I hired Jane to help me collect a large judgement that was awarded to me in GA for a construction job that went awry. The contractor would not pay me and lived in CT so I could not use my GA attorney. Jane was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient when helping me understand my legal options. When one approach didn't work, she would recommend alternatives. She consistently followed up on a timely basis. Because of her hard work and persistence, we were able to collect 100% of my judgement!

I was referred by a friend to Attorney Vasaturo. I am truly satisfied with her legal knowledge, efficiency with her work ethic, and pleased with her affordability. I have utilized her services on several occasions. First, I needed to comprise a Living Will. She was attentive to my concerns, effective with document completion, and modest with my cost.

I had a wonderful experience with Atty Jurkiewicz and his para-legal Aralinde. I came in emotionally stressed due to finances and they were able to clarify my situation and my options and let me choose a course of action. Going through the bankruptcy process with them was broken down to be straightforward and clear, and they were extremely timely in responding to any questions and concerns I had. I had guidance at all times. I would retain them again in a heartbeat for any future concerns, although that hopefully won’t be necessary! I reached out to this law firm from my Google search. A soft and friendly voice answered, it was attorney Edward Jurkiewicz. I nervously explained my financial situation to him and he patiently listened. Afterwards he gave me a general rundown of the process and requirements If I do decided to go with him. I wasn’t sure what to do or If I should continue to shop around for other assistance. During that conversation I felt comfortable with him so we agreed to meet in person to go over the details formally. Once we were done I agreed to take on his service. He introduced me to his paralegal Aralinde. She assisted with more of the paperwork and other documents I needed for the process. The worksheet they provided me was very thorough and had very comprehensive questions. I needed to list detailed information to complete my process. They were very thorough with the paperwork or the documents they needed do you start this process. Anytime I had a question I I ended up reaching out to them for answers. I get a really quick response, which is a great thing when when you need it immediately.
When time came to do the actual filing it was done as stated. I was scheduled a date for the trustees hearing. Unfortunately because of a current Coronavirus situation the hearing was rescheduled twice. I wanted it to be over with as soon as possible but I had no control over the current situation so I have to be patient and waited. Finally there was a set date for the hearing it was to be done via phone conferencing. I didn’t know what to expect from this set up but Edward was kind enough to inform me of how to proceed. Both Edward and Aralinde were there with me during the hearing. They both were there early and explained the rundown of the hearing. After the hearing Edward asked me if I had any questions and explained to me what to be expected.
Overall I had a really good experience with this law firm, Edward and Aralinde. They made this process for me very easy and painless. I truly recommend a service for anyone that is in the same type of situation I was in. Their service was very valuable to me. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. Highly recommended.

Attorney Ronalter is one of the best lawyers I have ever encountered, and because I am a lawyer myself, I have encountered many. But I did not know Bill professionally until I found myself needing a personal injury attorney. I had been in a motor vehicle accident, where the nature of my injuries initially impaired my ability to see how much I needed a lawyer. By the time I hired Bill, there would be unforced errors in my case that he would have to clean up or live with. Attorney Ronalter never flinched at any of them He dealt with each one, always remaining a strong advocate for me, while never letting me lose sight of what was realistic. His high goals were mixed with just the right amount of reality. For me, this is part of what made him a great lawyer.
When it was time to discuss new events in the case, or the results of my evaluations, or what path to take next, he never made me feel rushed or as if there was a better case he could be working on, while he was working on mine. He always gave me his full attention and he always gave me full and prompt briefings on what had occurred in the most recent communication with the defendant’s carrier. And then, as if to tell me he saw me as a whole person and not as a vehicle to a pay day, he would ask about my dogs and tell me about his own.
In the handling of my case, I can’t imagine any lawyer doing more or doing better or treating me with more kindness. In the end, when he had gathered every fact and had put the events and my injuries together, he presented me with an honest assessment of what he thought and how he saw it from different angles; but then did what any good lawyer should do: he left the final decision to me. He told me he would be support me whether I chose to settle my case or let it continue into litigation. And he meant it. I chose the former, and he negotiated an excellent settlement that made sense in light of all of the facts. It felt right to me then, and it still feels right to me now.
I knew before I ever asked for an initial meeting with him, that he was a competent and experienced lawyer. Quick research can provide anyone with that information. But I could not have known through research how kind, considerate, and accessible he would be. He kept me informed every step of the way. He responded to every one of my phone calls. He answered every question with complete candor and honesty. He worked as hard on my case as anyone possibly could have and then secured the outcome I wanted. And if all that were not enough, after our professional relationship ended with the settlement of my case, Bill contacted me to send his condolences when he learned that my dog had died a month into the pandemic. That’s just who he is.
I would recommend William J. Ronalter to anyone who needs a great lawyer and who also wants his lawyer to be a good human being.

I originally was referred to Shipman and Goodwin by another attorney. After interviewing with Bill and Jim, I was convinced this was the legal team I wanted to take over my automobile accident lawsuit. Throughout the entire duration of my case, the attention, professionalism and care that Bill displayed with his associates, lacked in absolutely nothing short of perfection. My case was wrought with problems and issues; Shipman and Goodwin was the 4th firm I had hired, and needless to say I was very apprehensive by the time I retained their services. Attorney Minicozzi assisted me after my divorce when my ex-husband refused to comply with the divorce decree.
David was supportive and knowledgeable about how to proceed through this difficult experience. During the course of the case he had to file multiple contempt charges. Joe was a tremendous resource during my divorce. He listened intently during our initial consultation, and ultimately understood how to work WITH me. I called Chas Abate late in the process in a deed-in-lieu where I was getting the run around from the mortgage company. What took me a year to get to a stale mate he quickly brought this to a final resolution. Not many attorneys would get involved this late in the process but he not only did but went to court the next day. Many thanks to Chas and I sleep much better at night thanks to him. I would highly recommend him and it was money well spent. I even received a refund for the money the mortgage company took from my account incorrectly 2 years prior that started the whole mess in the first place. His final invoice was detailed and extremely fair. If I had to do this all over again he would be the first person I would call. He has restored my faith in the legal system after getting the run around from the attorneys from the mortgage company. Thank you Chas you are truly a good person.

We utilized Mr. Burdett over the course of 4 years after having had a bad experience with another lawyer. He is well versed in the law but is also well respected by his peers and the judges, putting him in a position to negotiate or take a stand as needed. He is very effective at litigating and retains details as needed to react on his feet to counter arguments. That being said, he does not waste time or money on frivolous motions and billing. He tries to find the most effective way to solve the problem at hand and works at it efficiently. I highly recommend him, especially in cases that involve children and that may be more complex.

I'm currently working with Attorney Chris Wall regarding a disaster at my home, and a claim against my neighbors who caused it. I can truly say that I couldn't be happier with all he has done for my family. He was there for us on Day 1, helping us scramble to pick up the pieces and make sense of what happened, and what was going to happen in the coming months. Chris and the paralegals at his office (who are also super nice and helpful) have made themselves available to us at a moment's notice whenever we need them, which is not something you get with a huge firm, but I think is really a reflection of them being in our community for many years and really caring about who they do business with (my other family members have worked with Wall, Wall, and Frauenhofer many times over the years). My husband and I have so much on our plate right now, we're stressed about so many things in our lives, but Chris has taken so much of the burden off of our shoulders. It's a huge relief to know that I don't have to be an expert in all of the legal and insurance issues we're dealing with, since he's helping us every step of the way. Whenever I'm in doubt, or overwhelmed, or just have a question, I can speak to him and he'll walk me through what's going on, and gives me advice or direction, and so far everything he's advised us to do has been the right move. Being able to trust that he'll guide us in the right direction is HUGE, and not something you find every day (in a lawyer or anyone else for that matter!). My case seemed simple at first. I believed I owned my condo and that it was in a Grantors Trust with my brother as Trustee. I wanted to do a reverse mortgage. Turned out we had to dissolve the Trust and that was was very complicated indeed. Amy was awesome.
