I got the privilege to get my husband’s will made by Mr. Dillon. He was very professional and since we were in a time crunch, he accommodated us and made sure that everything was well taken care of. He went above and beyond since my husband was bed ridden and in and out of the hospital.

The idea of “Counselor at Law” is sometimes a forgotten or back burner concept when it comes to attorneys, with their role as legal advocates taking precedent in most people’s minds. However, from my very first experience with Mr. Harvell, I was quickly reminded of the notion of “Counselor at Law”. I reached out to him for emergency advice regarding my mother and he quickly returned my call and gave me excellent advice. He continued to assist me with regard to my mother throughout the remainder of her life, not only explaining the pertinent legal issues but also providing excellent guidance. Our experience with Lindsey as our estate planning attorney has been wonderful. We met her by accident, when we initially sought to hire another attorney in her firm. When that attorney was unavailable due to illness, we reviewed the credentials of all firm attorneys and selected Lindsey. After our initial consultation, we knew Lindsey was the attorney for us. I was referred to Lindsey by a co-worker after the death of my mother. I had never had to go through the process of dealing with the administration of an estate/trust of a loved one and from start to finish the process was made so less stressful with Lindsey's knowledge and expertise in the area. I paid a retainer for consultation and the drafting of a letter of reply to a not-for-profit organization that was attempting to collect on a claim of a twenty-year-old debt incurred in a European country. Mr. Sternberg took the full hour to listen to my situation and position on the matter, answered all my questions, and left me with a sense of confidence that he was experienced and capable of legally handling my matter. His assistant, Mr. Martz, drafted an eloquent and robust response, which the other party continued to dispute, and I have retained their firm for whatever come next.
I greatly appreciated their responsiveness; they were timely and set up the first consult within a few days of contacting them and the letter they drafted was sent out in a business week. I also felt that they listened to me and took the time to explain the matter to my satisfaction. They often caveated their statements, as many legal matters cannot be fully defined, it depends on a multitude of controllable and uncontrollable items, and they were diligent in ensuring that they understood what I could expect and what the most likely (but not guaranteed!) outcomes would be. Lastly, they took the time to reach out when this process was upsetting or making me nervous and ensured that we were progressing in a manner that was organized, coherent, and deliberate as opposed to making hasty, snap judgements.
I would unreservedly recommend Mr. Sternberg for anyone that has a civil matter involving real estate and international law.

Walt and his team are top notch! Walt and Laurel helped us 10 years ago to navigate the guardianship for our autistic son. This process is a very difficult and lengthy process. Years later he has been assisting us with a revocable living trust and a special needs trust to protect our assets. Walt is retired military as our family is as well. There are special circumstances that Walt knows how to navigate in regards to military benefits. He is highly knowledgeable and professional as well as very friendly. Walt likes to share his stories and puts a very stressful situation at ease. My parents and many of my friends have also worked with Walt. I highly recommend him for estate planning for your family. I can't get enough of Heather. My spouse and I went through the whole estate planning shebang with Heather, who made the process completely painless.
