Attorney Rittershaus is not only a rare find, but also a delight to work with. I first hired him in 2015, after I exhausted myself with the search for an attorney. When I first met him, I was overwhelmed by his warmth and graciousness, and after that with his dedication to my case, his skillfulness, understanding, and going more than an extra mile for me. Attorney and guardian Angel is golden combination, particularly when it comes to settlements that are not respected by one party. I trusted my ex-husband when it came to a divorce and went to a mediator with him. Hoooowever Ex-husbands with a new wife can have a tendency to not respect alimony settlement, that are done through only a mediator. That is particularly so, if they have their own company and can maneuver money around. Ethan produced exactly the result I wished for, even though the case ended up more difficult than originally expected, and my ex had hired an attorney who had far more years of experience than Attorney Rittershaus. My particular wish was to have the case conducted with love and respect. That was the main reason I was not able to hire another attorney. Well, I got all that I wished for and even more.
I hired attorney Rittershaus again recently, and he surprised me even more. I was not in the US and needed Documents in Germany, and I needed them fast. He did the impossible and in the most speedy manner. I also needed a letter stating a certain Law in the US. Attorney Rittershaus composed that letter with elegance, and in a most excellent manner. The letter was written as if he is both an American and a German Attorney. He provided even references in the German Law system, that corresponded to my Case! What was even more surprising, was the speedy manner in which the Documents arrived in spite of all the obstacles that the outbreak of Covit 19 brought about.
Now I am hiring again, for yet another case, and so very appreciative to have him as my attorney again.
I know the praise I sing for Attorney Rittershaus may be hard to believe. However, once you meet him in Person, you will see that I have hardly praised attorney Rittershaus Enough!

Mr. Jewell was extremely helpful during a security clearance adjudication and subsequent appeal. A medical provider in the Air Force had rendered a harsh evaluation, and Mr. Jewell helped build, review, and submit responses to the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DOD CAF). Although my clearance was revoked, Mr. Jewell continued working and engaging through the appeal process. He provided timely and accurate information on both the clearance adjudication and appeal processes. Developing a plan for a second medical evaluation and separate medical opinion, Mr. Jewell helped my case be successfully appealed and my security clearance reinstated. He was always responsive when called or emailed, even through roughly 20 months of the clearance adjudication and appeal process. Although military members can self-represent in the process, Mr. Jewell backing my response submissions gave me great peace of mind, especially when it felt that I was being outcast by the entire base medical community. I also felt that my leadership took my case more seriously when notified that I had hired an attorney. I would never want anyone to go through the same experience, but I sincerely appreciate all the help, effort, and support from Mr. Jewell over such an extended time frame. It was very comforting and uplifting to know at least one person truly believed my side of events, and he was willing and capable to prove the facts.

Mr. Corcoran was such a sweetheart! I called him for advice regarding a lease I was pressured into signing when I was apartment shopping. I had two weeks till the lease was supposed to start and I wanted out so I was in a bit of a time crunch! He reviewed my contract and in the end I was offered either termination of my contract or a much lower rate and no fees at all if I decided to stay! Mr. Corcoran was very prompt and professional. Steve was retained to help my business collect past due debts for work done and services provided. Specifically, we had rented road trailers, ten, to a farm operation which did not pay and it was necessary for me to repossess them. We were unable to collect based on debtor's bankruptcy. Another case involved trailer repair work performed for customer who would not pay. Not able to collect. Another case involved contract to trade a diesel farm tractor to former employee in exchange for lawn maintenance services -- which were not provided. Unable to repossess or to collect as ruled by small claims court magistrate.
Steve did the best he could given the circumstances of these cases. I would not hesitate to use his services again and do recommend him to others.

I my case I was arrested for possession of cocaine under 1 g and a misdemeanor Xanax charge. So I was looking at a felony and a misdemeanor. I have had a previous felony in another state which we all thought was going to be a factor in the final outcome. Channing being quick to move was able to get the misdemeanor dropped and the felony was dropped down to a misdemeanor. The reason that this was a great outcome was because I did have a previous felony. Whether you have the disease of addiction that has you caught up or you just got in trouble I would recommend Channing Neary. I believe that she takes every case is very personal and I believe she is very competitive. If I don't see fire in a lawyer I damn sure won't hire. She is straight up and I'll tell you how it is and extremely polite and kind at the same time. But when she gets in that courtroom then it's showtime because she knows your life depends upon it!

Showed up for pretrail hearing on a speeding ticket & driving with suspended license. My attorney (Kenneth Price) was a no show & judge was sending unrepresented defendants home for a future court date. Since I live almost 5 hrs away and work a lot this was unacceptable. I decided to go outside the box and attempt to hire one of the attorneys in court rep. other clients, judge agreed and I found Mr. Wainwright who agreed to help, not only did he have my speeding ticket deferred but he also had my driving while license suspended thrown out. In April of this year I was arrested and charged with two felonies that I did not commit.

We were in very desperate situation when our container with household belongings had been detained by US customs and our previous verbal communications with no less than three (customs, freight forwarders & inspection facility) separate groups worsened the situation. I went to anne scared and nervous, I just didn't want to hire any lawyer. I've hired a lawyer before that was just about the money and did not care about my case. The first thing that I noticed about anne is that she listened. she put her phone away and closed her laptop and listen to my story. After I was done she explain the steps that she would take to solve my case, then asked if I would like to hire her to represent me. my case she was always honest with me even if it was good or bad. I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. When the mess extended and overturned my unemployment benefits, the lawyer I had previously hired stopped representing me. He represented me in an EEO dispute with my employer. They were playing very dirty & trying to destroy a professional reputation I spent more than 10 years building. The employer used lies, manipulations such as pressuring my subordinates to file complaints about me or loose their own jobs to create a reason to fire me because I refused to participate in the illegal & unethical business practices my superiors were demanding I participate in.
Mr. Beckham worked tirelessly to protect my job & my reputation by hitting the agency & the corrupt leadership from every angle possible, to include involving Congress & other federal officials in the matters that pertained to my employer's deliberate violations relating to federal laws & policies to include their attempts to force me to misuse taxpayer money.

I was lucky enough to be represented by Mr. Beckham in a criminal appeal (along with several other people he was representing in similar cases). I had been fined and sentenced to jail time beyond what was allowed by the law. Mr. Beckham did not stand for this! I learned, though my experience with him, that he is an honest and hardworking attorney who fights to get the best possible outcome for everyone he serves. He definitely proved this by the work he did my case (and from what I saw him do at the Court of Appeals in the other cases he argued on the same day). I was amazed when he prepared a 25-page written argument, on my behalf, which turned out to be irrefutable!
