I cannot express my gratitude enough to Attorney Sarah White. She’s the best, she took care of my Social Security disability claim and I didn’t have took a huge load of my back. I’m very aware of how the system works; I was a Social Security Employee. I have helped customers fill out disability forms hundreds of times; however, there’s a point in life when I realized that I needed help and I knew exactly which attorney I wanted and why. Josh went above and beyond to protect my rights against an overreaching City and solved the problem at the lowest possible level without litigation or even headache. The Georgia DOT was about to condemn my property to widen a road. I hired Josh and he took the time to walk me through the condemnation process. He then reviewed the road plans with me and explained exactly what the DOT was taking. Josh answered every one of my questions and I felt a great sense of relief when I left his office after my initial consultation. He really put my mind at ease. Once negotiations started with DOT, Josh had already compiled all of the local sales comps and the DOT’s lawyer knew that Josh was willing to go to court if necsssary to get me the most money for the property that was being condemned. I contacted William through email for a consultation on probate, he gladly set up an appointment for me the following week. He was very knowledgeable in this area and provided me with the necessary information I needed regarding my mothers estate. We came to the conclusion that I most likely will not need to go through Probate so I did not need to hire him but It was a pleasure talking with him. I would certainly recommend.

Mr. Fife was very knowledgeable, informative and professional. He advised us of all our options, including the possibility of filing the paperwork ourselves (writ of garnishment). Mr. Falkner has provided me with excellent legal help to settle my father's estate and to also get my own affairs in order (will, powers of attorney, lady bird deed, health care advocate, HPPA Releases).

I hired the firm Hill and Ponton and was assigned Ms. Brewer. Herself and the firm did exactly as advertised. VA - 100% Unemployable and Disabled, SAA - Full Disability. It only took a few months, after 3 tries on my own I did not get the benefits entitled too me. I contacted her Firm and with her work as well as her staff they made things right! I had reviewed a few employment and labor attorneys/firms online and consulted a couple before being referred to his firm. His firm was recommended by another attorney and having that endorsement made it an easy choice for me. Robyn is a great lawyer and super personal. I had to acquire her service to help fight for custody of my only son. For a long 18 months, she communicated and explained every question or concern I had throughout the process. she was very professional and transparent throughout every step by sharing email exchanges of the negotiation for custody of my two-year-old son. In the end, she did the impossible by settling my case with 50/50 physical custody because we live in the south and family court is one-sided.
Listen, lawyers are expensive, but it was worth it in the long run because now I no longer have to pay child support, and claim child tax credit every other year. Now, this doesn’t mean it will work for everyone, but she will advise you on the do’s and don’t, to help build your case. There's hope for good fathers that want to be a part of their kid's life and Robyn will be a solid asset to your fight.

Michael Chu is an amazing lawyer whom worked tirelessly on my unique case. I had an accident in November 2013 that took me longer than expected to heal from and followed horrible advice from others. I listened to the wrong people and read wrong advice. Months later, I acquired Michael Chu in March 2014. It seemed to be like an open and close case, but given the bad advice, I found myself more in a predicament that Michael helped me with. He was very professional, easy to contact via email or phone, very responsive, contacted the opposing party and tried his best to resolve the issues outside of court, and was able to resolve my case. It required much more work than expected, but Michael was always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We never went into litigation since it was resolved prior, but his work was very organized and well written.

Generally, I am not a person that writes reviews. However, Mr. Stark is such an exceptional attorney, that I felt compelled to let others know.
Mr. Stark does not, (thankfully), fit the stereotypical attributes of most attorneys that I have encountered.
He is direct, honest and truly seems to care about the well being of this clients. He listens. He replies honestly and with very knowledgeable responses based on experience. He is not robotic and arrogant, as most attorneys that I have consulted with in the past.
He is very knowledgeable about licencing issues, so if you are in a health or medical related field and have licensing questions or concerns, he is the one to see, though he specializes in other areas as well.
Granted, may I add, he is also extremely humble, as he has a PhD and teaches Law and isl also is also a Judge. I found him to be quite generous with his time, and did not stare at his watch like many attorneys will do after a few minutes.
This attorney is not driven my money, rather by helping those in need of assistance. He also has a great sense of humor, which helps greatly when stressed!
I could not be happier about the outcome. Mr. Stark goes above and beyond to assist his clients. I am so glad to have consulted with him. Highly recommend!

It was a complex situation involving a bank closure and funds being held in an escrow by a third party. There are only two things that you need to know about John: His representation is aggressive, and his relationship with his clients is personal.
We asked John to look at our case when our son suffered a catastrophic injury. We already had an attorney, but we came to John because our case was complex and we needed an attorney who would fight hard for us. When John took over, the case changed immediately; John was relentless, and the attorney for the other side could not keep up. After only a few months with John on the case, the insurance company caved in, and gave us the full limit of the insurance policy. Our previous attorney told us that our case was only worth a certain amount. John more than doubled that figure and obtained a 7-figure result.

Mr Southcott was an EXCELLENT attorney for me. I was facing felony robbery with a prison prior and I pled to restitution and a misdemeanor theft. No jail and easy probation.
