Attorney Stephen Sobin was efficient, personable, on point, knowledgeable about the matter, and very accessible. He wasted no time in coming to a very agreeable r solution. He is extremely bright and was able to provide his analysis in "plain language". Attorney Sobin was very easy to deal with and always returned my calls regarding questions in an expeditious manner.
After my first experience with Attorney Sobin, I again consulted with him on other unrelated matters (a probate matter and a professional work-related complex right of publicity type legal entertainment matter. He was able to deal with both without a problem. He's a very intelligent attorney who is quite competent in handling any and all questions I've posed -- even those which he typically would not be expected to be proficient in. The levels of difficulties varied in all of matters Attorney Sobin handled for me, and he dealt with them all in an efficient, successful manner. Attorney Sobin recently represented me on my motor vehicle accident case, and I have to say that his work ethic combined with his empathy was extraordinary. He treated me as if my case were the only one on his desk, which I know was the farthest thing from the truth. Attorney Sobin was always available to answer my many, many questions and never once made me feel bad about my inquisitive nature. He managed to seek out little details that I think even surprised the opposing attorney! At times I was unsure that I wanted to follow through due to the long process, but his confidence in my case kept me going. Ultimately, it paid off! Where to begin, because I didn't when I got arrested and falsely charged with a dui. I called a couple other lawyers and firms and didn't have any good feelings about who I talked to, felt like they just wanted my money. Tamar gave me excellent advise and made me have no worries proceeding forward with her representation. We went to several hearings with the outcome still wanting to charge me with my crimes, but Tamar took no for an answer she knew something wasn't right with how everything went down that night for me. After a few months and a couple hearings later my case we dropped and only a small fine was acquitted towards me, she saved my future this is something that could of greatly affected me and ruined my life in many ways. I'm very grateful for Tamar's efforts, professionalism, and kindness I highly recommend using her in any situation you may have.

I was referred to Tamar by my custody lawyer Anthony Solomine for a unjustified dui pullover.
From the moment I consulted with Tamar I knew she was on her game and the lawyer for me. The night after I hired her she contacted me and had already been in touch with the PD and DMV for my case. She went above and beyond what I expected from any lawyer on a case like this. She was very thorough and always prepared. Getting me sentenced to the least possible charges with this case.
I plan on keeping Anthony and her as my lawyers and already have referred her to several people. One of which I know has chose to use her and is also very happy with how she is handling his case so far.

We hired Tim and his firm to help on a managed care dispute where we felt we were owed a significant amount of money and were having difficulties resolving it independently. They handled the case impeccably. Their inside knowledge of the company and the people involved was instrumental and helped expedite things. They researched our claims thoroughly and put together a case that was almost impossible to dispute. Most importantly, they were appropriately aggressive and achieved an extremely favorable outcome for us but did it in a way that allowed us to maintain a cordial continuing relationship with the company. We have dealt with many lawyers and many firms and this was one of the most satisfying experiences I have ever had.

I am one of the officers of the Metacon Gun Club in Simsbury, CT. Several years ago the club was subjected to an intense attack by some of our neighbors who used every avenue possible to shut us down, including lawsuits at both the state and federal level on environmental grounds. The club retained Martha to represent us and after a long and exasperating battle we prevailed in both cases and are still operating to this day. The suit in federal court was even appealed and we survived that also. Martha's firm was able to tie our case to a recently-won Supreme Court victory in the environmental field and the group that had won that case took the lead in defending our case also, which saved us a lot of money.
Without the services of a very knowledgeable and energetic attorney our club would surely have been shut down. We had to deal with local, state and federal agencies on matters of safety, design, operations, and environmental stewardship and Martha was invaluable in helping us navigate the difficult and sometimes exasperating path through all the requirements and regulations that are in effect these days. She was able to guide a bunch of laymen through a very difficult battle and kept us on the path to victory with grace and humor, which helped a lot.

Vincent first saw me talking to the prosecutor in the local court house about an unfair violation ticket given that had consequences i would unlikely get out of, especially on my own. Mr. Fazzone saw me and felt the urge to come up to me, not only calm me down but kindly explain how he could help. He gave me his card, i called, the rest was history.
He went above and beyond to fight for me countless times for nearly a year before finally WINNING my case! He pushed and pushed to get more time and assured me it was all for a reason, no matter how impatient I became, he was kind and understanding and continued to remind me why he was doing all this.

Kerry is awesome, plain and simple. He responds to phone calls and text messages promptly and even outside of normal business hours, he is very understanding and does not judge you or make you feel like crap and has been very understanding in a situation where anyone else would have gotten fed up and just stopped dealing with me. Attorney Jennifer Rossi recently represented me in an issue that had me at odds with the State of Ct Health Dept. The State either wanted me to fix a “problem” with a job I performed many years ago or hand them my license to do business in Ct. Atty. Mindless incompetence. At least in probate. Couldn't get forms filed despite multiple attempts and senseless excuses. Would go for months without hearing a thing from them and when I would call all I would hear was more senseless excuses and lies. As far as meeting Mr. Perkins I wouldn't know. I never spoke to him once. I used to try to sneak past the paralegals to get to the attorney but they always caught me. Probably have lots of practice. When I finally did get to ask her how this was so screwed up her reply was "it is what it is". It's for sure that in this law firm if something goes completely off the rails there's no one to get it back on. Hard to say how much time was lost trying to settle my case, probably a year at least. They don't even deserve the 1 star. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I was involved in an auto accident a few years ago where I severely injured my back. I didn’t have health insurance at the time and the person who hit me didn’t admit to the police that she was at fault. Her insurance company didn’t accept responsibility and I was left out to hang with all these doctor and hospital bills. I was constantly getting calls and being harassed by the collection agencies. My daughter strongly recommended that I go see Attorney Scalora, which ended up being the best thing I could have ever done! Within days of taking my case, he was able to negotiate all the medical bill with the collection, who then stopped calling me. Attorney Scalora ultimately was able to get the person who hit to admit fault and have her insurance not only pay my outstanding medical bills but also give me a substantial amount of money for pain in my back. Attorney Scalora and his staff go above and beyond legal representation and they care for and treat you as if you are one of their own. Due to the untimely death of one relative, I was thrust into a dual position of Estate Administrator and Conservator of an elderly second relative.
