My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Maria explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Best Attorney you'll EVER FIND,FOR A MALPRACTICE CASE!! He couldn't have worked any harder for me than he did! I ended up with him, on a whim of a recommendation from a different attorney after I'd been passed down to some new Atty that just wanted to get it settled,done and over, wanting me to settle for $11k total with him getting 40% of that & so on! Mike took me on,took his time to do it right 👍🏻 & I will tell you this much,the case ended up settling for a ton MORE! I can't disclose that, but he's well worth it 🤩

He was quick and to the point. I was in a bad situation with a guardianship gone wrong. it took him about 3 months to get everything finalized. He saved my family alot of heartache and trouble. Maybe good at other law. Didnt see that with this criminal case. It was gonna a challenge but....$50,000 for taking the case and $27,000 for trial with just a 1/3 of the $27,000 returned after being convinced the Trial may not be the best route.
Chewing gum & rocking in his chair at sentencing. Barely spoke to the Judge, his assistant. Sam did his work for him.
( She needs her own practice, having her own legal firm would be successful.)
I don't understand the 4 stars either.
And yes....still got the 10yr sentence.
Hhhmmmm.
Don't believe all the hype. Do ur homework because you will be doing his work for him.
Don't sign anything his request without someone else reading it also. Clarity was a huge issue here.

I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable.
When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody.
It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable.
I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time.
I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

Barry went above and beyond in so many ways. As his client, I was expecting professionalism and efficiency - both of which he executed flawlessly. What I was not expecting was how well he not only managed my expectations of my case, but the extent to which he made me feel heard, believed in my innocence and how understanding he was of the mental health impact that my situation was having on me. He provided me with the perfect amount of urgency in getting on top of the matter while also providing a sense of calm to keep me level-headed. My case was immediately dismissed at pre-trial - all thanks to the level of attention to detail and the clarity in which he presented my case to the DA. September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

Navigating through the legal system can seem to be an overwhelming task. When my wife and I needed legal help we contacted Mr. Bugni for help. If it was possible to give Brian Walker more than 5 stars we would do so in a heartbeat. When looking for an attorney back in 2020, I had called more than 5 attorneys and each one saw our case as a money case. They wanted money before even going out and speaking to my significant other which was an important thing to us. When I had found out about Brian I called right away and his assistant patched me through to speak to Brian. Brian talked to me over the phone for over an hour talking about my significant others case and what he could see and understand just by glancing at it. The very next day he spoke to my significant other and got down to business. Brian called me right after letting me know how much the total would be to take on his case, I mentioned to him that I was doing this all on my own. He offered me an amount of retainer and the rest to be paid off in payments. When I had the retainer amount ready Brian was actually on a trip but took my significant others file with him just in case something came up & it surely did. That same week Brian came back and appeared in court as my significant others attorney. Brian has worked hard these last 4.5 years on our case. Despite our trial date being pushed out over and over again Brian had us ready either way. He was always ready to answer our questions no matter how big or small the question was. He’s a very sympathetic person when speaking to him outside a court room, but the moment he’s in the court room representing his client he is quick to dismiss any accusation and stand behind his client no matter their race, charges, or attitude. After 4.5 long years Brian has now given us our freedom from all of this. My significant other was told he was facing many years in prison & Brian got us out of this problem. My significant other is now my husband and father to our two beautiful girls & none of this would’ve happened if we didn’t have Brian fighting in our corner to reduce his bail & give us the opportunity to continue living our lives as normal as we could while the case was being worked on and Now that it’s all over we couldn’t be more grateful!
As much as we are thankful for Brian we are also thankful for his legal team. His assistant have always been so kind, thoughtful, and very cooperative with us. There was never a moment we felt like we were being dismissed by them, we always felt heard when expressing our questions and concerns. They see their clients more as just clients, but as a family. Many times when we would call they would ask about our family and how things were going in the pregnancy and our toddlers life.
With that being said, if you’re looking for someone to fight for you or your family member with such a passion and dedication Brian Walker Law Firm PC is the way to go! Be mindful Brian is a very busy attorney and can be a little hard to get to, but when he gets to you his mindset and priority are you in that moment. Where do I start? Andrea became my Attorney towards the end of my case and must I say those 7 to 8 months I never felt more relief or comfortable with my case than ever. She’s wonderful. She’s very patient with you. She’s very understandable her and her team are the best. I thought my life was over until she became my Attorney. I made the best choice I have ever made and if I could go back, I would have started with her from the beginning of my journey. I told her I wanted my story to be told, and I wanted the truth and she did exactly just that she came in and fought for me and told my story the correct way she made sure everybody heard my side. The days after my DUI left me hopeless and ashamed. The day I chose Mr. Cauble changed that. While being totally professional and knowledgeable, he understood my situation and provided me hope and reassurance. The current pandemic made the logistics difficult but that did not deter Mr. Cauble & his Firm from keeping me informed of the progress of my case and where things stood with the prosecutor. I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!
MY GOD IS SOOOO GOOD!!!
Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler. It's his way of showing me that he's always with me. Almost the list of attorneys I called (up to 10), God hand picked Tyler for me to show me he is in control and he loves me, and would never leave me nor forsake me. LORD I THANK YOU!!!
