Although Michelle Cheng was always professional and responsive, I felt she could have been a lot more aggressive with our case. I feel as though she settled and gave advice based on prior cases and scenarios. Our doctor had admitted his guilt, so had she been more demanding and aggressive, we could have possibly received more.

We did get in touch with few attorneys via phone call, but Mr. Robson stood out and was our favorite. We directly talked with him on the phone for more than 30mins and were ready to sign with him. The next day we met with him. Even though we didn’t mutually agree and sign, Mr.Robson spent almost 2 hours with us and provided valuable advice to help us with the case. This tells me a lot about him as a person and how helpful he would be if we were to sign with him. I 100% recommend him to everybody.

My daughter hired Ritgers & Ritgers in 2019 because she was denied Social Security Disability due to health reasons. Her lawyer, Mr Eric Allen worked on her case for 6 years. After denials, appeals and court appearances she finally received a fully favorable decision in 2023. However, she still was not receiving her monthly benefits. He continued to work on her case by filing motions and appearances at the Social Security Office. Finally, his hard work and dedication has paid off.
I am so very thankful for Ritgers & Ritgers and especially for Mr Eric Allen who did not give up on her case. I cannot thank him enough.
If you have a denial of Social Security I would 1000% recommend him and his firm.

I reached out to the Dr. Lawyer Law Group seven months after being injured in a car accident. My injuries weren't severe, so didn't call an attorney right away. Like many others, I thought that since the accident was the other driver's fault that his insurance would do the right thing to make me whole. I was wrong.
After the insurance company low-balled their offer (and tried to assign partial blame to me), I knew I had to get help. Dr. Shah and Dan Hollnagel worked to get me far more than what the insurance company originally offered. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner.

We thought we had a very easy straight forward case based on how my wife's nerve injury occurred, but after consulting with over 15 attorneys I realized that was not reality, and most if not all the attorneys I talked with did not understand our case and they were more concerned with what they thought the case was valued at based on the injury. Thankfully we did not settle until we found the right attorney which was Dr. Shah. After our initial consultation I knew right away that he was the right attorney for our case. My wife's nerve injury was caused by a needle stick, and it had developed into CRPS, and most attorneys did not understand that condition, however with Dr. Shah having a medical background he understood completely what we were dealing with which gave us a lot of confidence that he was the right person for the case. During the process Dr. Shah kept us informed every step of the way, he was always available if we had questions, and we always felt Dr. Shah had our best interest in mind. But Dr. Shah really shined when it came down to the negotiation of our settlement. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and hard work on our case. I don't believe you will find another attorney who is more knowledgeable in medical malpractice. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone who is looking to hire a medical malpractice attorney.

I hired Mark to represent my son who was arrested on what I believed shouldn't have even happened that involved someone that we've known for 20 plus years. Mark reviewed all the information I provided to him as well as the info that he got on his own. We all agreed my son did say somethings out of anger/hurt but this arrest was not necessary, it was a petty move on the plaintiffs part. At court Mark stood his ground and did not accept anything less than what was best for my son the state's attorney wanted something that would not have benefited anybody other than the plaintiff and Mark said no that's not happening I was very impressed with him and his services. He was very kick to respond to emails, calls and texts too. I would highly recommend him not only as a defense lawyer from the reviews I've read he's also very good at malpractice so if you need a lawyer that's definitely going to have your back I would definitely call Mark Sutter

I contacted the law firm of Springer-Lyle with regards to a traffic accident in which my husband was not at fault and was injured. In my initial call, I gave all the pertinent information. Frank Lyle then called me and was very helpful, giving suggestions and reassurance as to how to handle both the property damage issue as well as personal injury. We concluded that unless something unforeseen comes up, my husband's injuries do not appear to be serious, we should negotiate the settlement ourselves. 5++++++ STARS!!!! I sent a random text message at 5:30am four years ago to Stewart Law Firm since I knew it was too early to call. I just googled Rock Hill Attorneys. I’ve never had to use an attorney for a car accident. I had a response and a phone call from Stewart himself within 15 minutes. I was in shock.

My oldest brother was involved in a fatal car accident. He died intestate, and as Administrator in probate for him, I chose to seek legal representation for his death in the car crash. My brother was hit in the of his truck on duty. The defendant and the cop in charge of reporting the crime to the court have tried to intimidate and blame my brother to be at fault of the incident. We asked for Mr. Yeargan’s help and he fully represented my brother and won the case. My brother was not found guilty in anyways.

I can't recommend this attorney enough! Unlike other firms that asked for 40% of my total settlement, he structured his fees based on my case's potential, only taking 45% of anything above a certain amount. Attorney Pingle is not greedy like other law firms, and he settled my case in just a months. He didn't over-complicate things or pressure me, just asked a few key questions and got right to work. We can't say enough good things about Knapp and Roberts. Craig represented my brothers and me against a big insurance company and negotiated a very favorable settlement. The insurance company lawyer was really tough, but Craig was able to keep the discussions on the most relevant considerations in spite of all the opposition's maneuvering.

Craig was one of many lawyers I interviewed for the wrongful death lawsuit of a family member at an Assisted Living Facility. From the first time we spoke, he was compassionate, kind and up front about the type of settlement he thought we could receive. Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

We hired Lauren after a fall that resulted in a broken leg for my daughter (who played soccer in school) and surgery to repair it. While this was a stressful time for us Lauren was compassionate and thorough every step of the way. She asked the right questions and even went to take pictures of the scene herself. She kept us up to speed every step of the way and called and visited to check in on us and our daughter. Dealing with insurance companies is not pleasant and she fought for us. She wouldn’t take their offers that barely covered the medical bills and wasn’t afraid to go after them. Lauren got us a proper settlement and we couldn’t have been happier.

I had a consultation with George and let me tell you, my gut told me to hire him in that moment. If it wasn't for distance, George would have been my lawyer, although he couldn't take the case George wanted what was best for me as he even went out of his way to recommend other lawyers who could help win my case and if those contacts did not wrong, he had no problem to go out of his way to find more alternative.
