We were in a very challenging spot, taking care of our nephew with major behavioral problems as legal guardians. Doctors advised us to call the state to put our nephew into the state conservatorship so additional facilities would be available to us. When we call, CPS threatened us with legal action, tried to intimidate, and were the opposite of helpful. Greg came through for us in a big way, when we needed it most. He calmed us about how CPS tries to intimidate guardians, advised us on how to prepare for court, and represented us. He was fantastic.

I had previously hired another attorney back in 2016, but due to the uncooperativeness of the other party's attorney and my attorney's own personal demons, my case was dragged out for two years with zero progress. Then, I met Spencer back in April 2018. I explained to him the backstory of my case as it currently stood. My case was not an overly complicated case at all, as I was simply being denied my access for visitation. He made no promises, but did tell me that I did have good merit for a modification of the parent-child relationship, which is what I believed to be the case prior to meeting with him. If I'm not mistaken, the final trial in my case had been reset a total of 4 times over the course of my case before we officially had trial. After all these years, dating back from 2014 - 2022 (8 years), my case was so loaded with evidence, it was actually planned to have trial over the course of 2 days. Luckily, we were able to finish trial in 1 single day. While Spencer does represent both mothers and fathers, Spencer has a real passion for representing fathers and is an advocate for fathers' equal rights, this is one of the reasons I was drawn to hire Spencer. I knew that I did not make a mistake when choosing who I wanted in my corner. For those that think that simply having an attorney is the be-all and end-all, you couldn't be more wrong. You should be on top of your case just as much as your attorney is. Your case is as good as you make it out to be, an attorney can only do so much. I went to trial thinking that my case could go one of two ways. I figured in the best case scenario, I would be awarded 50/50 custody, worst case scenario, nothing would change (which is what is typically expected in the District Court I was in since the judge is traditional and old fashioned - which means "pro-mom"). To my surprise, the judge awarded me primary custody with everything additional that I asked for in my pleadings (effective 04/11/2022). Spencer is a fantastic attorney who actually gets the job done and takes pride in his work! There are many attorneys that practice Family Law, but in my opinion, I wouldn't consider most of them to be good "trial attorneys", whereas Spencer knows all of the ins-and-outs of trial, he knows what evidence should be presented and when, he knows exactly when to make an objection, and he can be extremely persuasive to not only the judge but the opposing party. I never had any issues with communicating with him or his office. I could not have asked for better representation! I know exactly who I will refer people to when a Family Law attorney is needed! Spencer handled a divorce for me. I was so impressed with the meticulous and determined manner in which he handled the case. The prior lawyer quit on us and didn't respond. Spencer stepped in and pushed the case forward and obtained an incredible result. Spencer fights for his clients until the end, then he fights some more. I cannot speak any higher of Jeff Branch. He handled my unfortunate divorce for me and made it a smooth, way less stressed ordeal. I had originally hired a different attorney who did what most lawyers do, promise to help you, get your money, then put you on the back burner. After my wife's attorney walked on my attorney a few times with no fight I called and met with Mr. Branch. Let me just say, the tides turned quickly to a point where everything smoothed out and stayed fair. One of the most brutally honest people I know, Jeff always told me the truth and shot me straight. Right from the start with my case, he told me "no one will walk away with everything, but I promise you'll both walk away with what you can live with". He was so right, our divorce was fair and neither side felt cheated. The one thing I will say is Jeff Branch commands respect with his knowledge of the law and his winning attitude. From the moment he took over my case, it was like I had hired a Pit Bull to represent me. He watched over my case with great attention, communicated with me at every step, and literally changed the balance of the divorce from my wife and her attorney taking anything and everything they could to them doing more agreeing to Jeff's terms and submitting to what he told them they could have. His courtroom presence is very professional but very intimidating at the same time, with an air about himself as someone not to be pushed around. My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. My recommendation for anyone using her is to calm down and let her handle things it will take so much of the stress out, you know you hired the best, trust that decision. Ms. Speyer helped me so much and I appreciate her and would and will be recommending her to anyone going through a similar situation.

As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. Debra was invaluable to me, working closely to complete the inheritance tax requirements, determine the disbursement of funds to their heirs and nursing me along to submit the required documents needed for closeout.

I met with Jennifer after my disappointment with my two year experience with another attorney. I hired Heidi last minute a week before my trial. I had a previous attorney and she was not a good fit. I was recommend Heidi through a women’s event. She worked fast for my case and last minute. Bert was very knowledgeable and help me thru this and appreciate his professional service to me.
I like the on the line system- modern technology is so amazing. I never had to drive to his office (like my ex-wife did- traveled 45 minutes each way to talk with her lawyer) to get access to him but did everything thru on line and telephone. Set up an appointment time slot on his schedule that he has available and then he calls you back at that time. Be organized and write down your content you want to cover as the time flies by quickly.
He was 4 times cheaper than the first lawyer I had a consultation with to see if I was going to hired her her

First we are owners of the Convent of the Holy Nativity In Fond Du Lac Wisconsin. To Note we won the Appeal, Kimberly Penix a Very Nice woman helped us win our Appeal.
We unfortunatley we not treat right, or fair, But held onto faith in God and trying to do the right Thing. Kimberly and her Council with Our Attorney Dan Kaminsky helped us sooo much. Her knowledge of the law was impressive and she impressed the The Judges and through logic we succeeded but with her help being blessed by God.
And Saved a Historic Property The Convent.., At least we were able to breathe with the help she gave and didn't have to worry over the premature razing of the property.
What could be worst then having to face that awful fact. I feel like she was a real blessing to us. we were tired, exhausted and belittled by unjust prosecution and assumptions bad basically. We should have been working together, our side was but communication was awry... and against us.. leaving us dejected and feeling discriminated against in so many ways.... unreal. We were in essence being bullied.
Long Story short She helped us, and you know i believe God will give her the power to help you and whom ever comes in here path... she's that good, She explained and walked us paitently through the process.

Does the word lawyer conjure up visions of a suit standing on top of something tall screaming at you? Lawyers who bill at $400+/hr even if a paralegal does most of the work? Thank goodness none of them bothered to return my call.
Recently I had to go through the legal eviction process for the first time. Being naive cost me time, stress, and my tenant turned out to be quite cunning.
Kent Ninomiya not only took my call, he offered free and sound advice prior to my retaining him. He returned calls/texts/emails promptly, won my case, saved me money, billed very fairly, and I would not of made it through the process without his legal and kind support.

Lindsey was fantastic. I started out trying to do the whole agreement myself and she gave me tons of guidance before I even decided to hire her. From the moment I reached out to Bliss Law Group, I felt genuinely cared for in all my interactions. Whether it was the legal intake team, Attorney Rogers Paralegal Ashley and of course Attorney Rogers herself, I continually felt supported.
She is caring but Attorney Rogers is also a highly skilled attorney. The commissioner in my hearing even stated as much.
My initial consultation with her was very thorough and she laid out a plan from the get-go. I could tell she would be well prepared if I ended up with her as my counsel. I didn't realize how fortunate I was to find her at the time. Over the course of the next month, as she was helping me fight a DVPO brought against me, she was responsive, always answered any questions I had in a timely matter and helped guide me through the process. This was the first time in my life I had had to hire a lawyer and I am so grateful it was her.
The DVPO ended up getting dismissed in full. On top of that, because my declaration, supporting documents and Attorrney Rogers arguments at the hearing were so well done, the commissioner was able to see through the lies and was even able to recognize how my SO was using manipulative and coercive techniques as part of his case.

When it comes to family law, having a competent, understanding, and well-respected attorney is a must. After much research, we decided to trust Jon Mason with our move-away case. After explaining our situation during a phone consultation, he was honest with us about the challenges we might face and gave us a good idea of what we could expect. Throughout the whole process, he made himself available for phone calls, responded promptly to our emails, and was diligent in writing and filing paperwork for our case. After submitting declarations and enduring a 730 child evaluation (ruling in our favor), we were able to reach a settlement allowing us to move out of state with our son. We can’t put into words how grateful we are for Mr. Mason and all the hard work he put in to winning our case. I have never needed a lawyer to represent me in the past, so this was my first experience. I bet that, along with fictional depictions of lawyers, a person's first experience with a lawyer probably colors how they generally think of them. If I am correct in that idea, then my idea of lawyers is that they are awesome.
Levity aside, Ashlee and her firm (to include Sue, the paralegal) are fantastic. I was going through a divorce that was initially civil and was going to be a joint petition but my ex kept delaying for months. Eventually I had to hire an attorney and from day one Ashlee was attentive in understanding the particulars of my circumstances, my ideal outcome, and explaining to me what I could expect.
I am the type who researches and ask questions. Ashlee was always available via their client portal and, once she realized my personality was to know the details, she provided explanations of everything happening along the way.
I ended with a settlement that was in line with what I wanted. 100% without hesitation recommend.

We had a relatively complex estate issue surrounding a living trust and it was clear to see that we needed urgent help. My sister and I worked with Robin Gorenberg on our respective wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care proxies. Robin was extremely helpful and happy to assist with our multiple questions. My brother passed away 2 1/2 years ago. He had a Will and a Personal Representative to oversee the distribution of his estate. Upon his passing his PR suddenly lawyered up and cut all communications with myself and younger brother we are both heir’s as is the PR. The environment got very hostile, I could never get straight answers from the PR or her attorneys. So I decided to see if I could get some legal advise. I found a web site which offered free legal assistance, I submitted the questions I needed answered and waited for a reply… Robert Murillo answered my questions this guy is restored my faith in the legal profession . He listened to me and then told me what my options were, I was impressed and hired him that was around the end of January 2024 it’s now 2/25/2024 and I will be receiving my inheritance possibly as soon as next week!
