I was involved in an accident in 2021 in which another vehicle ran the stop light and crashed into me. The result was injury to back that resulted in therapy. I contacted Mr. Thompson and After talking with him, I retained him to handle my case. For two years he worked diligently with this case, never tiring or giving up even when I felt like it. He gathered all the necessary information, followed up on anything that came into his office and ultimately when we had to go to court, he helped me ease my anxiety of court and prepare myself.

So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down

I was referred to Attorney Rouse after a few consultations I made with other attorneys that didn’t go quite so well. You can probably only imagine all the anxiety and stress that builds up by not knowing what to exactly expect (much like most) in an unfamiliar situation like this. I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. When he walks in the court room you can see the respect the court has for his work. He talks to you like a person not like a paid client doesn't make you feel dumb if your not educated on a situation he will explain in a kind clear and consice way. If you don't know who to turn to and you don't wanna get lost in a larger lawfirm but need a legal warrior he is your guy. And he isn't a coward or scared in court he knows his stuff. I needed to hire an attorney. I initially consulted another attorney in the area who refused to take over my case because he said there was no damages in it (e.g., money). I disagreed because I was legitimately injured. I asked him to recommend another attorney and Randall was the name of an attorney he gave me.

I contacted the law firm of Springer-Lyle with regards to a traffic accident in which my husband was not at fault and was injured. In my initial call, I gave all the pertinent information. Frank Lyle then called me and was very helpful, giving suggestions and reassurance as to how to handle both the property damage issue as well as personal injury. We concluded that unless something unforeseen comes up, my husband's injuries do not appear to be serious, we should negotiate the settlement ourselves. I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. I started my case with another lawyer and due to unforeseen circumstances, my case was passed along to Moses. I am extremely thankful for that turn of events.
As Moses got to know me and my case more intimately, he realized the need to have the case removed from the county of the defending lawyers to create a more even playing field.
Moses is a very caring person seeking only justice and what is rightly due to patients that have fallen victim to true malpractice. It took several years to collect information, secure credible expert physicians from several other states, and prepare a solid case that would stand strong in any courtroom. He kept me informed through each step of the process and asked if I was willing to wait for each portion.

We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Diane.
I called Diane about help interpreting a will and she took the time to not only explain the different parts of the legal document and how this effected how the will was governed but offered suggestions and options for dealing with my unique situation and the challenge I was trying to work through.
In addition, Diane was ready to offer introductions to others locally that could be helpful in resolving the issues I was trying to address.

I contacted Russell R. Hatten after being involved in an automobile accident in which I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. Upon impact I was then pushed into the vehicle in front of me, causing me to rear-end that vehicle. Mr. Hatten was able to navigate the situation to make sure the party at fault for these two collisions took responsibility. Myself, having a chronic back issues, needed medical treatments to address my injuries resulting from the accident. However, the cost of these treatments exceeded the coverage provided by by uninsured motor policy. At least that is what I thought. Turns out the medical facility was charging me nearly four times what should have been charged. Mr. Hatten was able to negotiate the initial cost down to what is considered fair. I was then able to receive the treatment needed to begin my road to recovery. Without Mr. Russell Hatten's help I fear that I would have been left unable to pay for the costs of my treatments. I cannot thank the Chalat Hatten & Banker firm enough. I was truly someone in great need and they were there to provide that help. I was shattered after a terrible snowboarding accident in which I got hit by a beginner snowboarder. This snowboarder smashed my foot, dislocated it, tore all the ligaments, broke it in several spots and shattered my cartilage. I was devastated after realizing my health insurance was a scam and my foot required several surgeries, many months of physical therapy, and the loss of my ability to continue my work in the same way, if at all. My life flashed before my eyes wondering how I would ever be successful again while the bills piled up and my foot, walking ability and driving ability was completely hindered and lost. My lawyer Russell went above and beyond to insure that I not only would have my massive medical bills paid for, but that I would also have compensation for my pain and suffering, lost wages and extra money to help with my life change. He was very personable and communicated with me about what to expect, the time line and fought for what I deserved. Russell was able to get me the full amount that was possible but without the pain and struggle of a trial and he got it for me in a timely manner. This timely manner was a big deal for me as I maxed out all my credit cards and had no wages coming in due to the accident. He sent faxes to my outstanding bills and stayed on top of things like contacting my lien companies and insurance companies to keep the ball rolling so my case would not be held up. He made sure to communicate with me so I knew what was going on and was available for consultation when necessary so I did not feel alone and scared.
