My case was very complex, beyond scary for me and in a different state (not in GA). I came across Foss and his firm when doing a search for sexsomnia. From the minute that we started speaking he made me feel understood, heard and started putting me at ease. His partners were amazing as well. Their methodical approach was world class and I found Foss's practical intelligence to only be surpassed by his emotional intelligence. His understanding of the people involved in the case, that he never even met, was uncanny. Foss and his partners were able to secure a complete exoneration in short order and get me my life back.

Foss was very thorough in everything he did from investigation to validating facts to learning the personalities of the court and DA. He obviously had learned much over his years in practice and had a plan, but was not so rigid that he did not adjust with the situation. Always thinking ahead, he was prepared for different possibilities in each instance. A very intelligent gentleman who used good manners and remained calm at every turn. He was interested in hearing our input about the case and answering any questions we had. He communicated, even over communicated, to make sure we understood. Although the case was long, he was just as engaged at the end as at the beginning. We felt like we mattered to him as people and not just another win he could chalk up. We hope to never need his services again, but wouldn't hesitate a moment to engage him if the need arose.

After some searching, I found Foss Hodges and set up a time and an interview. Foss wanted to meet the entire family and the friends anyone who could show up, Foss began to introduce himself and more importantly wanted to know about me and my family. Foss cared it was the first time I had spoken to someone who wanted to actually hear from my family and was willing to speak with them about the case to help ease any confusion we may have. Also, a huge plus was he wanted to work with experts, and he had some of his own including wanting to give the one I had in mind a call and to at least learn with them. Foss gave us a checklist to do with everything he needed and as well as anything we thought would help him in any way. Then we went to work, we were a team working towards one goal and that was to prove my innocence and to put my family back together. Foss Hodges first act of business is very unique, it's to stop and indictment if it hasn’t been indicted already. He states very clearly, I can't promise you anything but the fact I will give you the best effort and I am going to put in the work. Any lawyer that tells you they can promise you a dropped case or an innocent verdict is something to pay attention to because that is not a thing. Foss then asks me to take a polygraph and then came to my house personally to do a walk through and see my house and exactly how the incident transpired. Foss took the extra steps to fully understand what happened and educated himself about the step by step instead of just taking my statement and that’s it. Foss wants to be there and see it with his own eyes, then after that he wants to try to meet the District Attorney to stop the Indictment if possible. We waited a year and a half it felt like before the DA responded to him then she would talk about meeting and then leave the office and someone else would get the case, or it would be “lost” for a few months then a new DA would take it and not respond to him all over again. Foss was persistent and never stopped with the correspondence to try to get a meeting to show the binder he built with all of his hard work and the expert testimonies with the polygraph test and all the Character reference letters with photos of the family and all. Foss kept my family updated and was very frequent with phone calls and if you had a rough time, you could just call him to talk, he was there for me and my wife in a time where we didn’t know what to do. Foss fought for my life for 3 years he won a bond modification to get me home to my family then 8 months later he went on to meet with the DA over my case and she dropped all charges over a six-minute phone call with my wife. Foss Hodges gave me my life back I have never seen anyone care or work so hard for anyone in my life, he was exceeding and doing things every lawyer I worked with before was just not there. I would trust Foss hodges with my life again and I am telling you if you are uncertain about the situation you are in and if you are reading this, I know your scared like I was. Please just give him a call and at the very least listen to what he has to say let him hear your story and then let him work for you like he did for me. He can't promise you the same outcome as me but that’s what he told me too and here I am writing this review after being free from the nightmare with a healthy family working on my master's because of this man. I owe him my life.

Working Daryl and his team was a great experience. They made it all very simple, right down to the “sign right here” moments. Often times I was out of touch and my wife’s English was not very good at the time but they were patient and understanding. Faith Is an excellent Attorney, Her Paralegal Kimberly is also “Great”. I was kept up to date through the whole divorce process. I am a retired Associate Court Clerk with the New York State Courts. I knew a lot of judges and Attorneys back in New York. I knew the type of Attorney I was looking for. I read Faith’s online reviews and liked what I read. I made an appointment with Faith. I had a lot of issues that required a competent Attorney. I found Faith to be honest, reliable and caring. She explained to me the difference between going to trial or settlement negotiations. This was a complicated and and at times an adversarial divorce. Faith and Kim were amazing during the entire process. Teresa Beyers is a go-to for your divorce and family law needs. I have read some reviews and disagree with the very few bad reviews. She has a ton of knowledge and a great ability to navigate a divorce case. Many reviews are written about charging too much for a divorce, but people don't understand she is more reasonable than most. Divorce is never cheap, Teresa will get you what you want and then some.

I suffered a spine injury as the result of a T-bone car crash, the other driver at fault. We got nothing but gutter-ball offers from her insurance company. What you hear on the radio is true – the insurance companies simply will not take your case seriously until you file a suit. This is where I was glad to have Ken and his team on my side. The burden to convince a jury of my losses lies with me the plaintiff, which then requires conducting extensive research, gathering and organizing supporting documents. After Ken submitted all of this material during the pre-trial discovery the insurance company decided to make a reasonable settlement offer.

Mark Dunevant was recommended to me by a long-time friend and her lawyer husband after I was served with papers in a civil suit. It is with great pleasure to write the following on behalf of the law firm of Felix and Killen. Upon meeting Daniella Felix, it was quite evident that I was meeting an attorney who was willing to hear my story of the auto accident in which I was injured. Though I had never experienced such a moment, Daniella listened with great concern as to what had occurred. As you will agree, preparing and filing for divorce is a difficult and stressful time. Finding a good and trustworthy lawyer is critical and equally daunting. After 28 years of marriage I was very much there. I selected two lawyers based on strong reviews. Left a message for both. Jason called back in less than 5 minutes. He took time to listen to my case and patiently addressed all my questions. We had a follow-up call. Again, he was calm, thorough and took time to set very clear expectations of what was to come. I decided to go with him. Over the coming months, Jason always made time for me, never once rushed me, always proactive and continued to respond within minutes, even to my non-urgent emails over the weekend and while on vacation. From a skill perspective he is exemplary, providing guidance and consistently striking that balance between being empathetic and offering fact-based guidance. He was always quick to tell me if my expectations were too high or let me know if I was giving too much. He was my counsel and shrink, sometimes just listening and at other times offering guidance and support. So many things can go wrong with this process, so many uncontrollable elements but with his diligent approach and stellar communication, Jason maintained credibility and control. Right to the end, there were no surprises, at least not in a bad way! From the time I signed to the video call for final judgement of divorce, I felt supported and knew exactly what to expect. I had a lengthy property settlement & divorce. And it was because of her that we were able to keep it as amicable as possible. She first helped me through the Property Settlement. Followed by guiding me through the Divorce that followed. Patience was the key to my particular situation. But I know ifthe situation had called for more feistiness, she would have been right at my side for that, too. Everything is finalized now. And I know things would have been far worse and more stressful if I hadn't had her in my corner.
Everyone at NOVA Legal Professionals that I've spoken with is kind and knowledgeable. I spoke most often with Corrie and Brenda Membreno (paralegal). Separation and divorce are, by their nature, unpleasant and emotional situations. But they were amazing at helping that sometimes complicated situation feel less overwhelming.

Corrie was incredible to work with, you can believe everything they say on their website. She treated me and my divorce case with compassion, respect, understanding, and honesty. In my opinion, honesty shouldn't be understated in today's world. I happily settled in mediation. She was very well prepared for any eventuality that could come up. We used most of her preparation too. The opposing attorney wasn't as well prepared, and it made all the difference in the world for me and my case. I feel for anyone going through a divorce but very highly recommend Corrie Sirkin and Nova Legal Professionals!

My Attorney I feel is the best in the S.E. when it comes to family law.
After final judgment my ex wasn't happy with the outcome from the Judge when he found and pointed out that she lied under oath several times and wasn't forthcoming with any of her testimony, so she filed an appeal through her lackluster attorney.
My attorney immediately requested I hire Mark Baseman to represent me which I did.
That was the best thing I ever done in my life to secure my future.

Leta represented me during the 2022-23 process of an uncontested divorce. Even though my ex spouse and I were amicable, it was still a very difficult time as we navigate through the details of children's custody and alimony. I was the spouse who had more to lose from financial sense and Leta listened to my concern and helped me legally navigate a fair outcome. She was always responsive and really took the time to explain the divorce process, and the "why's' behind each statement in the divorce paper as we drafted it. She even gave me tips on how to approach talking to my ex as we negotiate. She took the time to listen and I was really impressed with how empathetic she was. I did not like some of the other lawyers who had personalities to be "out to get my ex". I was trying to move forward amicably but still makes sure my interests were protected. Leta was very upfront about how long a divorce process in NYC due to backlog and estimate that from filing separation to judge decree, it would take 1 year. She was spot on (illustrates her experience and honesty to not sugar coat). Overall she's made the most difficult process in my life bearable. I felt like my outcome was fair/expedient and fairly charged. I also want to compliment her paralegals who were so prompt in all their responses. Anytime I wanted to talk/email I always heard from them in less than 1-2 BD max. I've actually recommended her to another friend of friend who's seeking divorce too.
