Honestly I don’t have enough good words to describe my experience with Carrie. From the moment she got in contact with me following my request it was an absolute breeze. My mom was in a parking lot car accident where the other person ran the stop sign and knocked off her front bumper, we were not aware at the time that police doesn’t report to parking lot accidents, but my mom was in major back pain so I quickly searched for injury attorneys. I was in contact with Carrie around April and she quickly got my mom started with therapy and said by September we should be closing the case and wow was she accurate, my mom is now pain free and with some much needed money in her pocket and now not at risk of losing her home.
And before I forget her communication is TOP NOTCH, I mean what attorney texts with their clients now a days? That was a huge bonus for me as I barely ever have time to talk on the phone.

In September 2018 I slipped and fell on a wet tile hotel lobby floor in Orlando without warning signage. I broke a bone in my lower back and experienced such pain and suffering I abandoned my daily long distance running and struggled to walk. I decided to seek legal support to ensure my pain, suffering and treatment costs were properly reimbursed. I wanted a firm and attorney that were not just a cookie cutter operation but rather one containing sharp staff with highly relevant experience. I chose Fasig Brooks and their associates Carrie Roane and paralegal Brittney Waldo because their team rose up through the legal ranks as injury litigation specialists and were successful without tv advertising. Carrie and Brittney are great; they are sharp, efficient and excellent at follow up and communication. They did a bunch of detail work to prove my case, did not miss a trick and got a six figure settlement against a large multi-national firm with many legal resources in Florida, which is not friendly to slip and fall litigants. I was referred to TPMB and Sam Carl via a different firm while I was looking for a personal injury lawyer due to a serious cycling accident. If you have ever had the need to seek our representation you know how overwhelming the process can be and how difficult it is to know if you are making the right choice given the vast array of options at your disposal. Complex life altering injuries are scary enough, and if they involve negligence on the part of large well known corporations its even more intimidating. At the time TPMB was newly founded and little information about the firm existed, but after speaking with Sam and TPMB partners I felt reassured in my decision to retain them. He immediately jumped into action gathering time sensitive evidence and set realistic expectations every step of the way. His advice and recommendations over the course of 2 years were invaluable and ultimately played a big factor in being able to secure a favorable multi-party settlement prior to trial. Sam was always available and willing to answer questions or offer his professional point of view, even outside of traditional office hours if need be and his calm but diligent demeanor kept things moving with the minimal amount of stress. He was able to accomplish this with the uncertainty of Covid and disruptions to the legal system as a backdrop. I would highly recommend using Mr. O’Keefe. My case was a very complicated one that required an attorney with not only a strong knowledge base, but the conviction to keep fighting even when there was adversity or opposition. My case ended up being dragged out and the defendants insurance company fought us tooth and nail, but at the end of the day we won the full amount and I couldn’t have asked for more. This review is long overdue as it has been a few months since my case was settled. Nonetheless, I hope that it helps someone. Though I have a long story as it relates to my injury, I will keep it short — just know Mr. Kearney and his team were with me the entire duration. lock step. I was injured at work about ~8 years ago. My case was longer than many. During those eight years I went through every tactic you could think of from the various insurance companies and adjusters who handled my case. During those eight years, WC insurance found reasons to deny a treatment, or to not pay my benefits, or to make me wait 6 months for a hearing to only agree with our demands the day of (which happened on 2-3 occasions), and everything in between. Their goal is to make an already bad situation even worse. At times they succeeded. However, Mr. Kearney kept fighting for me and never budged. Even when things would become overwhelming and I wanted to quit, he remained calm and consistent while encouraging me to push forward. His tenacity resulted in a settlement that I had honestly almost lost hope on. That is what you get with Mr. Kearney. He is a known and respected entity in the world of injured persons/workers. Opposing counsel knows him and when they greet him you can sense the respect they have for him. Same goes for judges; he knows them, like really knows them. If you need someone to truly fight for you while keeping your best interest paramount, look no further. It is honestly a no-brainer. If he agrees to take you on as a client, jump at it. You will not find more competent, prepared, personalized, experienced, honest, and compassionate representation in the DC area. I went out of my way to thank Mr. Kearney and his team as much as I could while he represented me and am happy to have the pleasure of thanking him again, on a public forum, while encouraging anyone who has been hurt to make Donohoe-Kearney your first call. I initially met with Mr. Duncan back in January with a no cost, no obligation consultation. At the time, I was overwhelmed with debt (foreclosure, charge offs, and a judgment). Mr. Duncan explained my options in great detail and informed me that my situation (means test pending) qualified for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Mr. Duncan asked me why I decided to contact his law firm instead of the other lawyers in Mecklenburg County. I informed Mr. Duncan that I was thoroughly impressed with the content on his website and his informative YouTube videos. The paralegal (Brooke) that was assigned to my case was very prompt with her email responses and informative. I do not even know where to start on how fortunate I was to have Ed and Spencer on my side for a brutal divorce proceeding. I will summarize how awesome Ed and his team were, but I really want to highlight his ability to be caring and to listen throughout the two year battle. We had a complicated case concerning a nursing home, so we went to several lawyers concerning this case. We were not impressed by any of them. This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. Bill is AMAZING at what he does. I was involved in a t-bone car crash that left me with a fractured leg. I hired Mark to represent my son who was arrested on what I believed shouldn't have even happened that involved someone that we've known for 20 plus years. Mark reviewed all the information I provided to him as well as the info that he got on his own. We all agreed my son did say somethings out of anger/hurt but this arrest was not necessary, it was a petty move on the plaintiffs part. At court Mark stood his ground and did not accept anything less than what was best for my son the state's attorney wanted something that would not have benefited anybody other than the plaintiff and Mark said no that's not happening I was very impressed with him and his services. He was very kick to respond to emails, calls and texts too. MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
