In todays day and age, it is rare you find someone or a company, who is ethical, kind, and a fighter. Our family was crushed with by a dealership, with a devastating experience that occurred on a Saturday! Saturday night, I knew we would need legal service to assist us. Steve was retained to help my business collect past due debts for work done and services provided. Specifically, we had rented road trailers, ten, to a farm operation which did not pay and it was necessary for me to repossess them. We were unable to collect based on debtor's bankruptcy. Another case involved trailer repair work performed for customer who would not pay. Not able to collect. Another case involved contract to trade a diesel farm tractor to former employee in exchange for lawn maintenance services -- which were not provided. Unable to repossess or to collect as ruled by small claims court magistrate.
Steve did the best he could given the circumstances of these cases. I would not hesitate to use his services again and do recommend him to others.

Let's face it, finding a lawyer for any reason can be very stressful. I'm here to say, Mary and her team exceeded my expectations of a law firm. Mary was very direct and clear about her recommendations, but was also willing to do whatever I asked during a very complicated custody, equitable distribution and divorce process. She was supportive and has a great sense of humor. She has good relationships with her legal counterparts, which ultimately makes the most difference in and out of court. Wendy was also very responsive and helpful. Since this was a complex case, there were some things that did not turn out as expected, but Mary and Wendy were always upfront with me and walked through what the next steps would be. The only feedback for improvement would be occasionally administrative things were a little disorganized (for instance forgetting to correct errors in paperwork, disposing of the wrong document, having to do some things while I waited rather than having it ready), but there was nothing that impacted the case negatively. Overall, they took care of whatever needed to happen and made sure my best interests were covered.

Jay was the third lawyer I had seen that day. After twice being told ‘this will take a lot of “ and the “ well you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t... maybe you just shouldn’t “ I felt completely hopeless. I went online fearful , desperate to find someone to help and I came across Jay’s info and called. I was in his office two hours later.
He was everything I needed to help get through this situation. High conflict divorce, spouse not returning child after summer visit etc... He was the balanced, strong person I desperately needed in my corner. He had things resolved sufficiently and quickly.

Jay handled my divorce case in Colorado Springs. He is very diligent about getting questions answered and in a timely manner; most of the time he replied to a question almost instantly. In my opinion he is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to anyone going through the hell of divorce. He is a very calm and intuitive man; trust his advice. But if you have a number in mind for the settlement let him know upfront and stick with it if you feel confident; he will back you 100%. His paralegal Krista is just a wonderful lady, professional but with a very caring heart. She also answered questions almost instantly and was always available when I called her. I had some very specific questions about a custody case that I am already waste deep in. It boiled down to me making a choice between two possibilites and one of them meant not seeking any legal representation (a.k.a. Mr. Cramner not getting hired or paid). He patiently answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. I felt that he gave me thorough explanations without coming across bias. I expected to be pushed into a certain direction. I was not. I left the lengthy conversation feeling like I got some solid advice from an attorney who seems to genuinely care. I also felt calmed and not in such a panicked state as when I first called. I can only assume Mr. Cramner exudes the same compassion and professionalism with paying clients. I would absolutely use him in the future based off our phone conversation.

A few months back my ex and I got into an argument and before I knew it she had called the police. I ended up in jail and was arrested for domestic abuse, assault and battery. I know that it's a cliche but I never touched her and was only defending myself! A friend of mine told me about Lipton Law Offices and I asked him to contact Mr. Lipton on my behalf. Within hours his bail bondsman had bailed me out of jail. After I was released, I immediately met with Mr. Lipton and was totally impressed. The charge against me was a misdemeanor hit and run. I was very nervous and fearful, because I have never been in trouble with the law. I knew right away that I had to find a knowledgeable attorney who truly cared about representing me to the best of their ability. I interviewed multiple lawyer's and found that most of them were all talk and no action. After interviewing Mr. Lipton and reviewing my case together, i was immediately relieved. He explained, in detail, what every section of the police report meant in a clear and concise manner. He was prompt and kept me informed on a constant basis. He also comforted me and made me feel at ease. I felt like a human being, not a criminal like other attorney's made me feel.
The District Attorney handling this matter was very reluctant to reduce the charge, but with Mr. Lipton's diligence and investigative skills he was able to pin point many areas in which sufficient evidence lacked. He displayed extensive legal knowledge and negotiating skills. Because of Mr. Lipton's dedication, experience, and professionalism, the D.A. to reduced my charge to an infraction.

I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. When the mess extended and overturned my unemployment benefits, the lawyer I had previously hired stopped representing me. I have never particularly been in any substantial trouble with the law, but last year my life nearly turned upside down when I was faced with a false sexual battery accusation that would have left me, an innocent law abiding man, with over a decade on the sex offender registry had it not been for the exemplary support of Jerry Merril. Not only did Jerry go absolutely above and beyond to cover every possible issue in my case, spending countless hours going through piles of evidence, conducting investigations and research, coordinating work with experts, filing strategic motions, etc., but gave me an absolute steal of a deal in fees that essentially ended up equaling the value of three lawyers for the price of one. Jerry is a diligent, compassionate, and committed lawyer. I got into some trouble for the first time in my life (I am in my 5th decade) and he understood that the only fair outcome for my case was complete and utter eradication of the charges. He didn't promise that but said in certain cases that could be achieved. I had interviewed another attorney prior to meeting Jerry who I am sure would have been competent, but I don't believe would have gone the extra mile that Jerry went to acheive my goal of expungement. Not only did he achieve that goal but he kept me informed every step of the way so as to reduce my anxiety. I am a business owner who has lived primarily out-of-state since 1981. I have a second home in Minnesota. My situation occurred in 2017, after a cop harassed me for nearly an hour in a parking lot. Unfortunately, this occurred in a suburb whose cops are notorious for harassing innocent people. I was "guilty" of driving with expired plates, and knew it; I'd been out of town working, forgot to renew the plates on the car I keep in Minnesota. I apologized to the cop but he continued harrassing me. Oddly, he did not write me a ticket. Instead, he spent nearly all of his time asking me irrelevant personal questions (e.g., about other cars I own but do not drive).
Months later, I received a court document that I did not understand. According to the document, I was facing several thousands of dollars in fines and a jail sentence. Without hesitation, I retained Mr. Sessoms. The conclusion was that the judge let me off with a year's probation- no fine, no jail time. This would not have happened without Faison Sessoms's exceptional creative thinking and guidance. An important PS is that I have twice before seen Mr. Sessoms in action; throughout the years. I don't know of another Minnesota attorney with his experience- he really knows his way around the court systems- and knowledge of this state's judges. (It was actually a retired judge who recommended him to me.) I have not hesitated to recommend his services to others, who were equally pleased with his services- and hence I am doing so, now. I'm originally from South Carolina, but I currently live in Georgia. I was in town for my 10 year class reunion and got pulled over for a .08 alcohol level. Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Without Westbrook I would be sitting in prison tonight. I have worked with her for over a year on my case and when I say that, what I mean is: she has dealt with me for over a year and worked on my case.
Westbrook is the definition of left field, she comes up with stuff out of no where that makes you feel stupid for never thinking of yourself. In my year with her I definitely thought I finally had an idea of what sort of attorney she was and how she operates. NOPE! She suits up for court and it’s as if you hired a whole different woman! There were times in that court room I’d sworn I saw a cape around her. This woman is absolutely amazing and I owe my life to her, if I ever get falsely accused again there is no one else I would ever go to. EVER. If I moved across the country I’d make her get licensed there just to be my defense again.
I gave this poor woman absolute hell for things that had nothing to do with her at times and yet she’d be up until 3am working on my case. She can seem a bit unorthodox but let me assure you there is a method to her madness and you do not want to be the one going against her in a court room because she works in the most unpredictable ways and then suddenly brings it all together and by the time you realize what she did it’s already over. I’m not saying I trust the process, but I do trust her and her process.

Three years ago I was wrongfully convicted of crimes I did not commit. After winning an appeal I was assigned Westbrook. I was a problem client, I did not wanna wave my sixty day speedy trial rights to give her more time to work on my case all I saw was the thirty months I had been wrongfully imprisoned. Westbrook did her best and actually won my case and got me released from custody.
