I suffered a dog bite that could have ended much worse than it did and left me with a scar. I had no insurance at the time and ended up with costly ER bills. I contacted John as I had no idea how to handle this complicated situation on my own. From day one, John was empathetic and reassuring that he'd do his best to help find a proper resolution. My wife suffered a traumatic incident in which a neighbor's pit bull dog killed our dog while she was on a walk and pushing our 1 year old in a stroller. We later came to learn that the pit bull dog had attacked another family that same day causing serious injuries. It was truly a horrific time for us not knowing if or how we could ever recover from this event. With John's help, we were able to pursue and ultimately reach a settlement with the homeowner's insurance company for our loss and suffering. John also helped me get the word out to the community, joining me at a neighborhood meeting that was organized to address concerns with dog attacks in the area. John is a true professional. He knows the law and he understands the process by which matters such as ours are resolved. This was tremendously valuable to us. l had to ask a lawyer’s opinion in an emergency situation. I have called and left a message for 5 lawyers l found on the internet. The only person who called back was Bart Kaspero, - he talked to me twice on that first day and gave me advice immediately what l could do at that moment. In a couple of days he got back to me again and asked about the developments in my issue; and then gave me advice again. Mr Kaspero was very attentive and patient. Finally, we talked again couple of days later and Mr Kaspero gave me advice not to spend money on lawyers at this point n time. I was so very grateful to him and after all his work in the last week he actually did not ask for any payments. Mr Kaspero gave me back my faith in people in other professions, and that there are still quality people out there, even when life seems to be very unfair and upsetting. Thank you so very much! Wish people would behave like Bart Kaspero in every profession and the world would be a better place!

My experience with Marcellus Parker was certainly a positive outcome. He was very well spoken addressing all my concerns and very professional addressing the commissioner, keeping communication straight forward and on point. I also would like to note that the Administrative Assistant was also very kind, helpful, and professional as well. I had an amazing experience working with Jonah.
I had a small, but complex legal issue that resulted in a warrant being issued for time I had already served, and left the state for. Hi there i just filed my case with your office with someone’s reference. But i have worst experience for all time at the first visit they goes very polite but once you pay them the fees at starting. They do not answer the call if they do then they speak very rudely and they pretend like they don’t know anything every time they just ask for money they doesn’t care about customer situation some of new guys who just filed there cases they get into stress because of there bad behavior. I call them so many times my friend also filed his case at this office he also have the worst experience ever. Long time ago they have good hype but now the attendants are just letting there market value down of Mr. S Ouya he have to look after all of his front desk guys but they are doing and how they are treating with everyone because they show there attitude to the new people who are just filing there applications

I had a difficult employment case that was turned down by others because they thought there wasn't enough money in it to be worth it to them.
Barbara understood the case and took it for the merits and with the idea of righting a wrong for me.
There wasn't a big financial payout in the end but I was given the closure that I needed and after apologizing to her, she assured me that was her end goal for the entire case.
It was nice to see a personal and human touch applied to an industry where it can seem so cut throat and greedy.

Since the first day I was arrested, Ryan was there for me. He was always just a phonecall away, very attentive and caring. He is also very patient. Kim went above and beyond for me. I was fired unjustly, and we received a settlement. Kim was compassionate and wanted to help me due to her ethical and empathetic nature. Kim took my case, knowing that she may not be commpensated at all. She let me know she wanted to at least stand up to them. If we hadn't reached a settlement outside of court, then she wasn't going to charge me anything. I really am grateful for Kim being there for me. I would not go with them again. They continuously gave me false information about the tow yard, the other persons insurance, the amount I would be receiving and that was only when I reached out. Never got a call or email to notify me of what was going on. They did win my case but it was a easy win, it was 100% not may fault so. I think on top of the trauma and problems that the accident brought me, they just piled on. Also offered to mail my check faster if I gave a review.....

I had been been in car accident where the driver was under insured and I had to make claim against my uninsured motorist coverage.
