Mr. Noerrlinger is a top lawyers if you ask me. He was my lawyer in case where I was innocent and it involved multiple stolen fire arms. We went to trial and on day 1, by the time he was done questioning the states witnesses the judge had ordered an acquittal and dismissed the case!!!!!!

I was initially assigned a Public Defender who had a very pessimistic outlook on my case, and was going to leave me in jail for several weeks. I immediately declined the PD and hired Justin A. Barrett. Not only did Justin have me released that very same day, but he was able to negotiate a much better plea deal than what I was told by the assigned PD.
Justin was very honest and realistic the entire way through my case, and he was able to have a Motion passed for an Early Release from my sentencing, and never hesitated to go to battle for me. The guy has a heart of gold, and brass you-know-whats, and he will stand up for your rights because he actually cares about his fellow human beings!
I highly recommended Justin because he is passionate, intelligent, and thoroughly knows Law; nothing gets past him!

Bill took ample information over the phone, then gave me his email address. I sent him more detailed information and documentation pertaining to my legal issues via email. I could tell right away that bill had read through the material thoroughly and he was quick to come up with a plan of attack on my behalf. Doug was upfront with me from our initial consultation and saw my cxase through from beginning to end. Unlike many other criminal defense attorneys, Doug doesn't try and pull this "extra fee required if you are held to answer after your Prelim Hearing." When he quotes you your fee, that is the fee regardless of whether your case goes to trial or is settled beforehand. Doug gets the job done and is nothing but honest and upfront with his clients all the way. I highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in legal trouble here in Santa Barbara.

I hired Nathan to handle my case when I was wrongly accused of a first degree felony. This was the best decision I ever made. I was terrified because I had not even had a speeding ticket in years, had never been charged with a crime, and was facing 99 years in prison for a crime I did not commit, but Nathan was very reassuring. When I went for the first court hearing and checked in with the court clerk, I said that Nathan was representing me. All of a sudden everyone - the clerk, the DA, and the judge - perked up a little and seemed noticeably nicer to me. To me, it looked like they all knew and respected him. When the clerk called my case, the judge told me to just stay in my seat while he, Nathan, and the DA talked privately. The next thing I know, the judge called me up to the bench and told me he did not find probable cause for my arrest, my bond was terminated, and I was free to go! The DA dismissed the charge the same day. It was the weirdest experience, but am I glad I trusted Nathan!
Nathan definitely knows the law backwards and forwards and works really hard for his clients. I am really grateful that I found him because he believed me and diligently defended me. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer - you need an attorney like Nathan in your corner.

Attorney Nathan Hennigan came highly recommended to my family, and we are so glad we contacted him. We did a phone consultation & face to face with Attorney Nathan, and we felt very comfortable talking to him, he has excellent communication skills, and we worked out a payment schedule and we hired him. We discussed our case with Attorney Nathan, and he discussed what he thought best/worst scenario could happen in court. Attorney Hennigan helped us get bail when we thought none would be offered to us, and then in court we were offered a Motion to dismiss all charges (which is nowhere close to what we thought would/could happen). We thank God for working thru Attorney Hennigan to get us this great results. We are very pleased with Nathan, as our Attorney, his knowledge, professionalism, promptness, communication, and people skills can't be beat. My boyfriend and I worked with Kayla Taggart. I can not say enough. She was awesome from start to finish, and I would definitely use her as a an attorney if I need to again. Long story short, my boyfriend was facing a residency restriction, based on an event that happened ten years ago. I was calling around to different places in Appleton and Green Bay with the no luck. I then called her law office. The secretary that answered told me that she might have someone to help us. I talked with Kayla and she said that she would be interested. We met with her several times. She read through the material that we gave her and she also did some digging to get us the background that we needed to be successful. She also coached my boyfriend through the process. This made both him and I more comfortable. She was positive, but didn't sell us a dream. She covered multiple scenarios and how we would tackle each one. The first thing Robin McCarty did was lay out my case, the possibilities - both good and bad - with straight forward, even if brutal, honesty. Many people have ended up with dire consequences because their case was sugar coated and made to look like no problem. Robin sits with you and tells you the truth.
Robin then carefully, patiently, guided me through the process for almost two years - the end result was a full dismissal of charges.
One unique thing about Robin, he was a former peace officer and previous prosecutor - so he understood both sides of the system. This was tremendously helpful.

James defended me for a felony charge and was able to get it reduced to a disorderly conduct plea deal. He was patient, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the 6 month process and very responsive to both phone calls and texts. James has decades of experience with the Queens court system and it definitely shows. Two weeks before we were set to move across country, I was served with a combination of papers that would not allow my son to move with me. I showed up to our first meeting nervous and a complete wreck, but I left feeling at ease and confident. Everything about our case was unusually rushed, but had you been sitting in the stands- you never would’ve guessed that Clarke had less than a week to prepare for our first court date.
