While, I was never the most compliant client. Patrick was always professional, realistic on his advice and strategy and always gave you a level of re-assurance. He made time and gave me his personal cell phone number despite his schedule and honestly got me a result that has me believe, there truly was someone looking out for me. Both counties were far from where Mr. Barrone practiced, however he was still able to get my Bay County case completely dismissed. Yes, you heard that right and get me a non-moving violation for my Tuscola county case instead of OWI.

Faced with a multiple count complaint, I was looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. That, plus my poor health, just about guaranteed I might never see the light of day again. My first impressions of Mr Barone were of confidence, compassion and experience. In short order, Mr Barone had prepared a defensive battle plan for my case. When he presented it to me there was no sugar coating or outrageous promises. He explained his plan and warned me that I would need to be involved.
Mr Barone and his staff ensured I was kept up to date on the court proceedings throughout the case. He also explained any and all questions that I or my family members had about the case. He is a very personable man and easy to talk to.
To my advantage Patrick did not take no for an answer when dealing/ bargaining with the Prosecuting Attorney. He stated to me that he thought I should not be incarcerated, and that is exactly what he fought for and won for me.
I truly believe he negotiated a second life for me and I will be forever grateful for that.
I would also like to mention that Mr Barone removed his attorney's hat and graciously offered advice on counseling that has been invaluable.

I had a bad year arrested three times and my bond revoked. he got me on bond AGAIN and got me doing things that helped me get my life on track. when we got back to court he fought for me. The police man wanted me to go to prison and mr. awad got 2 of the cases dismissed and the last case got off my record. I had probation and that is it. He never lied to me and he did what he said and he never judged me. get you a lawyer that works for you. its him. thank you awad legal team! saved my life and kept my record clean!

I hired this law firm to defend me from some very serious charges. Like you I started off reading reviews and doing my research. One thing that I found helpful was that I put his name into Google's news search and saw that he isnt one of those attorneys that pump themselves up with fake claims, he legitimately has defended cases that made international news.
My case was not nearly as serious as a triple murder but he acted like it was. He was kind and understanding even as I freaked out repeatedly about the status of my case. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr Simms has been helpful, up front and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. Recently, our family was thrown into a situation that required us to seek professional legal support. Marshall Breit came highly recommended as the only lawyer with whom we should consult. Interestingly that referral came from a member of our local district attorney’s office.

Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. Not only did Tracy admonish the plaintiff, the judge did as well given Tracy's arguments' and defense strategy.

My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.
All I can say was she was a rock when I was at my lowest point and she got me through it. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system and TPOs are amazing. If you hire her, you will not be disappointed.

I was in my cell never been to jail before. I was scared in an unknown space. Disconnected from my world and my freedom I didn’t know what my future was going to be. On rock bottom. I was called for an attorney visit a very energetic bubbly blonde woman with a MCM bag begins to speak to me I automatically felt safe she told me her creditials and I automatically had a little hope. Tracy was humble, fun and energetic. You wouldn’t know how big of a deal she is because she is so humble I can’t come up with any other words to describe her. She got my TPO dismisses between me and my wife she was diplomatic with my in-laws she even came to my divorce hearing to make sure everything was safe. She works tirelessly and ethically. I was falsely accused of a crime I didn’t commit all because the other party wanted my house. I was arrested on false charges and lost my career. I met with many attorneys but when I met with Shane, he already had the affidavit, knew who my case was assigned to, and was negotiating with the prosecution to not file. I haven’t even hired this man yet, and he was already working to get this resolved. He listened to my story and believed in my case. At one point a deal was presented and I didn’t know what to do. Shane said the easiest thing for him would be for me to accept, but that’s not what I hired him for, I hired him to do what was best for me and that’s exactly what he was going to do, so I didn’t accept. After 10 months of my case getting pushed back, no charges were filed and my case was dismissed.
Shane works hard for his clients to get the best outcome possible. No matter how early or late I emailed him, Shane picked up and responded. Shane will be the only attorney I will use or recommend to anyone. If you’re reading this review and are in a bad situation with the law, no doubt Shane is your best option and will take care of you.

Unfortunately i found myself on the wrong side of the law in benton county after taking necessary action to defend myself and a third party. I was arrested and wrongly charged with a malicious amount of felony charges that i was innocent of. Long story short, shane took the time to listen to my side of the story. Although he was skeptical of the case, he accepted my case, and believed my side the story. Had i been charged with all 12 felonious accusations, i have no doubt i would be sitting in prison right now. I took a huge loss. Lost my home, business, assets, and nearly my whole mind funding my fight of being wrongly accused in benton county. I never spoke a word to the judge. Less than 10 court dates later, charges are dismissed, and my case is closed. Theres no question who to call for a high level case. He has my vote every time. He is worth every penny, becuase he earns every one of them.

If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positive about restoring my rights. I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This is my first review of an attorney. In fact, this is my first time hiring an attorney. I worked with Anthony Grasher. A couple of months ago I found myself needing to get a protection order due to an unstable neighbor. What should have been an open and shut case turned into 2 cases that were more complex than I ever thought they would be. What I went through, I wouldn't wish on anybody. However, if you are reading this review it is likely you are in a similar position. Let me tell you why I am happy that I ended up with Anthony as my attorney.
At first, I was surprised by the price tag, but it was a flat fee. As this case went on, ultimately that was the best decision. As with any professional relationship, you have expectations for the person you are hiring, and you want to do what you can to make their job easier. I will say that Anthony not only met my expectations on a professional level but he more than exceeded my expectations on a personal level. After a few conversations with Anthony and particularly one difficult conversation while we were waiting for the judge to return with her decision, I not only saw but truly felt the genuine humanity and concern that Anthony has for his clients, in this case me. At that point, even had I lost one or both cases, which I did not, we won both, I knew without a doubt I made the right decision with Anthony. I hope I never need another lawyer that specializes in Protection Orders again but if I do there is no question who I will be calling. Anthony is very passionate about what he does but it's obviously not just for his win loss record (if that is actually a thing) but Anthony is a genuinely good human being that genuinely cares about his clients.

I was absolutely terrified and blindsided when I received notice that, after the welfare department waived renewal requirements for Medicaid and SNAP benefits in 2020, due to the pandemic- I was being charged with welfare fraud (having not appropriately updated them in writing with my salary change).
I received a form letter about a month later, advertising Attorney Lehman’s experience. Having no idea where else to turn, I called her office. I was fairly skeptical, but after speaking with her, I hired her, based on her calm, matter-of-fact demeanor, and reassurance that she could handle this case.
Although I remained anxious- as we only communicated over the phone and through email a couple times before the preliminary hearing- she more than deserves a 5-star rating.
The result was that I needed to repay the overpayment that welfare had given me, which is completely understandable. But when I’d first been notified of the criminal charges, and offered to repay whatever I wasn’t entitled to, the investigator stated that this wasn’t an option.
It had seemed like a misunderstanding, that occurred during a worldwide emergency, would mean a permanent criminal record, and possibly prison. Attorney Lehman was able to negotiate a dismissal of charges altogether- which I doubt would have happened otherwise. She provided not only legal expertise, but the reassurance and competence throughout this ordeal that was invaluable.

I was referred to Mr. Modafferi by a friend who had previously had excellent results with him. I called his office number, and was told by the peeson who answered the phone, that Mr. Modafferi was not available because he was in court, so left my name and number and asked for him to call me. In situations like this, hoping and waiting for call back is not what you want to do, however, I was pleased to receive a call beack from Mr. Modaferri less than 3 hours later. He was very friendly and seemed to be detail oriented. He then scheduled an appointment the next evening, which was actually after their normal business hours. After going through the facts of my case, he assured me that he would would make my experience as stress free as possible. This was an understatement. Gary was very good about returning my calls, and keep me up to date and informed with what was going on with my case. Gary won my case, and obtained a result that put the issue to rest for good. His rates a very reasonable. I hope that I never need his services again, but if I do, I will go back to him without any second thought. I highly recommend him to anyone.
