My brother was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, he did not have insurance or a will. I needed legal help quickly but did not have an established relationship in the area as I’m from out of state. I found Joe online and was impressed with his reviews.
I emailed Joe 4:30 pm on a Thursday with my brothers situation including the need for urgency, Joe called me within a hour. I was not a wreck but wobbling, Joe’s beside manner was comforting as much as his quick response.
Joe was out of town at a conference but he procured the information he needed from me , consulted with our family attorney back home and unbelievably produced a will, living will, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate and Lady Bird Deed by 3:30 the next day.
Joe obviously bent over backwards while at the conference to pull this off for a complete stranger with a small chance of repeat business.
I enjoy attorney jokes as much as the next guy, but from now on I will always preface a joke with “I’m not talking about Joe here…” so Joe is my hero and I cannot tell you how much pressure he took off my plate trying to protect my brother and niece in a dire time if need.
Ine last testament, I have never written a review in my life , good or bad … maybe that tells the whole story !

Joe was hired to assist my family with probate and trust work after the unexpected death of my brother. It was complicated due to paperwork that had not been updated , a divorce, a special needs trust for my nephews that had been poorly written by a different attorney, questions of dollars owed to the estate etc etc. Joe organized the family members involved, arranged meetings and taught us the law and what to expect. He let us know what was needed from us and very patiently listened to our concerns. All emails were answered in a timely fashion and all work with the courts, banks and other attorneys involved was taken care of professionally and as expediently as possible. The probate process takes time but I always felt connected to where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Mr Percopo for legal work in his area of expertise.

Trust litigation is a very sensitive area of Law considering all that is at stake when you have decided that you need to seek legal council it can feel very overwhelming. Hackard Law handled my case with the utmost professionalism and compassion as if I was part of there family. Brian was patient and took the time to listen and understand my case. He always returned my calls and messages promptly. He never dismissed any questions I had or concerns. And if I brought up aspects of my case that were not completely relevant or that could possibly draw the matter out further, Brian didn’t automatically agree and I felt that at all times he genuinely had my best interests at heart and I respected him tremendously for that. This is how it should be when you hire an Attorney. Because they are working to fight for you and you should feel that at all times your Attorney has your back. I always felt that way with Brian and Hackard Law. Mr Mike Hackard had even taken time on his Saturday to call me personally and really get to know the aspects of our family. Hackard Law genuinely made me feel like my case mattered to them. Even during this pandemic there attention to detail and respect to your time was absolutely superb. I had contacted several firms before them and had calls unanswered, was told they weren’t accepting new clients, etc. I stumbled upon Mike Hackards Trust Litigation informational videos and ads online and I gave them a call. My call was returned that same day and I was really anxious because I didn’t have a lot of money and I knew they were in the more elite class of Law Firms. To my surprise they worked with me to negotiate my contract so that both parties benefited and there was no doubt I made the right choice. Brian resolved my case swiftly and even when the other party resorted to a couple slight insults Brian stayed professional at all times. That always tells me the true character of a person and a business. They will fight for you not because they just want to win but because they know it’s the right thing to do and they will stand firm on those beliefs. For anyone trying to decide if Hackard Law is the right choice and for the reviews that may have not had a winning case I can say with utmost confidence it would not have been for there lack of effort. Not all cases are cut and dry and you don’t always win in life. But considering all that is at stake when you have to make the hard choice to hire an Attorney to represent you in a matter that almost certainly will cause families to be torn apart, I would choose Hackard Law Firm every time to be on my side!

Brian Geremia represented me when my sister and brother sued me for our Aunt's estate. I was literally devastating when I was notified of the suit. I called the office (Hackard Law) along with several others. From the first phone call to the last this company took care of me. I could not have asked for better representation. Timothy helped us with a deed transfer after our mother passed away. It took us over a year to find an attorney that would help, mostly because most MA attorneys take endless vacations, and are not interested in dealing with smaller cases. We hired Mark to help my sister and I resolve an Estate issue. Our stepmom passed leaving us pretty much everything, however her live-in boyfriend had written documents and had her sign them which were to his advantage. I dont even know where to begin with reviewing Mr Shalhoub and his team. I have been seperated from my NOW ex husband since Feb of last year....after months of not acting on it i was finally served by my ex for the divorce. I than scrambled to find an attn. A friend referred me to another attn who will remain nameless, and will not go into much detail, but after being told "maybe you should get back with your ex husband and have him sign a post nuptial agreement" (my ex husband was trying to make me sell my house and give him half when he had no entiltment to it) I knew i had to take matters into my own hands and find someone else. I had a GOOD friend who is a retired police officer refer me to Mr Shalhoub. His team quickly got me in for a consulation and Mr Shalhoub was right on it fighting for my home. Promising me that i am safe. Within 30 days I WAS DIVORCED and my house was safe. There are no words to show my appreciation to Mr Shalhoub. I will be forever grateful for him making this a VERY easy process!!! Do not look any further when looking for a good family attorney.

Mr. Hamer was very professional. He gave me options on how to deal with my mother's estate. I was able to do a summary of distribution which was considerably less expensive. My divorce was a very difficult time and I was grateful that I was represented by Lawrence Behrmann. He prepared me for every step of the process and made sure he knew what my goals were and what was most important to me. He knew when to counsel and when to listen, and provided timely advice on a personal level in a manner above and beyond what he was paid to do. He was very available and there were many problems that I encountered after office hours that he was able to counsel me through in a timely manner. Rob represented me when a negligent driver ran a red light. I did not see it coming and there was nothing I could do to avoid the collision. The collision happened while I was on the job. Since the case happened while I was on the job we had to deal with the insurance company for workman’s comp and the insurance company who represented the negligent driver.
The process was very complicated and I was totally confused and frustrated after trying to deal with both insurance companies. It was clear that they were not there to help me. I hired the firm of Crary, Clark Domanico & Chuang and I was amazed how quickly they took control of my case, stood up to the insurance companies and got my case resolved. I trusted their advice and we were able to take all the available insurance coverage from the negligent driver and get me back to work. I was extremely satisfied with the representation I received and would highly recommend their firm for your personal injury claim.

I was walking in a neighborhood below my house when I was attacked by two German Shepard dogs. One bite me hard on my leg and broke the skin. I was dazed and in pain and called my husband who immediately came to pick me up. I called Animal Control and gave the officer all the required information. A few days later, I contacted Attorney, Rob Crary. He came highly recommended through mutual friends and associates. I was advised to seek legal action because these dogs attacked unprovoked and were loose.
My initial conversation with Attorney, Rob Crary and Tami, his assistant was very through and professional. I was informed in a timely manner and kept up to date as to the status of my case throughout the entire legal process. I found Rob Crary to be a very skilled, knowledgeable and effective attorney.
My claim was resolved to my satisfaction.

We hired Mr. Wehby to work on my uncle's probate, which was complicated by the absence of a Will. From the very beginning he display great attention to detail on our situation and took time explain our options and what would be required. Throughout the process, he kept us in the loop on the trajectory of the case and prepared numerous "extra" documents that went above and beyond the basic probate requirements in order to maximize our protection and what we could get from the estate. Our adoption case was not exactly the easiest. What started out as too good to be true, turned into just that. We set out to adopt a little girl 7 years old. We sought advice from Mr. Todd Gaudin as he was the premiere adoption lawyer in our area. Upon meeting Todd and his staff, we agreed to hire him and move forward. Todd is such a warm, delightful person.
As we got further into the adoption, and initial visits, it became very clear that this was not going to be a normal adoption.
At one point, I was asked to make a trip to Pennsylvania in order to move the adoption forward. Without any hesitation, Todd said he would go with me.
We hopped in the car, drove 17 hours and arrived at our destination only to find, the guardian had made some changes in the plan and decided to call off the adoption.
Todd and I stayed in Pennsylvania for several days, as we fought to reinstate the adoption.
It amazed me how selfless Todd was and is. He left his family in Louisiana to come with me to Pennsylvania so that I could build my family.
Todd exhausted every avenue he knew of in Pennsylvania, but in the end we were outgunned and outnumbered by out of state laws and judges. We were forced to go home without our little girl.
A month went by, and the guardian decided that she had made a mistake. She offered to us the little girl again. Of course we jumped right back into the adoption without question. And of course we went right back to working with Todd.
Honestly, I cant imagine an outcome other than what we got, had we ever used the services of anyone other than Todd Gaudin.
As we returned to Pennsylvania to get the little girl, we were informed of the many laws in place for the Protection of children called ICPC. We were informed by the Maryland State ICPC that we could return to Louisiana. Half way home, we were informed by the state police of Pennsylvania that they would like question us regarding kidnapping the child. The Guardian and Birth father had cooked up a story, and accused us of kidnapping her.
As you can imagine, Todd was the first person we called. Todd settled the matter very quickly, but we were asked to no longer continue our journey home to Louisiana. So, we were forced to stay with friends in Tennessee for 35 days.
During this time, Todd fought, clawed, and eventually won our little girl to us.
Through our experience, I witnessed so many sides of people that I never knew could really exist. Todd was like a spirit guide. Always showing us the way, and walking us through all trouble.
We owe our family to the heart of Todd. His never ending pursuit to do the right thing, and do it correctly is how we eventually won our little girl. Todd and his staff were delightful warriors. We never felt alone, or that we needed a different lawyer. Todd was it, and will always be it. He is family now, and a friend.
We thank God every night for Todd and his unwavering heart to get us our little girl.

The first time I spoke to Paul was in December 2016 about my divorce, after consulting with him. I hired Paul wolf to start my divorce process. it was a bit complicated because I live in the Netherlands but got married in New York.
