John Wesley is a great lawyer. He is very honest and knowledgeable of the cases that he represents. I was in a terrible car accident in which I got injured not just physically but emotionally. I wanted to know details of what really happened and he showed me compassion and kept me informed of the case. Always answered my calls or questions that I may had about the case. I met Tony almost 8 years ago when I hired him to do some legal work for me. Through the years I've found him to be a great lawyer, and a good man. That last part is important to me. He is well connected to his family, and to his community. He is not a billboard and late night infomercial huckster, that is for sure. In my industry I've met hundreds of attorneys of all types. Tony was the one I chose to represent me with my own case. Being in the personal injury/insurance industry I had my choice of people to use. I selected Tony not only because of the respect I had for him, but the respect the legal community, the judiciary, and most importantly the insurance industry has for him. He is a straight shooter and will call it as he sees it, even if he disagrees with you. He is not a game player, but is firm his in posture and position on cases. Working with someone in the industry is sometimes more difficult, and he did his best to talk me off the ledge a few times. My case was eventually brought to a great resolution, in no short order because of my attorney. I've not been a "client" of Tony's in two capacities, and I have nothing but good things to say. I've also referred my friends and family to him for criminal cases, real estate transactions, and most recently an case involving a young child. Pass right by the phone book, billboard, and television hucksters and know that your case will be handled in the best way possible, NOT just for a quick buck.

Mr. Black has provided a variety of legal services to my family and me over the last several years. I initially contacted him for advice relating to certain of my business matters, but more sought his services regarding a personal injury accident in which my daughter was involved. She was struck by a negligent driver while she was riding her bike on a city sidewalk. She sustained multiple serious injuries and required extensive hospital treatment and medical follow-up. I was fortunate enough to have Mr Huegli as my attorney during my DUI case. My case was difficult to prove because the police officer was not completly honest in his investigation and actually violated the law in order to charge me with a DUI. Mr. Huegli analyzed the events, the investigation and police reports and was able to determine what actually occurred. He then put a strategy together to prove this in court. I was most impressed with Mr Huegli's litigation and delivery during the trial. In the courtroom he was able to examine and cross-examine so that the jury could understand what actually happened. It was obvious that the police officer was not being entirely honest as Mr. Huegli cross-examined him on the witness stand. The jury deliberated for less than an hour and I was found "not guilty." I would highly recommend Mr. Huegli for legal representation.

I won't get into too many details about my personal case, however I can tell you that Todd knows the law inside and out. The D.A. tried to bring in a bunch of evidence that would have really killed me and Todd knew exactly how to handle it all. He did an awesome job keeping stuff out of the trial and in the end I was WAY better off having Todd on my side.
If you are looking for a criminal defense or DUI attorney, look no further. Todd is really nice, explains everything to you, and then is a machine in the court room.

I'm from CA, but had a little too much to drink while in Portland, OR and got a DUI. Todd defended me and did an awesome job. Todd did a great job keeping the DA honest and making sure they could only bring in evidence that was relevant. The details of my case were very involved and Todd did a great job making sure the inadmissible stuff stayed out of the trial. Overall, I couldn't recommend Todd more. He is a very nice guy, easy to work with, and understands the law very well.

David Colleran represent us in a medical malpractice case. He did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and professional in all of our dealings with him. Mr. Colleran kept us informed during the trial and proceedings. I don't think we couold have had a better attorney. We would highly recommend Mr. Colleran. We were assigned a rather "old school" judge who limited how evidence could be presented. Mr Colleran did the extra work to make sure the jusry understood our circumstances.

I know to most that hiring an Attorney is a crap shoot , with loads of legal uncertainty concerns & questions, I was one of those people until I was introduced to Mr. Weiss and his professional concerned staff. During my Legal relationship with the firm I had numerous calls to them about my case which were returned within or less than 24hrs. My wife and I were always kept up to date with our case through e-mails,USPS and phone calls.
When I first met the soft spoken knowledgeable Mr. Weiss I felt he was sort of an easy going guy during our meetings in his office, but when it was time to face the defendent he was extraordinary,fully prepared and took no prisoners. Working with his legal team in court was also very impressive with there timely exchanges of documents and materials. One thing that was very important to me was the well being of my wife in court in front of a jury on the stand, Mr. Weiss and his team prepared my timid wife fully were she was confident, comfortable and relaxed at all times when asked to take the stand.
To conclude my review of Michael Weiss and his firm I would like to say I felt we had a friendship during our case and my wife and I just didn't fell at anytime that we were just another client. My wife and I also received 5 times more than we expected in our settlement.

I had one of the worst misdiagnosis which left me physically impaired for the rest of my life. I knew that I was done wrong by the Emergency Room I visited after they released me and I woke up the next day paralized. I had contacted Michael Weiss, who I had never spoken to before. I had left a message of what basically happened and to my surprise, he had personally called my back that same day while he was on vacation. I had liked his professionalism on the telephone way better than the other attorneys I had also spoken to. All I can say is that it was one of the BEST decisions I had ever made. He is well known in the industry, has kept me informed the entire time, is allways professional and has made a horrible situation for me be more bareable. Ms. Mahoney was assigned as my representative and advisor by a third-party to a workplace discrimination case that I brought against a college where I was employed as an adjunct professor. Immediately once we met it was evident that Ms. Mahoney held great integrity in her work. Being hurt severely in an automobile accident where I was hit very hard from behind impacted my life more than I ever would have thought. Mr. Petri handled a personal injury case for me several years ago. His investigators gathered the relevant evidence within hours after the accident. He fought like a tiger for me, and the insurance company settled shortly after he presented the evidence. Vern and his team did a super job.. I could not have been more satisfied.
On another occasion I consulted with him involving a matter related to an estate. He solved my problem quickly, and a his fee was more than reasonable for his professional advice.
I also worked for Mr. Petri as an expert witness with respect to economic damages from 1975 to 2005. I can testify that he is one of the best advocates a plaintiff can hire. He will take high risk cases that most other attorneys would not consider taking. By using the investigative skills he developed in the U.S. Army Intelligence Service, I have seen him uncover evidence that resulted in very large settlements and verdicts for his clients. I worked for Mr. Petri on two of those high risk cases that I believe no attorney in America could have done better for his clients. We Can not explain how blessed we are to have found Mr Petri ! My husband has sustained a lifelong injury due to malpractice.
