We are so pleased with Desert Law Group. We brought our four (4) Trust to Desert Law Group to review and help us update and simplify them. We first met with one of the lawyers (Joe) who was very knowledgeable and more importantly, easy to talk to and ask questions about our trusts. Later Kimberly came in and explained the Trusts distributions and the differences between revocable and non- revocable Trusts. We have both. We revised two Trust and left the other two Trust as they were. Office Staff is great! Very professional, willing to help where they can, and always greeted us at the door with a smile and a friendly hello. We recommend Desert Law Group.

We initially met with Lawyer Joe Capobianco and he was very personable, professional and he explained everything in simple terms in regard to putting together a Trust and Will and the huge advantages in doing so (and the headaches and huge costs in not doing so). We answered lots of questions initially and then got back to him a few weeks later with more specifics. The documents were prepared in a timely manner. We then met with Nathan Martinez who took us page by page through the documents so we could sign them (and they were highly organized in a leather binder)…and he explained everything and answered all our questions. Very impressed and we definitely highly recommend the Desert Law Group!

My wife and I were very pleased with the service that Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah gave us during the preparation of our living trust. They have an organized process for trust preparation, which was helpful to us in gathering the required information for the document. Kevin walked us through each of the major decisions we would need to make, and was good about giving explanations of the pros/cons of the various alternatives. The final trust package was thorough and Hannah took time to explain each of the main sections to us. Overall, Kevin and his team were very professional and enjoyable to work with.

My wife and I met with Anne Rosenthal twice to prepare a new estate trust. Our first visit was to organize the new estate trust. She was efficient and very helpful with details on creating a special section for our grandchild. The documents were created and sent over for review. They included everything we had requested. The second meeting was to sign the documents and, again, Anne Rosenthal was efficient and in about 30 minutes and job was done. About a week later we had a binder with the estate trust. From beginning to end the whole process took about three weeks to complete.

I have two daughters and was very concerned about setting up a trust that would take care of them should something unspeakable happen to my husband or me. My wife and I had been looking for someone to redo our estate plan for far too long.
After a considerable search for the right attorney, we found Sona Tatiyants. Sona is a smart, engaging person and a very capable attorney.
Once you’ve met her and her staff, the reasons for the consistency of positive reviews for Sona is apparent. My wife and I echo every positive review.
It was simple to arrange a free consultation with Sona, who took all the time necessary to listen to what we wanted to accomplish, and then explain a plan to accomplish our goals. It was an easy decision to engage her as our estate attorney.
The process went smoothly. Meetings were always timely. There was always time to allow for questions and discussion. Email was returned within a few hours.
Telephone follow-up, when needed, was, again, easily scheduled and always prompt.

We are fully satisfied with the process and outcome of our estate planning with Paul. We chose him based on his expertise in trusts and estates law. You do not want a part-timer whose practice is mostly in criminal defense or real estate for your estate planning. From start to finish this took us less than a month for a process of moderate complexity.. Most of this was done remotely, by Zoom and phone. Paul is available and communicative. I met with Tom about an existing revocable trust that I needed to update. He listened to what I what wanted to change and and asked questions about the reasons I wanted to update it and why I was making changes. He made suggestions about how to improve the trust and to make sure I understood things that have changed legally since the trust was originally set up. He was easy to work with. This year I finally prioritized planning my estate and that of my parents. I sought out Pablo Palomino because he is bilingual and because of his volunteer work. I wanted to support someone who supports our community. I anticipated the process to be daunting but Pablo, and his highly skilled team, did a great job of painlessly walking me through a comprehensive plan, proactively researching and correcting some abnormalities on my property title, and delivering a full package including a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, health directive and more. We brought in my parents the following week and Pablo and team made them feel very welcome and they left feeling a great sense of relief that their house was now in order.
I recommend Pablo and his Legacy team for their customer service, competency and final product. Their price was fair, their offices are right off the freeway with plenty of parking. Come as you are.

We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.

I want to thank this office, and especially Arcelia. I filed my DACA in February 2017, my work permit expired in July. I never got my work permit, Arcelia did tons of service request they would always email me back to tell me I would hearing from them in 15 days never did. Went and got a copy of my money order and Immigration cashed it on March 3, 2017. After arguing for a couple of months and showing the proof. I got my receipt in August 5, 2017, took my fingerprints and finally after my Attorney's office calling immigration and doing a total of 16 Service request I got Card last week. I was really frustrated and upset but one thing I can say is that every time I called Arcelia she would answer my call, and if she was busy she would tell me I will call you back and she did even if it was at 7 or 8 at night. Hello everyone, all thanks to PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST long story short, a divorce during covid really hampered my credit. I went from the mid-700s to the 500s. I’ve been trying to work hard to get it built back up and have recently got as high as 660 on some bureaus. I recently sent dispute letters for a few items and two of them caused my score for Equifax to drop significantly. It was so disheartening. My first dispute was with Ally Financial. Last year, I had a lot of building up in one month, so I requested a payment extension for them for that month. They agreed to give me one so long as I would pay an extension fee by a due date that they’ve given. I absolutely did that right away and paid what they asked of me. However, by the time everything got processed, it was considered a late payment for that month, which is what I was trying NOT to do. I’ve called their customer service, and they said there’s nothing they could do to remove it because that would be reporting an inaccurate credit report. I tried to dispute it with a letter and once they received it and investigated it, my score dropped 19 points from them. I also had issues with Discover bank. I had a charge off that occurred in 2021. My credit reports have always shown a past due balance, even though it’s charge off, and stupidly I listen to a lot of internet videos, saying that you could dispute past due balance on charge offs because they are not accurate. When I did that, I got an update on my Equifax saying that the scriptures were added to my Discover account and it showed my score dropping 39 points. I didn’t understand or know how I could go about fixing my credit. I read about PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST on QUORA and CK and informed me, I contacted them after reading some testimonies about them, they raised my credit score to 802 and deleted all negative items on my credit report within 6 days.
