Family law issues are often challenging and my situation was emotionally one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to go through. From the very beginning, Greg exhibited a very compassionate demeanor. He explained the process in detail and was really great about talking me through all options available to me and the process and things to co wider for each one.

Patricia (Patti) LaFrance esq. Is an amazing attorney. She did a very nice job laying out exactly what my expectations should be during my divorce. She quickly ascertained the nature of my case and the unique challenges that I was left to deal with. She is particularly well versed and known for her advocacy in domestic violence cases. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised when our Judge knew her by first name and referred to her work when she was with the prosecutors office. The judge certainly seemed to value her legal arguments and opinions. Needless to say I got a more-than fair result in my divorce. Patricia was hired to assist in appealing a denied claim filed with our insurance carrier for a large employee theft that occurred at my company. I had been battling back and forth for well over a year with our carrier before dismissing our current attorney and hiring Patricia. Patricia had the issue resolved for us within a couple months and our claim was paid in full. She has also been assisting us with the ongoing criminal investigation of the former employee and has been instrumental in keeping a very slow process moving forward. There arent enough words to express how much of an AMAZING Attorney Michael is. He sets the bar on the level of communication he has with his clients. He takes so much pride in his ability to fight for his client, that he studies each and every word in your case. There were details he remembered that I had informed him of, and as I thought I was notifying him for the first time, he finished my update all on his own, remembering every little detail, as if it happened directly to him. I forgot I had already relayed the update, but I cant even begin to describe the overwhelming feeling of comfort to know Michael was not just my attorney, he was someone who genuinely cared about me and my kids. We went to our hearing, Michael all prepared and excited to represent me, evidence and notes in one hand and confidence in the other. Michael is not a very tall man by any means, but the fight he had inside of him, the fight he used defending and representing me, was one of an army from Sparta!! As a mom, going through court against my kids father, who instigated constant chaos, is that last and the hardest situation you ever want to face in general, however, just to know that Michael was in my corner fighting with and for me and my kids, made this situation a bit easier to handle. Haslam & Thorne, APC were amazing to work with from the beginning. With their specialty dealing in law enforcement divorces, I felt very taken care of. Scott Boardman is the best attorney in Tampa. I retained him for my 2nd felony VOP. It didn't look good for me bc I had a very bad addiction to the needle. I owed a crazy amount in restitution, which I hadn't paid a penny on, I ran for 6 months, I was dirty yet again in Judge Perry's courtroom, wasn't working, just a total mess at the time. Perry gave me 5 years in prison. I hired him to do a modification. By the grace of God he got me and another girl who was also sentenced to 5 years a rehab program. He is always available for you as someone stated above, and he genuinely cared about my outcome and well being. He isn't like most attorneys who honestly don't care. He will fight for you with everything in him, and he's very aggressive. His name should have been shark Boardman lol. I highly, highly recommend Mr. Boardman. He is the best attorney in the Tampa area!!!

And, I've learned this the hard way. I unfortunately didn't get the referral to David Boardman until my case was underway with another attorney. There is no doubt in my mind that the outcome of my entire case would have been significantly improved had I known about, and retained, Mr. Boardman initially. Although incredibly busy, he took the time to review my case, explain what could and couldn't been done, and develop a strategy to salvage what he could for me. He's very experienced and can intuitively read a situation and respond accordingly. Wow!! Mr. Carbone and his team has helped put my family back in order with his unbelievable talents in the court room. I was paying out the wazoo to my ex and barely seeing my child and Mr.Carbone assured me at the consultation that he could fix it for me. We went to court and after he started i thought to myself "This guy is out of his league, he needs to be in a big city with big shot attorneys". We hired Jamra and Jamra for a volatile divorce and were super happy to have Michael Hanasab handle our case. There were lots of scary issues to contend with regarding child custody and allegations about unfairness in the divorce proceedings. Michael gave the best advice, although I wasn’t the best at following it, I did end up getting full custody of my children. I wish that all of this never happened but am very grateful to Michael for being the voice of reason. He was able to defend a lot of the unjust accusations and kept a calm demeanor throughout all of the drama. I will always be appreciative of Michael’s knowledge of the law and his ability to apply it with such precision. He is honest, reliable and professional. I was in a very stressful and critical phase of my divorce where I was being accused of some pretty untrue, but lethal things that could have caused me to not get the custody of my children I wanted and deserved. I hired Mike and he came in there and made the "clutch free-throws" when it counted. He responded perfectly to the opposing council. We ended up going to court and he walked in their looking highly polished and confident, not arrogant and made the opposing council so nervous, they had no choice but to back down and give me what was fair and reasonable.

I hired Michael (along with Grace Jamra) in 2011. I came over from another big firm as I had been disappointed with the direction of my ongoing custody case. At the time I hired Michael I was facing more litigation and hearings and an evaluation. Michael was able to talk to opposing counsel and made every attempt to calm the situation. He knew my case inside and out, was reachable when I needed him and guided me through some very tough times. When it came to the evaluation Michael was instrumental in helping to pick the right evaluator (something that took quite a while) and met with me on several occasions to answer any and all questions I had about the process. Needless to say, my case turned around and in the end Michael was able to get opposing party to settle (even though opposing party was adamant about fighting and going to trial).
As for cost, I had to laugh at the negative review here. I was charged triple that amount at my previous firm in a matter of months. The billing with Michael @ Jamra & Jamra was incredibly fair and hugely different billing practices than some of the bigger firms. I never once felt I was being over billed or double/triple billed like I did at my previous big firm. Anyone who is going into custody litigation needs to do research and realize that it is an expensive area of law and the more litigation involved the higher the costs. I wouldn't think twice before recommending Michael to others if they needed a good and competent custody/divorce lawyer.

Since the beginning, they were upfront with timing, prices, and possible outcomes. She works with you , and explains the process with everything that’s going on when it’s actually happening so you don’t feel lost. I don't have the words to express my gratitude for Olivia Larson and all she has done for my family. My case was extremely complicated as it had both civil and criminal accusations. If I had listened to Iris when I first met with her, my divorce could have been quick, and very efficient. Instead, when we started less than 1 year later, we embarked on a 40 month, 29 hearing, and 2 canceled trials, that finally concluded with a 4 day trial, because my Ex refused to negotiate. The most vicious and evil people in the world are not just those who commit blatantly overt crimes, but also those who masquerade as do-gooders, for the purpose of deceiving and robbing others of their time, money, and peace of mind. On the outside they appear to say and do all the right things, as they pursue cover-up careers, and titles that make them look altruistic and charitable to those that don’t really know them. Sometimes they even pretend to be advocates for the bullied and less fortunate. These sorts of people are highly skilled in the deception game, and are extremely convincing actors because they live inside their own heads, and believe their own lies. They lack integrity and ruin lives. Our opponent was such a person; however, she was not able to fool Iris Finsilver, nor was she able to browbeat, or outwit her.
Iris immediately saw our opponent, for the con artist she was, and developed a strategy that exposed her falsified statements and web of lies. Iris uncovered and provided irrefutable evidence that verified that our antagonist committed perjury.
Truth won out because, Iris not only uncovered the lies, she substantiated the truth. We won our case and we were able to move forward with our lives, quite happily, and successfully, and unencumbered, despite the attempts of the most shrewd and crafty con artist we ever encountered.

Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

Like many other people I had poor experiences with larger firms and attorneys who were more concerned with making money than getting to know the client and working toward positive results for the client. I cannot recommend Mr. Delaney highly enough to anyone who needs quality legal representation. I feel I know Mr. Delaney very well professionally as he represented me for several years in highly contentious litigation. I will be forever grateful for his services to my family and I. Mr. Delaney is extremely proficient, professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable of not only the law, but also of the other attorneys and judges involved, their personalities and tendencies, which allows him to present options to his clients when discussing their cases.
Mr. Delaney is an adept multi-tasker/prioritizer, probably the best I have ever known. If something is important or very time sensitive, he WILL get it done.
He never acts without a client's permission, makes himself available to clients, returns phone calls, and NEVER misses a deadline or court appearance. I cannot emphasize this last point strongly enough. Many, many times I was stressed about making a deadline and he always came through, even when I didn't think progress was being made or the deadline would be met. Also, Mr. Delaney will never miss a court appearance. Countless times I witnessed opposing attorneys either not appear in court for their clients, or be significantly late, causing the judge to move on to the next case. Can you imagine how you would feel if the judge were to call your case, your attorney is not there, the judge tells you to come forward, and asks how you would like to proceed? You won't have to know that feeling if Mr. Delaney is representing you, rest assured!
Mr. Delaney's fees are going market rates for experienced attorneys, which I feel are fair. While market rates may be difficult for some to afford, particularly during turbulent times (believe me, I understand), never was the statement "you get what you pay for" more true than with Mr. Delaney. He takes steps to be efficient and has other staff handle routine tasks to minimize costs and maximize your resources.
