I retained Ted Naima for legal assistance regarding an auto accident. Since the very first meeting, Ted was direct and honest about the upcoming legal process and expectations. John was recommended to me by another attorney to handle a very difficult and complicated case. We have a lending company ,our client passed away but prior to his passing he took a very large deposit on this property from one of his employees on a promise that their would be a credit for that amount and she could purchase the property ,
Upon her employers death she decided that the property was hers and she became a squatter unable to buy the property but decided she owned it. The woman then decided our company and myself were responsible for her loss. She sued us for fraud, conversion of the funds, unjust enrichment and anything else she and her attorney made up.
Fast forward John Harkevy to the rescue. He analyzed the case and on 5 seperate actions against us won summary judgement in our favor on all 5. He then started an action for possession and back rent which we settled on favorable terms. Thankyou John who I would highly revomend for his knowledge and how well he handled such a difficult and complicated case.

This company is great. A rehab facility let my dad fall almost everyday he was there. The last time the day he was to come home he fell and hit his head. We were recently struck by a drunk driver, and had no previous experience in hiring a lawyer. We simply did not know where to turn. We first reached out to a few radio jingle lawyers and found EACH phone consultation with them to be worse than the one before. You were treated as a number by
their staff, and could never get an actual lawyer on the line. Through word of mouth Michael Goldsmith's law firm, thankfully, entered the picture. Out of the gate, Michael was friendly and genuinely interested in learning exactly what we had gone through. Each time we had a question, HE was readily available with a very well educated answer. At no time did he ever speak over our heads. He was clear, concise, and spoke in down to earth terms we could easily understand. He armed us with knowledge, realistic expectations, and his confidence was infectious which was exactly what we needed to win our case...which he did for us, by the way! I recently had the opportunity to win a difficult Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) case with Tim representing me. Ben was the attorney for my wife and I after I suffered a brain injury at the hospital. We had a meeting with the hospital lawyers to try and settle the case, I was ready to settle at 900 thousand, but Ben said to hold on! hand in there, your case is worth much more! .... about 5 hours later we settled for 1.4 million.

I was hit by a car while riding a bike. The driver drove off and the police did little about it. Ben tracked him down and filed a lawsuit. The driver denied he did it but Ben caught him in lies and his insurance company had to settle for a great amount. Ben is hard working, persistent, and I really liked having him on my side.
