It had been over year since the initial no-contact order was issued. Cristine's due diligence and explaining to me why being patient was best before the motion was filed. In my eyes it had been over a year since I was able to have communication with my life partner however, in the courts eyes it had only been four months. She understood that he did everything he needed to do and was able present a good argument to the judge to have the no-contact order lifted four months after his sentencing hearing.
