I was charged/framed for a serious crime, my family and I were at a loss as to how we would find a good lawyer. Everyone thought that I would go to prison. My family found Joshua B. Kutnick, and they hired him. Frankly, I was not certain that he would be able to win my case, yet I waited for the results. Prior to the trial date, he invested/worked as though he was a brother or father to me, within this cruel world I realized that humility still lives. On the day of trial, my nerves were wrecked. He went in and WOW! my case was dismissed, with no penalties. I was speechless, as was everyone else with the results. That was all due to the hard work and prowess of Joshua Kutnick, this honorable man has 18 years of experience under his belt. I normally don’t write lengthy reviews, however, I know that nobody’s absolutely perfect, everyone faces is accused once, if you’re charged, the most beneficial things you could have would be this lawyer. Thus, use him to your benefit. Do not assign a lawyer with a lack of background/experience who will only feed you empty promises, to get hold of your money, which will result in a bad outcome. Ms Aboushi was amazing! She worked hard for about 6 years on my son's case! Whatever she needed, I got and she would go straight to work. Even after the case was handled, she still gives advice when we need it and my kid is always on her mind! You get treated with so much respect and just knowing that someone is willing to go all out for you, especially when seeing justice! I would recommend her in a heart beat. It was always about what was best for my child, not for her. As long as we were happy, she would push through. I don't believe anyone would work harder than her. She took on my case after another firm had a hold on it for almost a year and did nothing. She on the other hand, took it and was off.

Insight Rocket is a small but growing software company. When we formed Insight Rocket I wanted to do better than the very general contract assistance I've received from attorneys in other businesses I've run. Dan's experience in the technology space has been an enormous benefit to us when negotiating with Fortune 500 companies. I called McGraw and Associates to discuss my case. I hurt my wrist falling down stairs at my apartment. The steps weren't to code and I needed to know if I could sue my landlord. I spoke with Ms. McGraw and told her about the accident. She was very nice and helpful and didn't charge me anything for the advice.

The attorneys at Sally Morin are excellent. While walking in a crosswalk with a "WALK" light flashing, my elderly mother was struck by a vehicle. My mother suffered a broken leg, along with other superficial injuries. After nearly 1.5 years of physical therapy, my mother is now able to walk reasonably normally, although much of the damage is permanent. We engaged Sally Morin's lawyers to handle the claim. The attorneys and staff have extensive experience handling pedestrian-vehicle injury claims. The entire staff, including attorneys and paralegals, are all very competent and professional. All my mother was tasked to do was to keep the attorneys apprised of her recovery (e.g., appointments, outcomes, tests, test results, etc.), keep track of payments for items purchased to promote her recovery and/or to allow her to live in a house with limited mobility (e.g., wheelchair rental, crutches, bathroom modifications, exercise bicycle, braces), and to provide relevant documents (e.g., receipts, insurance documents). When the dust finally settleed, we were able to obtain the maximum settlement amount, based on the policy limits of the driver. As an attorney myself, I wanted to make sure that my elderly mother was represented by attorneys who are experts in their fields, and who are thorough and detail-oriented. I found this in Sally Morin's attorneys. In particular, Annie Levitt Heller was excellent. She answered all of our questions and helped guide us through this unfamiliar process, to secure an excellent outcome for my family. Annie Heller is perfection! I was referred to Annie by an attorney in my office and knew from the moment I first spoke with her that she would be the right person for the job. I spoke with her many times prior to initiating litigation and each time she took a lot of time to explain the process. After litigation was initiated, she kept me apprised of everything that was going on with my case. I never had to ask for a status of my case because she always provided me with updates. My case settled during mediation. She worked very hard and the end result was much more than I had anticipated. She is passionate about her job, meticulous with her work product and gives her undivided attention to her clients. From the very beginning Matthew Clark made me comfortable with the unfortunate situation I was in and I knew I was in good hands. I have never been through a legal situation before and didn't know what to expect but Matt explained everything to me every step of the way. He was so kind and honest and respectful during a difficult time. I had been been in car accident where the driver was under insured and I had to make claim against my uninsured motorist coverage. My insurance company started jerking me around with unnecessary treatments and less than recommended treatments that were not helping me until my pip coverage ran out then tried to deny my claim all together. Well, let me start off by saying Mr Prestia is the best Lawyer I could have asked for, was recommended to him through a family member. As soon as I walked in for the consultation I knew he would be the perfect lawyer to take on my case. He knew and said from the beginning that it would be hard to prove my innocence knowing what they had against me but even with that information he told me he would fight till the end and that is exactly what he did. He did it all quickly too never had a single problem when going into the courtrooms and speaking with the DA he sorted everything out for me all I had to do was tell the DA what happened that day of the incident. We met with the DA once and that first time it didn't go so smoothly they were not going to give me a plea bargain, he told me to not worry and that he would speak with them to try to get me another meeting with them and he did that exactly, ended up speaking with them and ultimately we settled with a plea bargain. no criminal record only a violation. No lawyer I know would have tried to fight this that much and get me another meeting with the DA for a second time what was most likely going to happen was going to trial but Mr Prestia was set on not taking this to trial since it could go 50/50 in favor or not in favor of me. Thankfully in the end it all worked out and the charges were dropped after taking the plea bargain. No criminal record is what he wanted to achieve for me and that's exactly what we got. I really do recommend this lawyer to anyone who is in need of one, Mr Prestia is really understanding. If I ever need a lawyer in the future I'm definitely coming to him first.

That was my first experience before meeting with Mr. Prestia, as a young black latino from the projects looking to get justice from the NYPD. The task seemed impossible but the raw experience and passion Mr. Prestia has had for me and my case has put me in a place of gratitude, peace, and closure. When hiring Paul, understand that you are getting someone who is relentless in seeking you relief and resources for whatever nightmare you’re going through. Paul would answer any question at any time of the day/night, and would always check in at some point to update me about my case or my thoughts on certain matters pertaining to my case. He also took out the necessary time to reach out to journalists, in which he was able to tell my story to the world and get the right attention to my case so the right people can support me. Due to this, we were able stay on the same page throughout my case and get the results needed to truly say I was able to get a form of justice that has helped me move past some of my traumatic experiences and look forward to my life. Taylor and the rest of the team at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie were absolutely great to work with! They helped us with the sale of a business and lease negotiations. Throughout the process they listened to what we had to say and provided guidance on matters we were unfamiliar with. We always felt they represented our best interests and they never pushed us to accept terms from the other party we weren't comfortable with. Based upon experiences with more than two dozen attorneys over the past 45 years, I would rank this law firm among the best. I hired them for a criminal defense case after being falsely accused of a felony by the police. Before hiring this firm, there were six other firms that did not want to take the case because I wanted to file a civil lawsuit against the police. This firm was recommended by a lawyer from an estate planning law firm. My attorneys, (Richelle and Daniel), got the criminal charge dropped almost immediately, then proceeded to the civil complaint against the police, which is still active. They are straight shooters -- no hype or sugar coating. They responded promptly to emails and took time to explain things. The billing statement included no padding of the bill whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this firm without hesitation.

Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST came through for me, with all negative entries removed; charge offs, late payments wiped out including closed accounts all cleared from my report and my score is now 804. I got approved for a Capital one credit card with a $10,000 limit and have been pre-approved for another $30,000 limit. I hired Matt for an employment matter. At the initial consultation he laid out a realistic timeline and made sure I understood what to expect.
