I came into Nicole's office with not much time. I spoke with a few lawyers in the area and was not liking my options. I had an order of protection coming before the Judge in just a few days. She listened to my whole story. Came up with what I thought was a good plan. Every other person I spoke to wanted to fight against the claim, which I think would have caused more back and forth and more court time. We agreed on a plan of action. I was happy with the outcome. I then needed to retain her services for a divorce. I liked the way she presented my options. Told me when she thought i was making a good or bad decision, and backed me up on what path I wanted to take. I really appreciated her thought process and experience. Attorney Yona Gregory was appointed as financial conservator of my step mother. Given the circumstances of my step mothers situation it is my opinion it would be a difficult case for any attorney. Not only did Yona maintain my step mothers best interests at all times she was always very professional, courteous and kind. With that being said I also retained Yona to handle my step mothers estate upon her passing. She continues to have a very dedicated work ethic. I was impressed by his services. He took time to explain legal terminology and methods employed in our case using speech that gave us clarity and understanding. His listening ear is one of his many hallmarks.
Mr. Cumming took great care to manifest the road ahead of us and the direction and delays which might confront our course. The case against us was cruel and overwhelming, and stretched over many years. We received first class treatment, always professional and courteous. We also sensed compassion and empathy in just the right amounts. During the long route, Mr. Cumming, in his tireless approach, showed himself to be a strong defender, encouraging us along the way as our case took some turns. I was approached by my primary multi billion $ supplier to purchase my company. I was sure I could negotiate the deal myself and use a local Minnesota attorney for the details. After my first phone conversation I realized I was hopelessly out of my league. I was put in contact with a consultant I had worked with previously and he suggested I include Bill Cumming of Cumming and Associates as my attorney. What a home run that turned out to be. My stress level initially was off the charts when I saw the scope of the due diligence required to close the sale. Obviously, Bill handled the legal portions. He proactively told me not to be overly concerned about my legal record keeping because he knew most small business owners didn't have time to keep track of all the details and he could help me with that. The peace of mind that gave me was tremendously comforting. Bill didn't make me feel embarrassed that I didn't always do a good job keeping my corporate minutes up to date while trying to run my company. The finished due diligence product he delivered was well received by the purchaser even though Bill pushed back on some of their proposals. I struggle with legalese and was pleased with the attention to detail Bill paid, to my benefit.
All in all, what would have been one of the most difficult experiences of my business life turned out to be remarkably smooth thanks to Bill's efficiency, demeanor and sense of humor.

I contacted Mr Champagne, concerning my immigrational issues. I needed a waiver from all the vaccines including covid19 . These were requirements for my green card application. I was told by three receptionist in different immigration clinics i called that , there was no way i could get a green card without getting vaccinated. He did the waiver together with my other documents and posted them on September 23 . I received my green card just three weeks after that. He is very outstanding. I strongly recommend him to everyone who need a professional experience with a touch of class.

I was living in California, and I found Stacey Wolfe via a Google search. To my surprise, she answered the call herself. I'd been led to believe I would need an attorney's services to get out of a purchase agreement I had signed for a mobile home in New Jersey (where I'm originally from). Well, within a few minutes my problem was solved. Turns out all I had to do was to write a short email, and Stacey told me exactly what to write. With just a few freely-given words, she had saved me a lot of time and money. And she didn't even know who I was yet! The informal conversation gravitated to the area in New Jersey I was then considering moving to, and Stacey freely shared enough information with me about that specific area to help me realize I would not be happy living there. Again, Stacey had saved me a lot of time and money. She saved me from making a major life mistake. And I wasn’t even a client or “on the clock” yet! We hired Ms. Wolfe after a referral from a friend to handle the legal work surrounding the sale and purchase of a home. Throughout the process Stacey was always at least two steps ahead of the other attorney's and real estate sales staff. Every step was handle efficiently with clearly explanation of the reason and corresponding next step. She was always available by phone and email, needed transactions were handled simply and cleanly with electronic signatures whenever possible. Mr. Lazaro and his assistant Lori Gray are the best. When I first consulted with them I was nervous and scared, they are both kind and compassionate and put me at ease. Mr. Lazarow resolved an over $100,000 tax debt for me. I never had to interact with the IRS. I now have to pay the IRS only a little over $2000. His fees are reasonable, fair and manageable. I would highly recommend this team to anyone having any tax issues!

We used S. Lazarow for some IRS debt. The whole process is a lengthy one but we were kept in the loop the entire time. Lori his go to person was very easy to work with and made the process easier. IRS debt is a stressfull situation and they were top notch at handling it and keeping us calm while going through it. If we ever need any services again, this will be the firm we use. They also helped us with a CPA recommendation that has worked out very well also.

Attorney Quintal did an amazing job handling our case. She made sure that we understood all of the information involved in our case and took the time to meet with us before each court date. She was is competent and has extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts court system. Attorney Quintal charged us a capped fee for her services at our first meeting. Our case turned out to be much more time consuming than anticipated but she did not raise her fee and refused to accept more money when our case was closed. 10 years ago i saw mr. mihuta in rensselaer county court and he was the only lawyer that argued with the judge for his client. other attorneys i witnessed agreeing with the da. Mr. Mituta wouldnt take anything less then the best for his client. i was impressed then and started to retain him. I have used lucas over the last 10 plus years for various criminal court proceedings, to surrogates and most recently my personal injury case which went to trial. During trial i was so impressed with his knowledge of medical that i asked him if he had a medical degree as well. he actually had the doctors re think what they were saying and his style had the jury do anything BUT fall asleep. even the judge said he was looking forward to lucas keeping him awake. he was so impressive with his closing arguments he had me crying and moved the jury to a favorable outcome. When I picked up my 3rd drinking and driving offense I knew I messed up. I reached out to a few different attorneys and determined Tom was the best fit for me and I wasn't wrong. Mr. Splain knew I messed up pretty big as well, but never made me feel worse than I already felt. Tom was able to get this DWI reduced to a DWAI with all the minimum sanctions. Tom's presence in the court room is second to no one and he is clearly very well connected with the players in the judicial system in the greater Rochester area. My biggest hurdle was the DMV hearing. Tom, was able to get the refusal dismissed. Which to my understanding, is like finding a needle in a haystack!
