I contacted Mr. Fleming to seek his services in a green card application. Unlike other lawyers that I contacted who were ready to charge $2000 for minimal work, Mr. Fleming provided with all the paperwork and guidance I would need to fill the paperwork out myself, free of charge. Mr. Fleming handled my divorce. In doing so he advised me about the easiest and most cost effective method. He basically told me there were several methods and all the others would make him more money but the cheapest was best for me. His price was fair and he did a great job.

I had a dispute with an employer over a contract and unpaid wages. I contacted Todd for help with the issue and Todd was very helpful. Kevin assisted us with the resolution of a claim against a particularly difficult party who insisted on appealing multiple rulings against them. What should have been settled by reasonable business people or a single hearing about the facts of the case, the defendant and his attorney insisted on using every means possible to delay and draw out the process. Although this wasn't a huge claim, the issue was based on fraudulent billing by the defendant and we wanted to see it through the entire process on a moral basis. Kevin did a great job getting the defendant to court and making our side of the case clear. We prevailed and Kevin also assisted in collecting the judgement after the defendant began stalling after the judgement was rendered. I highly recommend Kevin for your business law concerns!

My neighbor was claiming ownership of a large piece of my property and had built a fence on it. Kevin Best review the claim with county property records and agree that I had ownership of the property. He review my property rights with me and suggest a plan of action to remove the fence and on keeping her from excising ownership of it. The plan was successful and the encroach fence was removed. Currently she is staying off the property.
Kevin was more then helpful when the Home Ownership Association question the fence removal. His knowledge of HOA convention rules were very helpful in responding to the Community Association.
I would hire Kevin again.

My experience with the Law Office of Kevin J. Best has been a very positive one and I plan on maintaining a professional relationship with this attorney.
I had been handling my particular case myself only to have it appealed (by the person suing me) twice and moved to different courts. The person has now filed their third and final appeal (allowed) with the court of appeals. I found myself in a situation where legal representation was a must. I had ten days to respond in writing to the writ of certiorari for the court of appeals. I needed an attorney-fast!
I googled attorneys and found Kevin J. Best, located in Annapolis. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Best personally answered the phone. I was immediately able to discuss my very complicated/time sensitive situation. I scheduled an immediate office appointment (2 hours) and fees were discussed during our phone conversation so there were no surprises. I felt Mr. Best was very reasonable. During the office visit Mr. Best very clearly explained and advised me with examples on how to respond to the writ of certiorari. Since I already had a rough draft of a response and Mr. Best was not familiar with the case to date he advised me to follow through myself to keep the cost down. I worked on my response at home-emailed it to Mr. Best the next day. Within hours he revised it and put it into legal format and emailed it back to me all prepared and ready to mail to the court.
This was above and beyond my expectations. All I had left to do was print, make copies and certify mail it to the court. I made the court deadline with days to spare and I filed the paperwork appropriately as required by this court's rules and guidelines- which I had no idea about. All with the help of my new attorney- Kevin J. Best. If needed Mr. Best will represent me at the court of appeals.

I had a DUI a year ago but then got it reduced to reckless driving. Once it was reduced the board of nursing found out within 30 days of the conviction. Since I failed to report it in I received a letter from the the Board of Nursing wanting to mediate or legal action was going to be taken towards my license. I then hired Elizabeth about my issue and she spoke to the Board of Nursing and got the case to be dismissed by not having them file a complaint towards me and my license. She is very professional helpful and always available and compassion towards you and your needs. I definitely recommend her and the case was resolved very quick with a reasonable price.

Having already gone through the divorce process with a different lawyer I was left feeling taken advantaged of, underrepresented, just a dollar sign, and had a distrust in lawyers in general. Knowing that I would need representation again in the future related to custody issues I needed to find another attorney. I remembered an attorney that spoke at Second Saturday, an informational workshop for women dealing with divorce. Colline was the lawyer that spoke about the legal issues related to divorce and her passion and expertise struck me then enough for me to remembered her years later.
I felt understood and safe with Colline and this was so no easy task because of my prior experience with attorneys. She took the time to understand my case and situation more than anyone had done previously. She not only has impressive knowledge with family court and custody she also understands and is sensitive to the personal aspect of your case. Colline knew when to give me straight facts, that at times was challenging to hear and also when to be empathize with me as person and mother.
Her abilities to represent me in the court room were just as impressive as some of her other qualities already mentioned. She was prepared and organized with all the details of my case but what I valued even more was her passion to make sure my daughters and I had the best chance at a life without consent fear. My case was not a simple and I was consistently amazed at her drive to represent me in the best way possible. Colline was able to overcome what seemed like impossible barriers that allowed me to have the best outcome with my custody arrangement.

After being recommended to me by a friend, I hired Gabriella for my case. From the first meeting, I felt like I had a great connection with her and that she was well versed in the area I was arrested for. She encouraged me to meet with other attorneys as well to make sure I got a group of perspectives before deciding (which I respected). After choosing her she was fantastic about letting me decide how much communication we had, and did a great job of keeping me in the loop about the entire process. We had the task of selling a facility with an existing air permit in Minnesota that we had constructed and intermittently run for one year. I have retained T for over 15 years or so. I'd like to think I can judge an attorney's quality. Through the years, I have worked and been friends with numerous attorneys who are considered excellent by their own peers....including Harvard Law, major Wall St firms and Europe in many facets of the practice. Further, my father was in the judiciary and I think I have a pretty good understanding of what it takes to be exceptional. If someone asks me who my attorney is (although I use several for various specialties,) I say Theresa. T has gone above and beyond so many times for friends and myself. If I chose one special quality in addition to her utter competency and professionalism it is TRUST. I have known T's family since I was a child and law is in their blood. Just good people. We have all heard the nefarious remarks about attorney's and their kinship to sharks. T couldn't be farther from this stigma. I sat with Theresa this week to discuss some business matters and it was more like having coffee with a friend. No rush. I have walked courthouses with Theresa, and, it is obvious she is well known and well respected by the many walking the halls. And, the bonus is Autumn and Jen are the best! I noted the comments by the person (since disproven) which said she did not return calls, etc. Hello? Have you ever worked with an atty before? An atty does not call back unless they have something to tell you. Think about it.....legal wheels turn slow...it saves you billing for wasted phone time . A unique thing with T's staff is they are "up-to-speed" at all times....I can't tell you how many times I have called with a question and they dealt with it in a 30-second call. You won't get that with most attorneys. The office is run like a family....just what you want when dealing with nerve-wracking issues. Professional, classy, thorough....pals. Recommended unequivocally.

I walked into Anthony's office after my first real experience with the appalling privatized American justice system. I was confused, horribly wronged and overall felt very little hope past that of acquiring the services of a good lawyer. Review:
I trusted Charles Johnson to represent me in a critical legal matter involving my rights as a parent and the safety of my child. Instead, I encountered unethical conduct and a lack of professionalism that I believe reflects broader systemic issues within the legal community.
1. Failure to Follow Instructions:
Mr. Johnson refused to file motions that were critical to my case, despite explicit requests and legal urgency. Instead, he pursued strategies I advised against, which I believe were contrary to my best interests and to those of my child.
2. Broken Promise for Refund:
After withdrawing from my case, Mr. Johnson explicitly promised in writing to refund my retainer. However, he later reversed that promise without justification.
3. Neglect of the Best Interests of My Child:
Mr. Johnson’s inaction and disregard for my instructions directly contributed to delays and worsened the legal situation for my child. His failure to address critical legal violations has exacerbated the harm my child has endured.
4. Part of a Larger Problem:
I believe Mr. Johnson’s actions align with systemic issues of unethical behavior within the local legal system. His failure to prioritize the law and his client’s needs reflects a disregard for justice and ethical standards. It is my opinion that his conduct perpetuates the very systemic rot that undermines trust in the courts and legal professionals.
5. Unprofessional Communication:
Mr. Johnson and his staff failed to communicate adequately, delayed responses to critical matters, and ignored requests for accountability. These failures reflect a lack of professionalism and integrity that no client should have to endure.
Conclusion:
I believe Mr. Johnson’s actions have caused irreparable harm to my child and my legal case. His refusal to uphold his professional and ethical obligations is unacceptable.

Miss Blevins listened to my situation, as a Wounded Warrior at Walter Reed, analyzed it carefully providing a detailed back brief explaining what previous counsel had omitted and what should have been done during the time line that Social Security requires. Her analysis was spot on. Miss Blevins knowledge of Social Security and its processes was critical to fixing prior counsels’ errors. I fought the VA system for 10 years. When Ron filed for his benefits he didn't doubt the VA, he had no idea the ride I was in for after his death.
