Before I consulted Mr. Kolman, I did not believe that there was any recourse for my labor dispute situation. I had already spoken informally to a family friend who is an attorney and was told that there was nothing I could do. Having just moved to the area with my wife, I suddenly found myself without income or allies. However, when I called the office of Kolman Law, the staff there was very attentive and confident that they could help me. I was able to speak with Mr. Kolman that same day. Seemingly off the top of his head, he cited PA case precedent that was obscure enough to have escaped my previous consultants but applied to my situation perfectly. Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. From the moment he took my case until the successful conclusion, he had a solid game plan, excellent communications, and was always one step ahead of the insurance company. Most of all, I always trusted his judgement which proved to be flawless at the end of the day. Kampf, Schiavone & Associates are the best attorneys ever! Although my cases were difficult & complicated with multiple work injuries, Schiavone, Kampf & Associates never gave up on my cases with both, Workmen’s Comp, and my Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund case, also known as SIBTF. I started with Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates a few years back, & they were finally able to get the State Workmen’s Compensation Board & State (my employer) to come to a final agreement & we settled with a fairly good outcome for me, and I was very happy with that Permanent & Stationary settlement. It’s very difficult trying to settle any type of a case with the state of California, but my attorney’s at Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did just that for me., and they did it extremely well. They also found me great doctors to provide the lifetime medical care I needed, and where I live, that’s not an easy thing to do.
Immediately after my case was settled with Workmen’s Compensation, my attorneys advised me that I might qualify for the State SIBTF award. And my attorneys began the process of setting me up with the required various Medical evaluations, which didn’t take very long at all. I think the whole process of all the evaluation took about perhaps less than a year maybe, and then my attorneys set up with the State of CA SIBTF for SIBTF court hearings, which I did not have to go to at all. My attorney took care of everything For me.
Bottom line, my attorneys won me 100% with approximately 7.5-8 years of backpay, Plus a substantial monthly amount of income for the remainder of my life-span. I am very thankful for everything Kampf, Schiavone, & Associates did for me. I don’t know what I would had done without them, & their help, but I do know this: Schiavone, Kampf, & Associates never gave up on me & my cases with them. They fought long & hard for me, and provided me with solid emotional support, when things felt too hard & overwhelming for me…they were always there for me. If not for Mr. Schiavone, the staff & my attorneys, Mark, Kathy, & Amy, Jessica, & litigation assistants, each & everyone of them, I would not be well off today, if not for these wonderful expert injury attorneys at Kampf, Schiavone & Associates. After an accident with an 18 wheeler, we were totally lost on navigating the personal injury and medical side of things. We started receiving calls from the at-fault party’s insurance company trying to settle right away and knew we needed experienced help. I was a little hesitant to work with an attorney at first but we got connected with Chip Evans through a work referral program and he put me at ease right away. Chip is very down to earth, knowledgeable, never seemed in a rush and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. We felt confident at every turn that we were in good hands. I reached out to the Dr. Lawyer Law Group seven months after being injured in a car accident. My injuries weren't severe, so didn't call an attorney right away. Like many others, I thought that since the accident was the other driver's fault that his insurance would do the right thing to make me whole. I was wrong.
After the insurance company low-balled their offer (and tried to assign partial blame to me), I knew I had to get help. Dr. Shah and Dan Hollnagel worked to get me far more than what the insurance company originally offered. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner.

We thought we had a very easy straight forward case based on how my wife's nerve injury occurred, but after consulting with over 15 attorneys I realized that was not reality, and most if not all the attorneys I talked with did not understand our case and they were more concerned with what they thought the case was valued at based on the injury. Thankfully we did not settle until we found the right attorney which was Dr. Shah. After our initial consultation I knew right away that he was the right attorney for our case. My wife's nerve injury was caused by a needle stick, and it had developed into CRPS, and most attorneys did not understand that condition, however with Dr. Shah having a medical background he understood completely what we were dealing with which gave us a lot of confidence that he was the right person for the case. During the process Dr. Shah kept us informed every step of the way, he was always available if we had questions, and we always felt Dr. Shah had our best interest in mind. But Dr. Shah really shined when it came down to the negotiation of our settlement. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and hard work on our case. I first met Loren Gold in 2019 when I hired him as my personal injury attorney for a trip and fall case. With his knowledge, years of experience and excellent negotiation skills I received a much larger settlement then I ever expected. But I’m writing this review for another reason. After my son was arrested just two days before Thanksgiving, I wasn’t sure what to do as I was out of town and have never experienced this before. I decided to reach out to Mr Gold for advice and as soon as I texted him he responded right away to tell me he’d get back to me soon. Later that evening, he began to text me asking questions about the arrest and even called me to talk about it! Not only did he remember me after four years but he took the time to call and spend quite a while with me answering all of my questions and giving me very good advice which we did. I have been trying to find out about a med mal case and attorneys i have contacted really dont answer my questions and its usually not an attorney, just a rep or their paralegal. Mr Loren Gold not only answered my question i posted online, but called me and actually discussed my situation giving me clarity as to what the deal is with med mal in florida!
