I was referred to this group for a special needs trust. They basically charged me over $450.00, didn't listen, made assumptions, and finally said they were "too expensive" but have to bill me for the first hour. Needless to say, I ended the engagement. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone unless you're interested in wasting money on expensive, inexperienced lawyers that don't take their time to review your request but still charge their high rate.

I hired this Lawyer for an accident that I was in and was very pleased with outcome that I got. He did recommend settling out of court but that was for my benefit. I have been in a lawsuit before that did not settle out of court and it was drawn out for several years. He made sure I was informed about all aspects of my case. He was very upfront and honest.

We hired Lawyer Mike in 2008. I will not discuss our suit because for one its no ones business and another its not over. So far he has done great work for us. He does return any question I have. He treats you more like friends than clients. As far as I;m concerned he will be our attorny the rest our life. He knows his stuff. People dont realize they have more than one case and to people can hurt thier own cases to. The is always gonna be someone who dont like somebody. You really want a lawyer that stinks. Get a few we've had than you can talk. You cant win them all. But we think hes a great person and lawyer.

I also found this guy in the phone book. He told me I had a good case. His secretary handled all of it, He never returned phone calls, I did all the leg work in getting the paperwork together. Then after months and months of not hearing anything from him, right before Christmas he advised me to settle and not go to court, It was over a back injury and after he reviewed my medical records he said "you went to the dr for a back problem back in 92" (which was nothing to do with my current injury), so he didn't believe me. Now, I am now disabled after I settled out of court because of him. He is an arrogont, unprofessional joke of an attorney that will not do anything to help you.

terribly rude staff, gives you the run around constantly, the attorney Thomas Sellers will even interrupt and hang up on you when you’re trying to clarify the debt and what you’re needing. I was told to further my “reading comprehension” and that he “doesn’t care” about my questions. He proceeded to tell me how good I had it with the debt, even though we’re still negotiating it. You sure would think they could answer some questions in trade of a 1 lump sum payment. He went on to explain how I could get around the $3000 court fee, yet any other basic question I asked, I was talked over or told that’d be legal advice.

Had a completely horrible experience with Natalie. Paid her $10,000 never met her nor did she handle any of our case. We paid all that money just to have to go to court alone and handle the case by ourselves. Definitely not an attorney I would recommend for anyone to use unless you just want to give money away.

This attorney has no idea how to argue a case! This lady said um and uh during the attire case. This individuals mailbox and office is at a ups store in cedar hill. She has no home office and her augments in court were very beginner. Her courtroom presence was nonexistent and she sounded very ignorant on what the case was about. She did not file the case paperwork properly and waisted 11,000 plus dollars only for us to get to court and lose the case. (We only lost due to her wasting the time allowed to prove the case and she never proved the case or got to present evidence from client..it was embarrassing to watch) She should be disbarred for the lives she ruined. She’s the worst attorney in the DFW area and I’m shocked she even passed the bar. God will pay her for her miss deeds

Was assigned as a court appointed attorney in late 2020. If you want a lawyer who fights for you. This guy is DEFINITELY not IT! I mean He doesn’t text back. UNLESS you bug him to death. Witch is really sad. Barley picks his phone up. Will NOT update you on court dates or settings. Nor does he care about your case. He prob just looks at it the day of and pushes it to the side. He should be stripped of his license. If I was as care free on things as he is to his clients I would have filed complaint after complaint. His only Interest is himself and his motorcycle. I was divorced in 2013. Imagine huge mistake choosing Olivo. He had received a 15? Minute cal from the friend of my ex wife explaining the entire situation to him and was adamant I was not guilty. Olivo said he would investigate the call and situation and took a 350.00 deposit. The next day he called sad told me I had to go to court the day after. In my opinion he is a railroaded who has still not repaid me and cost me my life. Nothing my witchcraft practising ex said was true but in my opinion and in fact BNSF railroaded me. Mr. Olivo you are lying. I retained a lawyer the day you were missing in action For my case. You did not negotiate any deals on my behalf. A lawyer saw me in the hallway broken down and uncontrollable crying. This was after the clerk called you while i stood there and you lied to her and said you were not paid. You are a dishonorable person. Thats why you left el paso under a cloud of shame. Even though it was a 4 hour drive there and 4 hrs back i attended every hearing for over a year and you did nothing. You informed me of nothing. Thats why the lawyer recognized me because i came faithfully to each hearing. If you want to make amends do so by fixing this or forever bare the shame of you. She started out much better than my previous lawyers but I have one hearing left and nothing has been done to set it since March, except for charging me a lot of money. I have paid almost 3 times the retainer and it's not over. She hasn't even responded to my requests regarding my bill since June and I haven't received copies of the documents that I am being charged for.

Don't deal with this firm. I was impressed with the way they held my hand and helped me get my case approved 15 years ago. I made a mistake by giving them the job of applying H1B for my employee. I had practically everything. The staff is very rude. Jerry Zhang is not even in USA. We had to call several times to get the job done. He should be paying money to us. They just send you a DIY template and we have to work on it. They don't offer any help. They are in the business of just charging money. Don't waste your time by dealing with them. I am a successful businessman take my advise. I've seen how success has hit this company. They don't care for customers any more like they used to. They offer "0" support and no customer service plus they are all very rude. The attorney I was dealing with yelled at me several times. Their team is in China, they just outsource everything.

My case was for an annulment based on fraud and Ms. Wright took it head on. She explained legal strategies in a way that could be understood by someone without law experience and set realistic expectations for the outcome. She readied me for testimony by providing a list of questions and prepared answers to make sure I would remember to include all of the pertinent facts on the stand. It's easy to be nervous and forget, but since I studied her guide, I was able to focus on facts without rambling on a tangent.
Unexpectedly, the judge announced my hearing would be completed on that day when two half-days were scheduled. Ms. Wright and I were blindsided because we expected to have time to prepare for cross examinations. Despite this challenge, she remained focused and on her feet for an entire day and didn't skip a beat. I could hardly keep my eyes open but she improvised, asked all the right questions and kept in the game for 6-1/2 hours. It was a long hard day.
Ms. Wright thinks fast on her feet. She's sharp, strategic, focused, has a great memory and has a winning mindset. As a bonus, she is very easy to work with and maintains friendly professionalism.
The annulment was granted! Ms. Wright made it happen and I am forever grateful that she agreed to represent me. I would refer her to anyone.

Ms. Wright returned my phone call within a couple of hours of my email from AVVO. Because I could not answer my phone right away, she left her cell phone number for me to return her call. I reached her right away. Although she was on the road, she listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She was considerate and knowledgeable. This Attorney would generally not return phone calls and emails. I literally pleaded with her to keep me up to date and informed, because I was so desperate about my legal matters, but she simply ignored my requests, except for a few isolated times. Once I fired her, she gave me a final bill, which was more expensive than I expected.
During our initial one hour consultation, which I was charged for, she did not even have the court order paperwork printed out, which I sent to her prior to the meeting. So she had to take 5-8 minutes and print it out as I sat there waiting; and then she had to read it over. I was disappointed that she was not prepared for the meeting.
By far the worst part was that this Attorney acknowledged that I am due the remainder of the retainer, but the she stopped communicating with me. She provided me with the invoice, which even stated that she still owes me, but she simply ignored all my communication attempts, including, to answer my phone calls, emails, and even personal messages left with the receptionist in her office.
By the way, the Wright Law Firm, operated by Marcia Wright, has only one Attorney actively working there, which is Ms Wright herself. I was so hurt that she would refuse to give me the several hundred dollars back, since it was mid November, and Christmas was approaching. I could have used the money. It is now January and still not a peep from her.

I retained Attorney Justin L Writt to represent us with a simple name change. After three misguided directives from Atty. Writt I was finally advised of a court date of 1/25/13 at the 247th District Court @ 9am. Atty. Writt was 40 minutes late. Upon entering the court room, he went directly to the clerk's desk and held a five minute conversation. He approached me and motioned for me to step out of courtroom. He proceeded to explain that the clerk failed to add my case to the docket. I questioned how he was notified about the date and he said he received a phone call. Having knowledge of court proceedings, just receiving a call was not customary. I called my Estate Planning Attorney who advised me to request a copy of the Notice of Publication, required to be filed as public notice and proof of submission to the court. His first response was to inquire what that was. He then stated it was in at his office and we could get a copy of the entire file. I arrived at his office prior to him and was greeted with profanity and abusive language by Atty. R L Manor who was speaking to someone on the phone. When he noticed I was in the office, he asked "How you doin' ?" To which I replied "offended" Atty. Manor proceeded to explain that someone was talking bad about his wife and he didn't take that. He then stated "this is my house and my receptionist should have informed him they had company". I was seated in his front office. As I continued to wait for Atty. Writt to supply the proof if filing, I could hear a discussion going on between both attorneys regarding my request for the Proof of Publication document. Finally after having waited nearly an hour, the receptionist handed me an envelope with documents dated prior to October 2012. Atty. Writt refused to come discuss why there was no document confirming his submission of the Notice of Publication. Instead, I heard Atty. Manor state "I'll tell her'" in a manner that suggested Atty. Writt was avoiding me. At which point Atty. Manor approached me stating that I would need to make an appointment for the following week to discuss the missing document. His tone was aggressive and his body language threatening. When asked why Atty. Writt would not come speak with me, Atty. Manor became belligerent and said "I told you, make an appointment!" and he proceeded to show me the door. When I advised Atty. Manor that I would be contacting another attorney and the Bar Association, he challenged me by stating "go ahead, if you really have one." We retained Atty. Writt for a simple name change preceding. It was emotionally devastating to have been failed by him as a result of his incompetence. But to have been verbally assaulted by his partner while Atty. Writt was able to hear the entire exchange was disheartening. We later confirmed with the court clerk that there was never an actual court date assigned because of his failure to remit the required documents.
What both of these attorneys are ignorant to is the fact that I really do have outside legal representation, who is very experienced with filings with the Attorney General's office, the BBB and the Bar Association.

Never responds to your phone calls.... Told me that ALR was not any importance... Didn't take any consideration that the ALR hearing was a chance to cross examine the officer... Nobody knows him, not the judge or even other criminal attorneys... When I asked him about my case... he needed to consult with other attorneys to provide an answer.

His license should be revoked for malpractice. I contacted State Bar of Texas a few times. Money is the root of all evil, and I pray people like this God will handle. To many times he avoided me, over the years, a case by default judgement and he said he never collected.There was a Lien placed on the property so they wouldn't sell unless we got paid, but guess what ? I did my own research and someone got paid because the apt. Complex was sold, and the Harris Cnty records ,show that my case was paid, but never received a penny. Don't waste your time.

Horrible people along with all those involved in the 3M earplug lawsuit. Between this firm and Aylstock, Witkin, Kreis & Overholtz they are making sure anyone who should be paid from this get very little. Several other veterans have also said they have been screwed out of this settlement and have gotten little to nothing. We are the ones who have to live with the constant ringing or hearing loss not any of you in these firms! This whole thing from this from that has trickled down is sketchy and I am sure they are pocketing more than they should.... all of them.

I have tried to contact this firm they say contact your primary counsel yet they are responsible for distributing the payment and Despite having all the proper documentation for my 3m settlement they passed me over for payment so now I have no idea when or if I will ever get paid I am a 100 percent disabled veteran and could really use the money I am going to report them to the Judge responsible for this lawsuit for paying out of order according to the fifo numbers and I think I am going to sue them for breach of contract and compensation for lost time lost for having to track down documentation that was their responsibility to find in the first place.

Her entire office was arrested for the murder. Scott Felcher did many of my contracts and they were completed in a timely manner. We had a good working relationship until I tried to contact him to obtain copies of my contracts. He NEVER picked up the phone for years and I always was told, "He's on another call" or "He's not in the office" and only after being placed on hold (which means he was NOT out of the office. I would NOT recommend this attorney to anyone if they intended on needing his reciprocity in regards to phone calls, once the deal was done.

I feel Tracy is not the most intelligent lawyer in this firm. First off she gave really bad advice that not only cost me time but the money I wasted on her lack of knowledge in the particular area I hired her at 400 dollars an hour to know. When she could not make any headway and I called her out on her performance she dropped the case and lead me to believe there was another solution to the case to which was even worse than her lack of performance. Other lawyers whom I have consulted in after to finish my case said her approach was not something that most would do nor would it have been successful in obtaining the contract and monetary gain I needed. The advice was not well thought out and she assumed just using her firms name would cause the client to crumble. With the strength of other attorneys this didn't happen and in the time of need she bailed. To be honest she was the worst attorney I have ever hired and the laziest.

Currently being represented by Atty Latoya Blakely. At this point, I dont feel Latoya is fighting the case as she would be if it were her freedom on the line. I think she is a smart, intelligent young lady, but I think she could do better.. I know she can do better. The case is still pending, and so Mrs. Blakely could surprise me with the outcome... We are now looking for a new Lawyer in Entertainment Law but used Player Law a few years back and we were very disappointed, to say the least. When dealing with Player Law a few years back, namely, Tom Player, we found that his follow up was terrible. Also we felt he was incompetent in reviewing executing a stronger more favorable contract for our side. There aren't many Entertainment lawyers in Orlando, but don't choose Player Law. You will likely be disappointed.
