I hired Kevin to represent me in a legal matter involving a workplace issue. I had contacted legal aid regarding family law advice and was given a few references. Larry was the only one over the phone that made me feel like a person he genuinely cared about and wanted to help. I was not looking to hire an attorney at the time, but just to get advice and assistance on the steps I should take for filing. After a couple months my situation got a little more complicated for someone with no legal expertise to continue on their own so I made an appointment to meet with Larry in person. As in most divorce cases, my ex was pretty hostile and I felt I had no one to turn to and help me thru the situation emotionally. Larry was available anytime day or night if I had questions/concerns and never failed to make me feel at ease. My case was finalized after a year and a half and I have recommended Larry to numerous friends in need of a family attorney. Although he no longer practices family law, I believe Larry carries the same qualities of compassion & integrity in all aspects of his career, and for that will remain a friend for life!

Thanks to my lawyer, Lorenzo Esteban Herrera, aka, "Larry Herrera," I felt really confident hiring him as my defense laywer over a lawsuit of "Grandparents visitation rights." I, as a parent, and recent widow, was left with accusations of money being owed to my ex-inlaws and also threatened by them to take away my daughter and have full or partial custody. Larry Herrera helped me defend myself as I had every right to in order to continue my life raising my daughter aswell as defending my rights as the beneficiary person on my wife's life insurance. The gavel dropped hard on my inlaws after being exposed of lying under oath and were only granted minimal visitation rights with my daughter at only once a month for a few hours under my terms and conditions instead of what my ex-inlaws were asking for which was; Spending the night every other weekend, holidays, birthdays, and vacation time. Im glad that Larry Herrera helped me with my case because the experience really gave me a sense of strength and courage after reaching victory when the judge ruled her judgement in my favor. I definitely recommend Larry Herrera Law Services to anyone that is being sued by any family member. Robyn and I graduated high school together, many years ago, which is how I know her. Robyn has always been polite and well-spoken. Recently I found myself in a situation with a former employer that was a surprise to me. During this time in my life, my livelihood was turned upside down. Even though I knew Robyn prior to my case, I was not aware that Robyn was an employment attorney, until she reached out to me regarding another case that my name was brought up in, that she was working on. On that same phone call I questioned Robyn about the type of law that she practiced. Robyn informed me that she was an employment attorney who dealt with employees that were wrongfully terminated, discrimination, retaliation, etc.. This information is what I needed to hear at that time. I asked Robyn if she had time to speak with me briefly and to look over some paperwork that I had received a few weeks ago regarding my wrongful termination with my former employer. Robyn agreed. Robyn took notes as she listened to my concerns and advised me that she would look over everything including my paperwork and would return my call to discuss the matter further. While I waited to hear back from Robyn I started to Google her to find out information regarding her and her prior cases. I was in awe with the information that I found out but not really surprised due to the person I knew in high school. After researching Robyn for several hours I knew that she was the attorney that I wanted to handle my case if she deemed that I had one. Robyn returned my call a few days later and agreed to handle my case. From that point on Robyn has been very thorough with me, upfront about all of my options, and has worked tireless hours on my case as well as keeping me informed. Not only has Robyn been professional about handling my case, she has also been there to assist me through some dark times. I feel as if Robyn can sense when something is wrong and will call to check in on me. I trusted Michael Kornbluth with my future, career and livelihood. I met with several other attorneys before Michael and knew they could never handle my case. The day I walked into his office I trusted my husband, myself and no one else. I was a victim of harassment for many years and my harasser was enabled and protected by the highest figures at the company where we both worked. When I walked out of Michael’s office I knew I had found an attorney who was not afraid to take on a very powerful man and organization. Michael did not promise me an endless bank account at the end of this fight, he promised me my abuser and his colleagues would be held accountable for their actions and that my family and I would get our lives back. Michael delivered. He also fought for and incredible settlement. He would have gone to trial with me and I would have humiliated many executives in my home town. I had been humiliated for years so I was not afraid of a trial. Michael educated me to the advantages and disadvantages to trial vs mediation. Mark was great as my attorney. Prompt, together, knowledgeable and most importantly empathetic. The Courtroom can be very foreboding environment to to find yourself in and Mark made it a point to ease my apprehensions. My case was a wrongful termination. I had a medical condition which required surgery. Two weeks after surgery my employer terminated me, even though the previous month my annual review was all positive and indicated everything was fine. To add additional injury I was over 60 years old yet not old enough to retire.
Like most everyone in the year long process for justice, I was under enormous emotional stress. Kaarin did not get wraped up in my emotions but stayed focused on the case.
It was clear Kaarin and Halunen knew the aplicable laws, it was assuring to watch Kaarin in depositions asking the right questions to get to the underlying issues in order to prove my case.
Kaarin showed her expreience and skills in the mediation process with the defendant and mediator.
The case has come to a favrable end for me and much of the stress I've had has been relieved by obtaining justice.

My name is Joseph M. Percoco and this is not another B.S. Review story. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.
I can not go into detail as this is an ongoing case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of man hours that would have to be put in would be grater than the end result. My case was rejected by Lenahan & Dempsey , Merwinw Hanyon & Kaspszyk and a handful of others that you see on T.V.

Christina beat Fed Ex's hired gun every single time in court winning me unemployment, workers compensation and Social Security disability. At one point I actually felt bad for Fed Ex's attorney as he was getting frustrated and chewed out by the judge.
Christina is not only one of the best attorneys she truly cares about her clients, Christina would call me at home on her days off to see how I was feeling and if my wife and I needed anything. I was a student at one of the most prestigious educational institutions in the US, and undoubtedly, the world. I had been away on a medical leave of absence for a year after my first year and the school was giving me a difficult time getting back in. Mr. Mead worked with me solving a conflict with one of my previous employers. He immediately impressed me with his knowledge and willingness to listen to the various aspects of the case that I had currently open (I had already dealt with one lawyer who failed to appropriately address my needs). I found that he quickly suggested key options that allowed us to move forward to resolve the matter with my previous employer which had since been open for about nine months. After Mr. Mead took the case, we were able to start making progress in a matter of weeks!
I was also very impressed with his constant assurance to allow me to make the decisions based on his advice. At every turn he didn't just provide me with the decision he wanted to work toward, rather, he explained each step whether it be we dropped the case, went to trial, settled, etc and the pros and cons of each side. I went to discuss an employment issue with Hans Nilge's firm. My employer had opted to not continue my contract. When I asked why I was told there was no reason. The company was based in another state where apparently you do not have to have a reason for termination when filing for unemployment. I had several follow up calls and emails asking for a reason but they insisted there was no reason. Each time I explained that I had to have a reason to file for unemployment in my state. Finally they said just to put down lack of work. When I filed for unemployment my claim was denied because the company had responded to the claim with a vague negative comment about me. I contested and immediately received my unemployment but was concerned the company may in the future say untrue negative things about me. Basically I wanted a letter sent to them demanding them to cease and desist from any potential negative comments against me. Han's firm listened to my story and suggested I open a class action against the employer because they had violated employment rules I didn't even know existed. I did not want to because I thought it would be stressful, but after listening I agreed. The processes was painless the company immediately offered to settle. I walked into Nilges Draher expecting to pay several hundred dollars to protect my professional reputation and I ended up with a very nice settlement! Nilges Draher even had my old company pay my legal fees! The team at Nilges Draher was very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend them.
