Unfortunately, it was determined that I wasn't geographically close enough to feasibly have my case represented by Ms. Zitano; however, the level of personal attention she showed to me, listening to my entire case with sincere patience and empathy, complete with professional insight and guidance was top notch and so appreciated. The Smith and Zitano team were a Godsend. We had a tragic medical issue occur to our family. I had contacted numerous lawyers who basically had stated, our case would not have been economically feasible for them. I was fortunate enough to have Mr Huegli as my attorney during my DUI case. My case was difficult to prove because the police officer was not completly honest in his investigation and actually violated the law in order to charge me with a DUI. Mr. Huegli analyzed the events, the investigation and police reports and was able to determine what actually occurred. He then put a strategy together to prove this in court. I was most impressed with Mr Huegli's litigation and delivery during the trial. In the courtroom he was able to examine and cross-examine so that the jury could understand what actually happened. It was obvious that the police officer was not being entirely honest as Mr. Huegli cross-examined him on the witness stand. The jury deliberated for less than an hour and I was found "not guilty." I would highly recommend Mr. Huegli for legal representation.

I won't get into too many details about my personal case, however I can tell you that Todd knows the law inside and out. The D.A. tried to bring in a bunch of evidence that would have really killed me and Todd knew exactly how to handle it all. He did an awesome job keeping stuff out of the trial and in the end I was WAY better off having Todd on my side.
If you are looking for a criminal defense or DUI attorney, look no further. Todd is really nice, explains everything to you, and then is a machine in the court room.

I'm from CA, but had a little too much to drink while in Portland, OR and got a DUI. Todd defended me and did an awesome job. Todd did a great job keeping the DA honest and making sure they could only bring in evidence that was relevant. The details of my case were very involved and Todd did a great job making sure the inadmissible stuff stayed out of the trial. Overall, I couldn't recommend Todd more. He is a very nice guy, easy to work with, and understands the law very well.

We hired Patrick Angel to handle our car accident when my wife was rear ended a couple of years ago. She was injured and missed some work and we needed help dealing with the insurance company to get medical bills paid, our car fixed and compensation for all our losses. Lucy Tufts represented me in an extremely complex case involving mortgage fraud on the part of my previous attorney, who converted the payoff money from the new lender to his own personal account and failed to pay the previous lender the funds due. The net result left me holding two mortgages on the same property, with threats of foreclosure and numerous acts of intimidation from the bank holding both mortgages.
Ms. Tufts successfully negotiated a stay of action on the part of the bank while seeking recourse through the courts in a vain attempt to collect the monies due.Further research on the part of Ms. Tufts revealed that the bank offering me a new loan had failed in several respects to follow standard banking procedures and its own policies in the signing of certain documents at closing and thus had inadvertently contributed to the ensuing fraud and theft of funds that took place.
Ms. Tufts demonstrated considerable skill and legal knowledge in dealing with facts as they occurred. As a legal strategist she is brilliant. As an adversary to opposing attorneys, particularly in depositions, she was courageous and did not retreat from heated dialogue from opposing counsel. At the end of the day, the original lender paid off the previous mortgage and offered me another mortgage for the same term and interest rate as before. In addition, Ms. Tufts negotiated a significant amount from the bank for damages, and obtained a $2,000,000 non-dischargeable in bankruptcy judgement against the attorney who defrauded me.
Ms. Tufts was at all times patient in explaining complex legal issues and strategies, was consistently available to me and prompt in returning all telephone calls, and often worked on my case over weekends and holidays. i can only describe Ms. Tufts services in superlatives and recommend her legal services without heitation.

I contacted Mr. Richardson on a weekend. First he gets points for being available during a weekend! Secondly, he was very polite and listened to everything I had to say. He gave me more than enough information and his consultation was free. He is very experienced and well versed in his field. He took my case right away and went straight into action. He ended up settling everything in less than a week's time. I've never had to utilize an attorney before and wasn't sure what to expect. He stayed in contact with me and keep me up to date throughout the entire process, which was highly appreciated. Yes, the sticker price of his services aren't cheap, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", and Mr. Richardson was worth every penny. A sum of 2 years ago I was charged with 6 aggravated assault charges, and later the DA felt I got the lesser charges so they decide to charge me with first degree attempted murder. I was arrested October 28, Mr. Reaves came on the 30th just two days after, I was impressed. When we first talked and he gave me a consultation he made sure he let me know that he will fight for me to the fullest extent. I didnt expect to much but I wasn't in full belief because I was in a city that wronged me, but over the course of 21 days in jail attorney Reaves built my confidence by displaying his incentive, knowledge, and determination. I was his first criminal case, so in all other metaphors he took those gloves off and prepared to win. He knew what possible outcomes could take place but his diligence allowed him not to be defeated. Even though I had no criminal history and I was eligible for first offense diversion he didnt take no plea, even when I was reindicted for the higher charge he never gave up on me. During the course of 2 years we had several trials and although he was a civil attorney he went against two of the most respected defense attorneys Memphis had to offer. But Mr. Reaves was prepared for them and surprised them as well. In the end result I can still be an engineer with my clear name because he was triumphant. I owe him so much more then money and gratitude he saved my life and I'm eternally grateful. If you ask me what Lawyer is the best for any situation civil and or criminal I will say attorney Reaves. He knows the value of your life and your possessions and he will fight for them with all he has.

My hats off to Mr. Vaziri, for creating and developing organization that make sure their clients be treated with respect. Not another opportunity to enhance their coffers.
Other law often uncomfortable .they were doing you a favor. Not so at Vaziri
I was completely surprised when Mr. Vaziri called to tell me the outcome of my case. It was much more than I expected! I've never experienced that before. He, was celebrating with me!.Usually law firms are happy to see you leave.
In particular, I want to praised Ruth Marin! I don't think I couldn't have survived with her!! You'll love her also. Although, im not certain or her position. I'm hoping she is the closest thing to being a case manager. I'm thinking, she should be a partner!
Mr. Vaziri and Ruth Marin, are extraordinary representatives legal firms. firms should. Sad others don't function in that manner!

Mr. Tidwell did such a great job helping me through my case. He took so much time with me, helping me understand the process and making sure I was able to see the doctors I needed to see even though I didn't have a lot of money to pay the doctors up front. He was more concerned with helping me get better from my wreck than anything else. When it was over, I couldn't believe the recovery he got for me.
