I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gary a few times over the last four years and he has never let me down. I am in extreme pain and disbelief at how my kids and I are homeless today, living out of hotels, and suffering to a degree that is unconscionable, after Mr Noble pressured me to settle my discrimination and assault case for far less than what we agreed to before mediation. I had high hopes in Mr. Noble's skills during the years of litigation before the disastrous second mediation right before the scheduled trial date. There was no justification to yell, demean and bully me during the mediation, and to further ignore the grave concerns I repeatedly brought to his attention for years about the extent of the harms visited upon my family and me by the defendants and their agents. I do not know why I was treated in this manner, as I worked very hard on my case and tried to cultivate a respectful, positive working relationship with Mr Noble and the entire team. I am already at risk of discrimination and harassment by virtue of my religious, ethnic and gender characteristics.
Now that my claim was dismissed, I continue to be very vulnerable and unprotected, which is the opposite of everything I hired Mr Noble for. I believe an economist should have evaluated my damages from the start. I forgive Mr. Noble, however I do not believe in suffering in silence. May God bring complete justice to my family.

My divorce was not an easy one by any means. The other party did not want to be a participate in the process that she initiated, be fair financially, and was in character throughout the two and half yr process. Veronica weeded through this from minute one.
Veronica jumped on board in my case more than halfway through the process from the recommendation of my previous attorney to get my case resolved. There is a reason he recommended her. Veronica was forceful and stern during the negotiations(mediation) with the other party and was always looking out for my best interests financially which included doing everything possible from the first day I spoke to her to avoid trial which is where my case was headed. The reason for the referral from my previous attorney.
During one of most difficult times of your life, Veronica attempted to understand everything on a personal/emotional level as well beyond the business aspect of divorce.
Veronica is extremely knowledgeable of the NJ laws of divorce which is so important. She is professional, cordial, assertive, and great at explaining things/answering questions. Veronica also will hold you accountable if she needs to which is important in this process.
The firm in Springfield is professional and welcoming; which is includes her paralegal Diana O who I would like to acknowledge as well.
In divorce, no one wins or loses. My JOD was fair and equitable at the end of the day which is what should have happened. Veronica accomplished that for me with honesty and sincerity from day one.

I was terminated from an employer for making a simple ADA request and Kelly McClintock along with her team helped me through the ordeal and were able to get the company to provide a severance package. The person on the phone with my mom or secretary was really rude to her and we asked for a representative who speaked spanish and the representative was super rude and didnt let us get a word in and acted as if we didnt know what we called for. She kept on cutting off my mom and wouldnt let us get in contact with the lawyer. My mother had questions asked and she needed time to remember them and she kept ln rushing her. I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. After my dad passed away in April 2024, my mom and I filed for Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) through the VA. Despite working with a VA liaison and following up for 10 months, we received no real updates—just that the claim was still pending. Then, my mom received a notice from the VA, which she mistakenly believed was a denial of the DIC claim. Unfortunately, even the local VA liaison misinterpreted it, causing a lot of confusion. Given that my dad’s passing was clearly linked to his disability, we realized we needed legal representation and turned to James Comerford.
From our first conversation, James took the time to listen, understand our situation, and guide us through the process. Initially, we thought we needed to file a rebuttal, but after investigating, he discovered the VA had actually misinformed us—the claim was still being processed. He assured us he would follow up, and shortly after, he called with the great news: the claim had been approved. Not only did he get us answers, but he also knew exactly when my mom would receive her benefits, including back pay.
When I asked James what we owed him, he refused payment—he was simply happy my mom received what she deserved. Even after I insisted, he suggested we make a donation to a charity instead, which we did. His generosity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.

Stephanie helped me with the mediation process for divorce. She was very capable of respecting both sides of the issues. She was knowledgeable of options we had not thought of which could save time and money. She did not pressure or rush the process. She was at times difficult to reach and not quick to respond to correspondence in a timely manner outside of the mediation room. That would be the only improvement I would suggest.

I have had wonderful dealings with Stephanie and use her as my business attorney for my LLC and have used her in reviewing covenants of non-compete for potential hires. Where I have liked dealing with her over other business and corporate attorneys is she has shown a genuine interest in my business and because of that she seems more adept at anticipating what I am looking for and my needs from a legal perspective. Where other attorneys may give me exactly what I ask for, and there is certainly nothing wrong with that approach, she has learned my language enough where she seems to be much closer to the target on the first shot. It saves a lot on the back and forth and that to me is the most frustrating aspect of working with contracts. I am as astute as most small business people in legal matters, but if you have experienced any frustration with communication, and, certainly in my case it was due to some of my own lack of knowledge and imprecision, Stephanie is an excellent choice and worth reaching out to.

I wasted about 40-45 mins with this lawyer several years while I discussed my issue with him and showed him proof of my allegations. He repeatedly told me how much money it was going to cost me and really couldn't tell me if I had a case. I think the trouble is that my case did not include suing for damages so he would not benefit from taking my case.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with this firm. I was transferred by my last lawyer 6 years ago (2018), the case was finally settled year 7 (February 2024) By Andrea Borden. Unfortunately I was only important while the case was in the process of being settled, but now, almost a year later, I have no check! The years prior to the case and the months following its settlement, I have been IGNORED no matter how many calls I make no one responds. If you're reading this i hope you have better luck if you stay with them, but I wouldn't recommend this firm.

MSB Employment Justice and specifically Christopher Moreland, recently supported me in my case. Christopher was honest, up front, and communicated often. Highly recommended. I got there name from a google search when I suddenly needed a lawyer. They had great reviews and responded immediately when I needed time-sensitive counsel with a family matter. Thomas McKinley is an excellent lawyer, very clear in his communications, reassuring and compassionate. Lawyers are always expensive but I found their rates reasonable. He was able to communicate directly with the DA and save me a lot of footwork and time, and was able to get the matter resolved without me having to deal with the court directly and provided great reassurance throughout. Well worth the money and I will call him first if I ever have any other needs
