Don’t waste your money with this attorney unless you want to lose your case this attorney makes no effort to win your case the only thing he did for me was literally to convince me to pay the highest amount of alimony and follow all the other parties directions not only that but he changed me more than what he had said at the beginning of the case months after the divorce was over he was still changing me for no reason worst attorney ever don’t waste your money with them

Wade Law Group’s handling of my business partnership dispute was a disaster from start to finish. I sought their help when I was being pushed out and needed to recover my equity. Despite providing all the necessary documentation upfront, including the operating agreement and financial statements, their incompetence quickly became apparent.
For seven weeks, my attorney at Wade Law Group engaged in fruitless exchanges, sending threatening letters based on California law and drafting a lawsuit complaint. Only after all this time did I discover that my attorney hadn’t even read the operating agreement—a crucial document in any partnership dispute. This neglect led us to almost violate the agreement by bypassing mandatory mediation and filing the lawsuit in the wrong state. Predictably, my former business partner exploited these errors, leaving me with a much weakened case and a significant financial loss.
After incurring over five figures in legal fees, I made the decision to terminate our relationship. I requested a meeting to discuss the situation, but my attorney not only ignored my request but also responded rudely when I followed up. Eventually, the firm’s owner reached out and offered a partial refund for drafting the complaint in the wrong state. However, the amount he offered was far less than what I had actually been billed, forcing me to go line by line through the invoices and finding the correct amount was five times higher than what he claimed.
I then posted a review of my experience on Yelp, and the owner reached out and offered me a full refund of over $8K in exchange for removing the review and signing a contract agreeing not to post additional reviews about my experience with the firm. When I pointed out that this felt unethical and possibly illegal and proposed that I edit the review to give credit for the refund, he withdrew the offer, falsely claiming that I had rejected it.

These people are rude. And they can't read. I set up a consultation with them, but they canceled before even talking to me and told me that my trial is in three weeks when it's not. They didn't read anything about it, have the nerve to not even meet with me or have a discussion, followed with "best of luck on everything" which is just more insulting, absolutely insulting. i am sorry I called.

Leah represented me at the beginning of her career. Cherokee county had criminal charges filed against me for spanking my daughter with a belt. They had taken my 3 girls and placed them into fostercare. Had it not been for Leah Davis Madden, I would have been just another black single mother statistic & victim of societal prejudices back then. I worked with Goldsmith & Ogrodowski, LLC. for a few years. Even after a few years, I had to go check and make sure I had the name of their Law Firm correct. I know them by their first names, Fred, Rich and Heather. My 5 year nightmare started while working on a towboat as a deckhand, I was severely injured. After surgery and about 6 months, I tried going back to work. I didn't like where things were headed. I just wasn't able to do the same work as before. I still had so many issues. At the time, I had never had to call an attorney. I didn't know which way to go. It took a lot of time and thought before I finally made that decision. I now know that it was the right decision. My case was very complicated and took many years. Fred was my attorney, He worked tirelessly on my case. It felt as if I was his only client. It also felt like I was a part of his family.
They even treated my fiancée and kids like family.
I've had Fred call me at 8-9 p.m. and he was still working on my case. I could call or text any time with questions or concerns and he always responded quickly. It was never an issue. Fred and co. helped my mother first, then my brother and I as co-executors, hold a large company responsible for damages to our family-built riverside property. In January 2020, I had filed for a divorce. By the fall of 2021, my lawyer informed me she could no longer represent me. I needed a reputable, trustworthy lawyer that would not bail on me again.
In my online research, I found Dell'Acqua Law and left a note on the website. I did not expect to hear a response for 48 hours or so. The next day, Dawn Dell'Acqua and I had a virtual conversation! Dawn could see I was feeling vulnerable and broken. My marriage of 19 years was a complex case. My ex was not an easy person to deal with.
My worries dissipated quickly working with Dawn, Ariel Barbre, and the amazing office staff. They were professional yet personable. I was constantly informed of any new developments, consulted before any motions were made, tutored, then counseled to help me understand what was happening and why. I mearly called for a consultation, I don't know whether this attorney was having a bad day or something else is going on or perhaps he was preoccupied, but the level of attention to detail on a potential case Even if he was listening at all, yes I understand you couldn't even take the case yet you have a tactfully poor representation of your law firm. Once again so we can be clear Yes I understand yes !!!!! I understand your not going to be able to take the case nor do you have to provide reason but asking a general question of what my options are , should have been handled more appropriately . you offer free consultation. I respect the type of attorney that you can hear in their voice no matter what the answer is They were delighted to handle your situation as best as they possibly could have. I call it having a good bedside manner. Yet I was brutally disconnected cut off and left hanging and I guess that's how you tell the difference between a solid lawyer that gives a crap about his clients potential clients and ones that are just ambulance chasers wanting to make a quick buck. The lawyers at this office actually care. They listened to me. I say "they" because I actually had a couple lawyers at the office working on my case, including attorney Sullivan himself. I found myself in a difficult situation with my former employer regarding a wrongful termination that led to problems involving a relocation agreement with my former employer. My former employer was motivated to recoup re-location dollars that I allegedly owed. I have hired Mark Biggerman for two projects, both having to do with issues related to my house--one an easement issue and the other a dispute with a neighbor about her gas line on my property. In both cases, Mark provided the documents I needed, and he worked in a timely fashion and was always available when I called him or needed him to be at my property. He has a calm presence, and he does his homework! Finally, his billing is very reasonable. ZERO STARS! This firm has the absolute worse communication ever! In the beginning it wasn’t that good but atleast they’d get back to me after a few calls and voice messages, now they don’t bother at all. I haven’t heard from them in months! I have to beg for case updates and it’s only gotten worse now that the case is settled. My experience has been horrible and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
