This firm and its lawyers do not care for their clients at all. They take months to reply to emails. They constantly give unacceptable excuses (fracture, holidaying with grandchildren, sick, computer broke down, assistant is away, the list goes on). The management are equally uninterested. They have still not closed a rather straightforward matter of mine and it’s been nearly 5 years with no end in sight. Save yourself some trouble and go to some other firm.

Robert is and is not a lawer. Robert IS a lawyer in the sense that he knows his technical stuff. Robert IS NOT a lawyer in the sense that he does not have a money gouging attitude that one sees in some lawyers. Robert remains focused enough to speak and advise where he needs to in a constructive manner and he will tell the 2 spouses to work things out by and for themselves [ due to subject matter involving personal preferences ]. Robert took a personal interest in both of us, at the same time did not abandon his professional conduct. I recommend Robert Menache highly to those that need a lawyer to deal w/ legal issues and repeat that Robert IS NOT A LAWEYER in capricious nor financially gouging conduct and mannerisms.

I would like to share my most positive experience regarding CalWest Law (Ali Nader).
I must say that Ali worked wonders for me in my bankruptcy case, I was scared and stressed before the outcome of my case. I had plenty of debt where as Ali Nader relieved my stresses, not only did he remove huge debt, he educated me on each step before committing to filing and through the accepted process. He was always available speaking directly with him, whether he was at court or in his office he always was there. I had a second and a third and it was amazingly removed freeing me of those predatory lenders. My life has been great and I am able tomaintain my life just from the education alone from Ali.

I hired Mr Norman for a DUI issue I was involved with in the MD court system. He immediately told me he was not familiar with the judges in my county and didn't specialize in my specific type of case. He then offered to help me locate someone who was. I retained his services anyway and he appeared to work twice as hard as the oposition lawyers to compensate for his lack of comfort in that particular area. By the time we went into negotiations he knew the issues better than the other law team.
He went out and researched the issues and reported back to me with options. He brought in experts he found to bolster my case. He was willing to go to court if necessary, which many lawyers are not willing to do. I was impressed with his work habits and straight shooting approach and appreciated his honesty.

Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. I sought expert guidance for an employment law matter that was a complex and complicated case for many reasons. Prior to my being able to retire, I was "let go" from my position. As a professor, I had never received a bad review in my seventeen years of employment, and my students were very positive about my teaching. I had published books, represented my institution here and abroad and organized major colloquiums. My identity was wrapped up in being a professor, so I was at a complete loss about what to do when I lost my job. I had taken on a large company where I had worked for personal wrong-doing. I received a lot of rejections from other attorneys; however, I knew that I had a strong case, and knew I just needed to find the RIGHT attorney that saw what I saw in my case.
Then, I met Mr. Corman. He invited me into his office, and listen intently to what I had to say, asked questions, reviewed some documentation that I had. By the end of the meeting he told me that he would take on my case. He also gave me a clear and accurate assessment of how much the fees would be ( he stayed true to this to the end of the case). There were subsequent meetings after that, and he never gave up on me or the case - always keeping me apprised on the progression of my case.

We had a new employee with less than 90 days service, and after 5 weeks of classroom and OJT training, violate one of our most stringent work rules----twice. The first time we gave her a written warning, the second time it happened we terminated her employment. She filed complaints with both the Federal EEOC and the State ERD claiming discrimination based on her sex, age, harassment, and religion. The State ERD deferred to the EEOC to investigate and they found no merit in her charges. They then dismissed and issued a Right to Sue letter. The claimant filed suit in Federal Court and we engaged our attorney Al Seneczko to help us defend against it. He provided excellent advice, some of which was quite unique and effective with the court. He also handled all court documents and provided superb and very responsive service. We would definitely hire Al again to help us with an employee relations issue.

I was terminated from a large fortune 100 financial services company at age 59. I was in sales and had been employed by this company and predecessors for 26 years. I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?
